Abstract
The invention discloses an integrated switching engine structure and a shower head, wherein the switching engine structure comprises a fixed seat with a water inlet waterway and a water return waterway, a water diversion body and a water outlet panel, wherein a cat eye pad is sleeved on the fixed seat, at least one through hole is formed in the cat eye pad, and the through hole is communicated with the water inlet waterway; the water diversion body comprises a water diversion cavity, a rotating shaft with a hollow part and a plurality of water diversion holes, wherein the water diversion holes comprise water outlet water diversion holes and water return water diversion holes, the rotating shaft of the water diversion body stretches into the water return water channel to be connected with the fixing base, and the hollow part is respectively communicated with the water return water diversion holes and the water return water channel. The switching engine structure not only can realize the centralized waterway control of the shower device with two or more than two independent water outlets in a smaller space, but also can greatly reduce the production cost of enterprises by adopting the arrangement mode.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an integrated switching engine structure and a shower head.
Background
The shower head and the shower nozzle are shower water outlet devices which are commonly used by the prior people, and the shower water outlet devices are different from each other in that: one is hand-held and movable, the other is fixed above the head of the person, the two types of water can meet the demands of people on different water outlet modes, so the two types of water are often matched for use. With the continuous development of the shower industry, a multi-head water outlet shower device (such as a pipe-in-pipe lover shower head, a two-in-one top shower head or other shower devices with two or more than two independent water outlet assemblies) which is arranged in different modes is inoculated, and the shower device generally needs two independent switching engines, so that great inconvenience is caused to users and the cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an integrated switching engine structure and a shower head.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the integrated switching engine structure comprises a fixed seat with a water inlet waterway and a water return waterway, a water diversion body and a water outlet panel, wherein a cat eye pad is sleeved on the fixed seat, at least one through hole is formed in the cat eye pad, and the through hole is communicated with the water inlet waterway; the water diversion body comprises a water diversion cavity, a rotating shaft with a hollow part and a plurality of water diversion holes, wherein the water diversion holes comprise water outlet water diversion holes and water return water diversion holes, the rotating shaft of the water diversion body stretches into the water return water channel to be connected with the fixing base, and the hollow part is respectively communicated with the water return water diversion holes and the water return water channel.
Preferably, when the fixing seat rotates to a common gear relative to the water diversion body, the through hole is communicated with the water outlet water diversion hole, and water inlet of the water inlet waterway sequentially passes through the through hole, the water outlet water diversion hole and the water outlet panel; when the fixing seat rotates to a backwater gear relative to the water diversion body, the through hole is communicated with the backwater water diversion hole, and the water inlet of the water inlet waterway sequentially passes through the through hole, the backwater water diversion hole, the rotating shaft and the backwater waterway.
Preferably, a sealing ring is arranged between the rotating shaft and the fixing seat.
Preferably, the opposite sides of the through hole are respectively provided with a clamping part, and the fixing seat is provided with a concave part matched with the clamping parts.
Preferably, the clamping part is in a cross shape.
Preferably, the water outlet panel comprises a water outlet net sheet, an impeller and an inclined water sheet with inclined water holes, wherein the water outlet net sheet, the impeller and the inclined water sheet are sequentially arranged, a groove part is formed in the middle of the water outlet panel, the impeller and the inclined water sheet are sequentially arranged on the groove part, and the water outlet panel is communicated with the water outlet water distribution holes to respectively correspond to different water outlet modes.
The invention also provides a shower head, and the body part of the shower head is provided with the integrated switching engine structure.
