Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a novel glue brushing device so as to solve the problems that the traditional manual glue brushing is difficult to ensure the uniformity and the efficiency of glue brushing.
The application provides a novel glue brushing device, which comprises: the device comprises a base, a wall column, a glue outlet stop cylinder, a follow-up cylinder, a cylinder connecting shaft, a ball valve push rod, a glue guide column, a driven gear, a driving gear, a motor, a connecting disc, a connecting cylinder, a fastening nut and a brush head;
the wall column is vertically fixed on the upper surface of the base, the glue outlet stop cylinder is fixed on one side of the top of the wall column, two follow-up cylinders are arranged, and the two follow-up cylinders are respectively arranged on two sides of the glue outlet stop cylinder; a piston rod at the bottom of the follow-up cylinder is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the base; the top of the cylinder connecting shaft is connected with a piston rod of the glue outlet stop cylinder part, the ball valve is arranged at the central position of the upper surface of the base and is positioned below the glue outlet stop cylinder, the bottom of the ball valve push rod is arranged in the ball valve, the top of the ball valve push rod is connected with the bottom of the cylinder connecting shaft, and the cylinder connecting shaft is coaxial with the ball valve push rod; the side part of the ball valve is provided with a glue inlet;
the base is provided with a central hole corresponding to the lower position of the ball valve, the glue guide column is vertically arranged at the bottom of the base, the glue guide column is rotationally connected with the base, the top of the glue guide column passes through the central hole and is communicated with the bottom of the ball valve, and the side part of the bottom of the glue guide column is provided with a glue guide opening; the driven gear is arranged at the bottom of the base (1) and sleeved outside the glue guiding column, the motor is arranged at one side of the glue outlet stop cylinder, the motor is provided with an output shaft, the output shaft is perpendicular to the plane where the base is located and extends to one side of the base, the driving gear is sleeved at the bottom of the output shaft, the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, the connecting disc is arranged below the driven gear and sleeved on the glue guiding column, the connecting cylinder is connected to the bottom of the connecting disc, the fastening nut is connected to the bottom of the connecting cylinder, and the brush head is arranged between the connecting cylinder and the fastening nut and extends to the outside of the fastening nut.
Optionally, the wall stud includes horizontal connecting portion and vertical connecting portion, vertical connecting portion perpendicular connect in the intermediate position of horizontal connecting portion top, horizontal connecting portion's both ends with the base passes through bolted connection, go out gluey stop cylinder set up in one side of vertical connecting portion.
Optionally, the vertical connecting portion is provided with a first hollow portion and a second hollow portion penetrating through two opposite side walls of the vertical connecting portion, the second hollow portion penetrates through the top of the vertical connecting portion, and the first hollow portion is located below the second hollow portion.
Optionally, the horizontal connecting portion with vertical connecting portion integrated into one piece, go out gluey stop cylinder passes through the bolt fastening in the vertical connecting portion on the both sides of second fretwork portion.

According to the technical scheme, the novel glue brushing device comprises: the device comprises a base, a wall column, a glue outlet stop cylinder, a follow-up cylinder, a cylinder connecting shaft, a ball valve push rod, a glue guide column, a driven gear, a driving gear, a motor, a connecting disc, a connecting cylinder, a fastening nut and a brush head; glue can be input into the ball valve through the glue inlet, the ball valve push rod is controlled to move upwards through the glue outlet stop cylinder to open the ball valve, the glue outlet amount can be controlled according to the opening degree of the ball valve push rod, the ball valve is effectively applicable to various shoe type glue brushing procedures, after the ball valve is opened, the glue flows out of the glue guide inlet along the glue guide column, the glue guide inlet is arranged on the side surface of the glue guide column, the glue can flow into the side surface hairbrush of the brush head, the glue can be uniformly brushed on the shoe last, and the phenomenon of excessive or insufficient local glue in the brushing process is effectively prevented; meanwhile, the motor drives the driving gear to enable the driven gear to rotate, so that the brush head is driven to rotate, uniform gluing is achieved, in addition, the distance between the brush head and the shoe tree can be flexibly adjusted through the arrangement of the follow-up cylinder, the uniformity of brushing glue is further enhanced, a certain protection effect is also achieved on the brush head, when the distance between the brush head and the shoe tree changes, the distance between the brush head and the shoe tree can be adjusted through the follow-up cylinder to be lifted or moved downwards, the distance between the brush head and the shoe tree is constant, the uniformity of brushing glue is guaranteed, and the efficiency of brushing glue can be remarkably improved when the uniformity of brushing glue is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides a novel glue brushing device, which includes: the device comprises a base 1, a wall post 2, a glue outlet stop cylinder 3, a follow-up cylinder 4, a cylinder connecting shaft 5, a ball valve 6, a ball valve push rod 7, a glue guide post 8, a driven gear 9, a driving gear 10, a motor 11, a connecting disc 12, a connecting cylinder 13, a fastening nut 14 and a brush head 15.
