It will be understood that the side-by-side fastening of the long side walls of each first plate 11 may form the first support plate 1, the side-by-side fastening of the long side walls of each second plate 21 may form the second support plate 2, the side-by-side fastening of the first side walls of each third plate 31 may form the third support plate 3, and the side-by-side fastening of the third side walls of each fourth plate 41 may form the fourth support plate 4.
Under the condition that the second locking pieces 8 are not unlocked, each of the first plates 11 is placed in parallel in a mode that long side walls are adjacent, the first plates 11 are fixedly connected through the second locking pieces 8, the side walls of the first plates 11 are corresponding to be coplanar, and the experimental platform is an experimental platform which is built at any time and can be used for experiments.
When the second locking member 8 is unlocked, the first plates 11 are each relatively overlapped, the second plates 21 are each relatively overlapped, the third plates 31 are each relatively overlapped, and the fourth plates 41 are each relatively overlapped; at the moment, the experimental platform is in an unused state, so that the experimental platform is more convenient to store or carry.
It should be noted that, compared with the folding manner described above, the folding manner of this embodiment has a smaller volume of the experimental platform after folding.
It can be seen that the first support plate 1, the second support plate 2, the third support plate 3 and the fourth support plate 4 of this implementation manner are all composed of a plurality of plate-shaped structures, and the connection between the plate-shaped structures is connected through the second locking piece, so that not only the occupation space of the experimental platform can be reduced, but also the carrying and the storage are facilitated.
In order to save cost and facilitate transportation, all materials constituting the experimental platform may be aluminum alloys, wherein the first support rod 5 and the second support rod 6 may be the same, the first support rod 5 and the second support rod 6 may be hollow rods, the first support rod 5 and the second support rod 6 may be different, the first support rod 5 is a solid rod, and the second support rod 6 is a hollow rod, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Because the first support rod 5 and the second support rod 6 play a role in bearing and supporting, and also for weight reduction, the inner core of the first support rod 5 and the inner core of the second support rod 6 can be support frames made of metal materials, and the outer side walls of the first support rod 5 and the outer side walls of the second support rod 6 are side walls made of resin materials.
In order to facilitate the operation experiment of an experimenter, prevent to block the operation experiment of the experimenter, prevent too many first support rods 5 and second support rods 6 from shielding the sight of the experimenter at the same time, use the first support rods 5 and the second support rods 6 of a small number as much as possible, in order to stabilize the experimental platform, the number of the first support rods 5 and the second support rods 6 is not too small, based on this, the embodiment of the invention provides an implementation mode, which specifically comprises: the number of the first supporting rods 5 and the number of the second supporting rods 6 are five, four first supporting rods 5 are respectively located at the end parts of four short side walls of the first supporting plate 1, one first supporting rod 5 is fixedly connected to a fifth side wall of the first supporting plate 1, and the fifth side wall is a long side wall adjacent to the long side wall of the second supporting plate 2.
It can be seen that, in this implementation manner, the first support rods 5 and the second support rods 6 are respectively disposed at the end positions of the four short side walls of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2, and the number of the first support plates 1 and the second support plates 2 is small, and the first support rods 5 and the second support rods 6 which can be disposed not only can firmly support each support plate, but also are convenient for the experimenter to operate and observe experiments, and can bring good experience effects for the experimenter
Based on the above, in order to stabilize the load bearing of the first support bars 5 and the second support bars 6, the cross beam may be reinforced between any two of the first support bars 5, or/and, the cross beam may be reinforced between any two of the first support bars 5.
In order to be convenient for carry the laboratory bench, this novel embodiment of implementation provides an implementation mode, specifically: the supporting end 56 of the first supporting bar 5 and the supporting end 56 of the second supporting bar 6 are provided with pulleys with locking mechanisms. Under the condition of using the experiment platform, the locking mechanism in the pulley is locked, so that the pulley cannot move, and a stable supporting effect is achieved; under the condition that an experiment platform is not used, the locking mechanism in the pulley is unlocked, so that the pulley can move freely. The pulley may be a universal wheel. It can be seen that the arrangement of the pulleys in this implementation provides convenience for handling the laboratory bench.
In order to bring good experience effect to experimenters and also to use the experimental platform for various scenes, the embodiment of the invention provides an implementation mode, which is as follows: the experimental platform also comprises a supporting frame 9, wherein the supporting frame is a frame formed by a plurality of rod pieces;
the supporting end 56 of the first supporting rod 9 and the supporting end 56 of the second supporting rod are fixedly installed on a rod piece on the same horizontal plane in the supporting frame 9.
It is worth mentioning that setting up of support frame 9 can make the experiment platform use in multiple experimental scenario, that is to say, if the experimenter is done the manual experiment, the experiment platform that has the support frame can provide the height of convenient operation for the experimenter, if the experiment is done in the simple crude scene of experimenter, the experiment platform that has support frame 9 is more convenient.
In addition, the supporting frame 9 can be arranged to be a supporting frame 9 with adjustable height, so that the supporting frame 9 can be used for placing the experiment platform at the position of the desired height of the experimenter, and good experience effect can be brought to the user.