The diversion switching of the switching engine structure realizes switching through backwater in the rotating shaft, and integrates the diversion switching and the water outlet mode switching on the same switching engine structure, so that not only can the centralized waterway control of the shower device with two or more than two independent water outlets be realized in a smaller space, but also the production cost of enterprises can be greatly reduced by adopting the mode.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 of the specification, an integrated switching engine structure comprises a fixed seat 1 with a water inlet waterway 11 and a water return waterway 12, a water diversion body 2 and a water outlet panel 3, wherein a cat eye pad 4 is sleeved on the fixed seat 1, at least one through hole 41 is formed in the cat eye pad 4, and the through hole 41 is communicated with the water inlet waterway 11; the water outlet panel 3 comprises a water outlet net piece 31, an impeller 32 and an inclined water piece 33 with inclined water holes 33a which are sequentially arranged, a groove part 3a is arranged in the middle of the water outlet panel 3, and the impeller 32 and the inclined water piece 33 are sequentially arranged in the groove part 3a; the water diversion body 2 comprises a water diversion cavity 21 (the water diversion cavity is provided with a plurality of water diversion channels which respectively correspond to different water outlet modes), a rotating shaft 22 with a hollow part 22a and a plurality of water diversion holes 23, the water diversion holes 23 comprise water outlet water diversion holes 23a and water return water diversion holes 23b, the water outlet water diversion holes 23a are communicated with the water outlet panel 3 to respectively correspond to different water outlet modes, the rotating shaft 22 of the water diversion body 2 stretches into the water return waterway 12 to be connected with the fixed seat 1, preferably, a sealing ring 24 is arranged between the rotating shaft 22 and the water return waterway 12 of the fixed seat 1, and the hollow part 22a is respectively communicated with the water return water diversion holes 23b and the water return waterway 12.
Further, two opposite sides of the through hole 41 of the cat eye pad 4 of the switching engine structure are respectively provided with a clamping portion 41a, the fixing base 1 is provided with a recess portion (not shown in the figure) matched with the clamping portion 41a, and preferably, the clamping portion is in a cross shape. According to the switching engine structure, the clamping part (particularly the cross-shaped clamping part) is fixedly arranged on the cat eye pad, so that the clamping part is combined with the fixing seat more tightly, the cat eye pad can be sealed and attached with the water diversion body, and water leakage is prevented.
When the fixing seat 1 rotates to a common gear relative to the water diversion body 2 (as shown in fig. 2), the through hole 41 of the cat eye pad 4 is communicated with the water outlet and diversion hole 23a of the water diversion body 2, and the inflow water of the water inlet waterway 11 sequentially passes through the through hole 41 and the water outlet and diversion hole 23a and finally flows out of the water outlet panel 3; when the fixing seat 1 rotates to a backwater gear position (shown in fig. 4) relative to the water diversion body 2, the through hole 41 of the cat eye pad 4 is communicated with the backwater water diversion hole 23b of the water diversion body 2, and the inflowing water of the water inlet waterway 11 sequentially passes through the through hole 41, the backwater water diversion hole 23b and then flows into the backwater waterway 12 through the rotating shaft 22 of the water diversion body 2. The diversion switching of the integrated switching engine structure realizes switching through backwater in the rotating shaft, and integrates the diversion switching and water outlet mode switching on the same switching engine structure, so that not only can the centralized waterway control of the shower device with two or more than two independent water outlets be realized in a smaller space, but also the mode can greatly reduce the production cost of enterprises.
Furthermore, because the integrated switching engine structure integrates the split switching and the water outlet mode, the occupied space is greatly reduced, and the integrated switching engine structure can be applied to the body part of the shower head, so that a user can switch different functions more conveniently and rapidly, and the production cost can be greatly reduced.

The integrated switching engine structure is characterized by comprising a fixed seat with a water inlet waterway and a water return waterway, a water diversion body and a water outlet panel, wherein a cat eye pad is sleeved on the fixed seat, at least one through hole is formed in the cat eye pad, and the through hole is communicated with the water inlet waterway; the water diversion body comprises a water diversion cavity, a rotating shaft with a hollow part and a plurality of water diversion holes, wherein the water diversion holes comprise water outlet water diversion holes and water return water diversion holes, the rotating shaft of the water diversion body stretches into the water return water path to be connected with the fixing seat, and the hollow part is respectively communicated with the water return water diversion holes and the water return water path;
When the fixed seat rotates to a common gear relative to the water diversion body, the through hole is communicated with the water outlet diversion hole, and water inlet of the water inlet waterway sequentially passes through the through hole, the water outlet diversion hole and the water outlet panel; when the fixed seat rotates to a backwater gear relative to the water diversion body, the through hole is communicated with the backwater water diversion hole, and the water inlet of the water inlet waterway sequentially passes through the through hole, the backwater water diversion hole, the rotating shaft and the backwater waterway;
A sealing ring is arranged between the rotating shaft and the fixed seat;
Clamping parts are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the through hole, and the fixing seat is provided with a concave part matched with the clamping parts;
