The medium introducing pipe 300 and the medium introducing pipe 400 may be made of transparent materials, and in this embodiment, the medium introducing pipe 300 and the medium introducing pipe 400 are both polyolefin composite film pipes.
Since the storage container 200 can be used for storing the antifreeze medium, and the antifreeze medium in the storage container 200 can be introduced into the anti-skin-frostbite bag 100 through the medium introducing pipe 300, the anti-skin-frostbite bag 100 does not need to be filled with the antifreeze medium in advance, and the manufacturing difficulty and the storage difficulty of the anti-skin-frostbite bag 100 are reduced. In the treatment, the storage container 200 is connected to the inlet by the medium introduction tube 300, and the storage container 200 is connected to the outlet by the medium discharge tube 400. The circulation pump 500 is started, so that the antifreeze medium in the storage container 200 can enter the bag body 110 through the medium introducing pipe 300, and the antifreeze medium in the bag body 110 can flow back into the storage container 200 through the medium guiding pipe 400, thereby realizing the recycling of the antifreeze medium. In the present embodiment, the antifreeze is distilled water, and the circulation pump 500 is a water pump driven by a motor. The design of the antifreeze medium is distilled water, which can prevent the influence of scale accumulation on the constant temperature sensitivity.
Further, the anti-skin frostbite device 10 further comprises a heating element 600, the heating element 600 is used for heating the frostbite preventing medium in the storage container 200, so that the temperature of the frostbite preventing medium is prevented from being reduced, the anti-skin frostbite preventing bag 100 can play a better role in frostbite prevention, the situation that the anti-skin frostbite preventing bag 100 needs to be replaced frequently is avoided, and the risk of infection of a patient is reduced. The heating member 600 is disposed in the storage container 200, and the heating member 600 may be a resistance heating element or the like. In the present embodiment, the storage container 200 is an electrothermal thermostatic water tank, and the heating element 600 is an electric heating coil which is built in the bottom of the electrothermal thermostatic water tank.
Further, the anti-skin frostbite device 10 further includes a check valve 700, the check valve 700 is disposed at the medium outlet of the circulation pump 500, and the check valve 700 prevents the circulation pump 500 from stopping the backflow of the anti-freezing medium when the power is off, and also prevents the impeller of the circulation pump 500 from being damaged due to the reverse rotation. Of course, in other embodiments, check valve 700 may be omitted.
Further, the anti-skin frostbite device 10 further comprises a temperature controller (not shown) which is built in the storage container 200 and electrically connected to the heating member 600. The temperature of the antifreeze medium can be adjusted by setting a temperature upper limit and a temperature lower limit on the temperature controller or setting a fixed temperature value and the like. The anti-skin frostbite device 10 further comprises a thermometer 800, wherein one end of the thermometer 800 is arranged in the storage container 200 so as to detect the temperature of the anti-freezing medium in the storage container 200, and the other end of the thermometer extends out of the storage container 200 so as to enable medical staff to know the temperature of the anti-freezing medium timely. When a temperature controller is prevented from malfunctioning, the temperature readings of the temperature controller may be inaccurate, and the presence of the thermometer 800 may facilitate a health care provider to confirm the temperature of the antifreeze medium in the storage container 200. Of course, in other embodiments, the power of the circulation pump 500 may be adjusted, and the temperature displayed by the thermometer 800 may be used to reasonably adjust the power of the circulation pump 500 to ensure the temperature of the antifreeze medium in the bag 110.
Referring to fig. 3, a method for using a bag for preventing skin from being frostbitten in an embodiment includes the following steps:
s100, placing a skin frostbite prevention bag: the skin frostbite preventing bag comprises a bag body, a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, wherein the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are arranged on the bag body, a contact pin notch is formed in the bag body, the first connecting piece is located on one side of the contact pin notch, the second connecting piece is located on the other side of the contact pin notch, the second connecting piece is detachably matched with the first connecting piece, and the skin frostbite preventing bag is placed on skin, so that a cryoprobe after contact pin is located in the contact pin notch. Generally, step S100 is performed after the cryoprobe is inserted, and the cryoprobe needs to be connected to a corresponding transfer tube, so that the existence of the insertion gap can avoid the obstruction of the argon transfer tube relatively easily, so that the cryoprobe is positioned in the insertion gap.
S200, closing the pin notch: the second connecting piece is matched with the first connecting piece to seal the pin notch, so that the cryoprobe can be surrounded by the antifreezing medium in the bag body. The cryoprobe is surrounded by the antifreeze medium, so that the skin around the cryoprobe can be well protected, the pain of a patient is reduced, and the risk of operation is reduced. In the process, the size of the pin notch is relatively reduced, so that the antifreezing medium is closer to the cryoprobe, and the antifreezing effect is improved.
