cleaning operation installation cylinder 4 is vertically provided with a cleaning liquid storage cylinder 24 by matching with the guide flow operation installation cylinder 3, the right upper end of the cleaning liquid storage cylinder 24 vertically extends to be provided with a liquid inlet pipe 23, the upper end of the liquid inlet pipe 23 is provided with a rotating cover, and the lower end of the cleaning liquid storage cylinder 24 is provided with a guide pipe at a position where the annular permeable sponge 30 is connected, and a manual flow control valve 26 is arranged in the guide pipe in a stretching mode.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the movable clamping plate 14 is fixed by moving up and down and matching with the clamping plate through rotating the limiting rotary threaded column 12, the two ends of the keyboard are fixed, then the positioning stud 8 is loosened to lift the guide supporting column 5 so as to adjust the distance between the cleaning operation installation cylinder and the keyboard, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid storage cylinder 24 slowly flows out to enter the annular permeable sponge 30 through rotating the manual flow control valve 26, the electric drive movable roller 18 is electrically driven to move, the annular permeable sponge 30 wipes the keyboard, the driving motor 22 is synchronously started, the cleaning rotary rod 28 and the cleaning brush 31 rotate through belt transmission, the cleaned keyboard is cleaned, meanwhile, the air outlet impeller wheel set 21 rotates to pump air up, the cleaned keyboard is rapidly dried, the circuit and the use of the keyboard cleaning device are not influenced, the currently used keyboard cleaning device is overcome, and the consumption of the cleaning liquid is large due to the adoption of a power-off cleaning mode, the problems that the cleaning process is slow and the like are solved, the keyboard cleaning device used at present is required to be held for a long time in use due to the fact that a handheld structure is adopted, a user is easy to fatigue, the stress in the cleaning process is uneven, cleaning liquid overflows, the cleaning quality is poor, even a circuit board is leaked and corroded and the like are solved, and the keyboard cleaning device has the advantages that the installation and the fixation are simple, the cleaning liquid is uniformly smeared, the using amount is small, the cleaning is labor-saving, the safety and the high efficiency are realized, the power is not cut off, and the like.
