The cosmetic applicator of claim 1, wherein the outer shell outwardly projecting portion is a vertical distance of 1.5-3 centimeters from the face of the person when the mask is worn on the face of the person; pull rings are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the outer shell and connected through elastic belts, so that the cover body is fixed on the face of the person; the periphery of the outer shell is provided with a silica gel pad wrapping the sideline of the outer shell.
3. The cosmetic application device according to claim 2, wherein the silicone pads perpendicular to the face of the person are disposed inside the openings, and when the mask body is worn on the face of the person, the silicone pads at the openings just abut against the facial skin of the person.
4. The cosmetic application device of claim 1, wherein the control panel further comprises a touch screen respectively connected to the processors; the touch screen is arranged on the outer side of the control panel; the processor is connected to the electric heating piece, and the temperature of the electric heating piece is controlled by the processor to be kept at about 36.5 degrees.
5. The cosmetic application device according to claim 1, wherein the processor, upon receiving the flow input by the voice input module, sends the flow to the flow metering module, which controls the flow collection module to collect the liquid cosmetic and controls the amount of the liquid cosmetic collected.
6. The cosmetic application device according to claim 1, wherein the skin detection module is provided inside the inner shell, the skin detection module being configured to detect whether water droplets remain on the facial skin of the person and to detect a water content below a transparent layer of the face of the person and to generate data information to be stored in the data storage module while giving a quantity of the liquid cosmetic required to detect the back facial skin.
7. The cosmetic applying device according to claim 6, wherein the reminding module reminds a user of the current using state of the mask body in a voice or music mode when the skin detection module detects that no water drops remain on the surface layer of the skin and after the liquid cosmetic is applied.
