The instrument and meter cleaner of claim 1, wherein: the dust absorption fan (202) consists of a fan groove (2021), a bearing rod (2022), a shaft center (2023) and blades (2024), the fan groove (2021) and the axis of a suction nozzle (2011) are collinear, the bearing rod (2022) is horizontally embedded into the servo motor (204) and is electrically connected, the section of the shaft center (2023) is of a rectangular structure and is horizontally nested on the outer ring of the front end of the bearing rod (2022) and is connected by threads, and the blades (2024) are totally provided with two blades which are horizontally tightly attached to the left end and the right end of the shaft center (2023) and are welded together.

The instrument and meter cleaner of claim 1, wherein: the servo motor (204) is composed of a fixed latch (2041), a motor body (2042) and a motor groove (2043), the fixed latch (2041) is horizontally nested on the outer ring of the bearing rod (2022) and is fixed with the motor body (2042) through nuts, the motor body (2042) is horizontally attached to the side end of the fixed latch (2041) in a tightly fitting mode and is in clearance fit, and the section of the motor groove (2043) is of a rectangular structure and is horizontally fixed to the front end of the coupler (207) and is of an integrated structure with the fan groove (2021).

The instrument and meter dust extraction device of claim 5, wherein: pulley drive assembly (208) comprise first pulley (2081), second pulley (2082), belt (2083), third pulley (2084), first pulley (2081) and second pulley (2082) axle center collineation, second pulley (2082) horizontal installation in first pulley (2081) left end and with third pulley (2084) adoption mechanical connection, belt (2083) level hugs closely in first pulley (2081), second pulley (2082) and third pulley (2084) outer lane and adopts clearance fit, third pulley (2084) level is fixed at sleeve bearing (2074) left end and is cooperateed with belt (2083).