The wall column 2 is vertically fixed on the upper surface of the base 1, the glue outlet stop cylinder 3 is fixed on one side of the top of the wall column 2, two follow-up cylinders 4 are arranged, the two follow-up cylinders 4 are respectively arranged on two sides of the glue outlet stop cylinder 3, and a piston rod at the bottom of the follow-up cylinder 4 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the base 1; the top of cylinder connecting axle 5 connect in go out gluey stop cylinder 3 bottom piston rod, ball valve 6 set up in the central point of base 1 upper surface put and be located go out gluey stop cylinder 3's below, ball valve push rod 7's bottom set up in the inside of ball valve 6, ball valve push rod 7's top with the bottom of cylinder connecting axle 5 is connected, cylinder connecting axle 5 with ball valve push rod 7 is coaxial, ball valve 6 lateral part is provided with into gluey mouthful 61.
Specifically, the glue outlet stop cylinder 3 can control the cylinder connecting shaft 5 to ascend or descend so as to enable the ball valve push rod 7 to move up and down along the axis, thereby realizing the control of the glue outlet amount according to the opening degree of the ball valve push rod 7. The ball valve push rod 7 can be lifted to open the ball valve 6, and the specific structure of the ball valve 6 can be realized by a person skilled in the art according to the prior art, and the embodiment is not limited further. Glue can be fed into the ball valve 6 from the glue inlet 61 through an external pipe.
Specifically, the base 1 is provided with the centre bore 100 corresponding to the lower position of ball valve 6, guide glue post 8 set up perpendicularly in the bottom of base 1, guide glue post 8 with base 1 rotates to be connected, guide glue post 8's top passes centre bore 100 with the bottom intercommunication of ball valve 6, guide glue post 8's lateral part is provided with and leads glue mouth 81, guide glue post 8 is hollow structure for make from ball valve 6 exhaust glue entering guide glue post 8, thereby transmit to brush head 15 from guide glue mouth 81.
The driven gear 9 set up in the bottom of base 1 and cover are located the outside of guide post 8, motor 11 set up in one side of play gluey stop cylinder 3, motor 11 is provided with output shaft 111, output shaft 111 with the plane that base 1 is located is perpendicular and extend to one side of base 1, the driving gear 10 cover is located the bottom of output shaft 111, driving gear 10 with driven gear 9 meshes, connecting disc 12 set up in the below of driven gear 9 and cover are located on the guide post 8, connecting cylinder 13 connect in the bottom of connecting disc 12, fastening nut 14 connect in the bottom of connecting cylinder 13, the brush head 15 set up in between connecting cylinder 13 with fastening nut 14 just the bottom of brush head 15 stretches out to the outside of fastening nut 14, be provided with the brush of annular distribution on the brush head 15.
Specifically, after the ball valve 6 is opened, glue flows out from the glue guiding opening 81 along the glue guiding column 8, and the glue guiding opening 81 is arranged on the side surface of the glue guiding column 8, so that the glue can flow into the side surface hairbrush of the brush head 15, and can be uniformly coated on the shoe tree, and the phenomenon that partial glue is too much or too little in the coating process is effectively prevented; meanwhile, the motor 11 drives the driving gear 10 to rotate the driven gear 9, so that the brush head 15 is driven to rotate, and uniform gluing is realized.
Further, the wall stud 2 includes a horizontal connecting portion 21 and a vertical connecting portion 22, the vertical connecting portion 22 is vertically connected to an intermediate position above the horizontal connecting portion 21, two ends of the horizontal connecting portion 21 are connected with the base 1 through bolts, and the glue outlet stop cylinder 3 is disposed on one side of the vertical connecting portion 22.
The vertical connecting portion 22 is provided with a first hollowed-out portion 23 and a second hollowed-out portion 24 penetrating through two opposite side walls of the vertical connecting portion 22, the second hollowed-out portion 24 penetrates through the top of the vertical connecting portion 22, and the first hollowed-out portion 23 is located below the second hollowed-out portion 24. The first hollowed-out portion 23 and the second hollowed-out portion 24 can reduce the material of the wall stud 2, reduce the cost, and observe the state of the glue stop cylinder 3 and the cylinder connecting shaft 5 through the first hollowed-out portion 23 and the second hollowed-out portion 24. The horizontal connecting portion 21 and the vertical connecting portion 22 are integrally formed, and the glue outlet stop cylinder 3 is fixed on two sides of the second hollowed-out portion 24 on the vertical connecting portion 22 through bolts.
Further, an organism connection stud 41 is provided at the top of the following cylinder 4 for connection with an external organism. When the distance between the brush head and the shoe tree changes, the base 1 is lifted or moved downwards by the following cylinder 4, the distance between the brush head and the shoe tree can be adjusted, the distance is constant, the uniformity of brushing glue is ensured, and the efficiency of brushing glue can be obviously improved while the uniformity of brushing glue is ensured.
Further, a boss 101 is disposed on the upper surface of the base 1, the boss 101 is located at one side of the horizontal connection portion 21, the ball valve 6 is disposed on the boss 101, and bottoms of the two follower cylinders 4 are connected with the boss 101. A motor fixing seat 110 is arranged on one side of the base 1, and the motor 11 is arranged on the motor fixing seat 110.