S300, taking down the anti-skin frostbite bag: after the cryotherapy is finished, the second connecting piece and the first connecting piece are disassembled relatively, and the anti-skin frostbite bag is taken down. The anti-skin frostbite bag can be used as disposable medical waste.
Further, after step S200, the method further comprises the steps of: the anti-cold injury bag is fixed on the skin. The bag body can be provided with a sucker, and the sucker can be adsorbed on the skin under the action of pressure difference by pressing the sucker so as to fix the anti-frostbite bag on the skin. Of course, in other embodiments, the anti-skin-freeze bag may also be secured to the skin using a strap.
Further, after the step of fixing the anti-skin frostbite bag on the skin, the method further comprises the steps of: the antifreeze medium in the anti-skin frostbite bag can circularly flow. The bag body can be provided with an inlet and an outlet, so that the antifreezing medium can be led into the bag body through the inlet and led out of the bag body through the outlet. In this embodiment, the inlet communicates with a storage container for storing the antifreeze medium through a medium introduction pipe, and the outlet communicates with the storage container through a medium discharge pipe. The storage container is internally provided with a circulating pump or a medium ingress pipe is provided with the circulating pump so as to enable the antifreezing medium in the anti-skin frostbite bag to circularly flow. It will be appreciated that the media introduction tube and the media delivery tube may also be disposed of as disposable medical waste after use.
Further, the method for using the anti-skin frostbite bag further comprises the following steps: the antifreeze medium is heated to maintain the antifreeze medium within the bag within a specific temperature range. Frequent replacement of the anti-skin-freeze bag can be avoided to reduce the risk of infection to the patient. In this embodiment, the storage container is an electrothermal thermostatic water tank, and the electrothermal thermostatic water tank has a heating function. It will be appreciated that the step of heating the antifreeze medium so as to keep the antifreeze medium in the bag body within a specific temperature range may be performed before the step of circulating the antifreeze medium in the anti-skin-frostbite bag, or the step of heating the antifreeze medium so as to keep the antifreeze medium in the bag body within a specific temperature range may be performed after the step of circulating the antifreeze medium in the anti-skin-frostbite bag, or the step of heating the antifreeze medium so as to keep the antifreeze medium in the bag body within a specific temperature range may be performed simultaneously with the step of circulating the antifreeze medium in the anti-skin-frostbite bag.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-skin frostbite bag, comprising:
the anti-freezing device comprises a bag body, wherein the bag body is provided with an inlet for guiding in an anti-freezing medium and an outlet for guiding out the anti-freezing medium, the bag body is provided with at least two pin notches, and the at least two pin notches are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bag body so as to separate the bag body into at least two protruding parts;
at least two first connecting pieces, wherein the first connecting pieces are arranged on the bag body, and at least one first connecting piece is positioned on one side of one of the pin notches;
the second connecting pieces are arranged on the bag body, at least one second connecting piece is positioned on the other side of one of the pin notches, and the second connecting pieces are detachably matched with the first connecting pieces so that the size of the pin notch is relatively reduced.
2. The anti-skin frostbite bag of claim 1, further comprising a one-way valve disposed at the inlet.
3. A frostbite prevention bag according to claim 1, where said inlet and said outlet are located on two adjacent projections, respectively.
4. The anti-skin frostbite bag of claim 1, wherein the protruding portion is axe-shaped.
5. The anti-skin frostbite bag according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a suction cup, said bag body having an engaging surface for engaging the skin, said suction cup being disposed on said engaging surface.
6. The anti-skin frostbite bag of claim 5, further comprising a measuring tape, the bag body having an exterior surface facing away from the cling surface, the measuring tape disposed on the exterior surface.
7. The anti-skin frostbite bag according to claim 6, wherein the number of the measuring tapes is two, and the two measuring tapes are distributed in a cross shape.
8. The anti-skin frostbite bag of claim 6, wherein the first connector is located on the exterior surface and the second connector is located on the mating surface.
9. A skin frostbite prevention device, comprising a storage container, a medium introducing pipe, a circulating pump and a skin frostbite prevention bag according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the storage container is communicated with the inlet through the medium introducing pipe, the storage container is communicated with the outlet through the medium introducing pipe, and the circulating pump is arranged on or in the medium introducing pipe.
10. The skin frostbite prevention device of claim 9, further comprising a temperature controller and a heating element, wherein the temperature controller and the heating element are both disposed within the storage container and the temperature controller is electrically connected to the heating element.
