The four-side opening and closing case comprises a case body, a zipper assembly arranged on the case body, and a first shielding part and a second shielding part arranged on the case body. The box body comprises an upper cover and a lower cover which are mutually buckled. The zipper assembly comprises a zipper, two reinforcing strips respectively arranged on two sides of the zipper, and two coating layers for coating the reinforcing strips. The two reinforcing strips are respectively positioned at the outer sides of the upper cover and the lower cover. On the section perpendicular to the extending direction of the reinforcing strip, the coating layer is wrapped on the outer side of the reinforcing strip, and two free edges of the coating layer are attached together. The zipper comprises two spaced chain cloths, two zipper teeth which are mutually coupled and arranged on the chain cloths, two sliders which are oppositely arranged and coupled on the zipper teeth, and four buckling pieces which are respectively arranged at two ends of the chain cloths. The two chains are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the upper cover and the lower cover. The two free edges of each wrapping layer, which are attached together, are wrapped on the periphery of the upper cover or the lower cover, and the parts of the free edges are pressed between the chain cloth and the inner side of the upper cover or the lower cover. The fastener is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the chain tooth. The length of the reinforcing strip is equal to the circumference of the edge piece of the upper cover or the lower cover. The length of the zipper is greater than the length of the reinforcing strip and the redundant portion of the zipper is disengaged from the upper or lower cover. The first shielding part and the second shielding part are respectively arranged at the joint of the two ends of the two reinforcing strips.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of the embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 to 2 show schematic structural views of a four-side opening and closing case provided by the invention. The four-side opening and closing case comprises a case body 10, a zipper assembly 20 arranged on the case body 10, and a first shielding part 31 and a second shielding part 32 arranged on the case body 10. It is conceivable that the four-sided open-close case further includes other functional modules such as a handle, a tie rod assembly, a pulley assembly, etc., which are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The case 10 may be a box-shaped structure molded by plastic injection molding, and includes an upper cover 11 and a lower cover 12 fastened to each other. The upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 have substantially the same structure, and when the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 are fastened together, a space is formed for a user to receive articles.
The zipper assembly 20 includes a zipper 21, two reinforcing strips 22 disposed on both sides of the zipper 21, respectively, and two coating layers 23 for coating the reinforcing strips 22. The zipper 21 comprises two spaced chain cloths 211, two zipper teeth 212 which are mutually coupled and arranged on the chain cloths, two sliders 213 which are oppositely arranged and coupled on the zipper teeth 212, and four buckling pieces 214 which are respectively arranged at two ends of the two chain cloths 211. The slide fastener 21 itself should be a conventional art, and thus the structure, the mutual engagement relationship, and the operation principle of the fastener cloth 211, the fastener elements 212, and the slider 213 will not be described in detail herein. The length of the fastener cloth 211 and the fastener element 212 is longer than the peripheral length of the upper and lower covers 11, 12, so that the fastener cloth 211 and the fastener element 212 have an excessive portion compared with the upper and lower covers 11, 12, that is, the fastener 21 has an excessive portion compared with the upper and lower covers 11, 12, and the excessive portion is separated from the upper and lower covers 11, 12. Since the length of the zipper 21 is greater than the peripheral lengths of the upper and lower covers 11 and 12, the zipper cloth 211 of the zipper 21 is sewn to the upper and lower covers 11 and 12, the slider 213 is coupled to the zipper cloth 211 and the fastener elements 212, and finally the fastener 214 is fixed to both ends of the zipper cloth 211 to prevent the slider 213 from being pulled down. It is due to this structural design that the upper and lower covers 11, 12 are coupled only by the slider 213. Therefore, the upper and lower covers 11, 12 can be opened from where the slider 213 is located, thereby enabling the case to be opened and closed on four sides. The fastening piece 214 is used for assembling the pull head 213 on the fastener elements 212 of the two chain cloths 211 and preventing the pull head 213 from sliding down from the fastener elements 212. The fastener 214 may have various structures, in this embodiment, the fastener 214 has an axisymmetric structure and includes a pair of axisymmetric end inclusion portions 2141, at least one pair of engaging portions 2142 spaced apart from the end inclusion portions 2141, and a spike 2143 disposed at an end of the engaging portions 2142. When the slider 213 is coupled to the fastener element 212, the fastener 214 is disposed on the fastener cloth 211, so as to prevent the slider 213 from falling off. The fastener 214 is fixedly disposed at the end of the fastener element 212, specifically, when the fastener 214 is assembled, the side edge of the fastener cloth 211 is first overlapped with the symmetry axis of the fastener element 214, then folded in half along the symmetry axis thereof and fixed on the zipper 20, the engaging portion 2142 is folded so that the fastener element 2143 is inserted into the fastener cloth 211 and the symmetry axis is parallel to the arrangement direction of the fastener element 212, and then the end wrapping portion 2141 is attached together, thereby completing the assembly of the fastener element 214.
The reinforcing strips 22 are used for reinforcing the strength of the openings of the upper and lower covers 11, 12. Since there is no support at the openings of the upper and lower covers 11, 12 so that the strength at the openings of the upper and lower covers 11, 12 is the lowest, the strength of the opening pieces of the upper and lower covers 11, 12 is reinforced using the reinforcing strip 22. In particular, the reinforcing strip 22 may be designed to withstand the weight of an adult, depending on the requirements of the actual use, for example by sizing the material of the reinforcing strip 22, as well as the cross-section. In this embodiment, the reinforcing strip 22 is a steel strip, and may have a circular, rectangular, or any shape in cross section. In this embodiment, the cross section of the reinforcing strip 22 is rectangular. Specifically, the length of the reinforcing strip 22 is equal to the circumference of the edge piece of the upper cover 11 or the lower cover 12, so that the reinforcing strip 22 is wound around the circumference of the upper cover 11 or the lower cover 12.
The coating layer 23 is wrapped around the outside of the reinforcing strip 22 and sewn to the upper and lower covers 11, 12 together with the link fabric 211 to fix the reinforcing strip 22 and the slide fastener 21. In order to conceal the joint of the cover layer 23 in the extending direction thereof, the cover layer 23 covers the edges of the upper and lower covers 11, 12, i.e., bypasses the edges of the upper and lower covers 11, 12 and is pressed between the chain cloth 211 and the inner sides of the edges of the upper and lower covers 11, 12, and then the free edges of the cover layer 23 are sewn together with the chain cloth 211 at the edges of the upper and lower covers 11, 12. At the same time, the fastener element 212 exposes the edges of the upper and lower covers 11, 12 to facilitate the normal operation of the slide fastener 21. In a section perpendicular to the extending direction of the reinforcing strip 22, the coating layer 23 is wrapped around the outside of the reinforcing strip 22 and two free edges of the coating layer are bonded together. The two bonded free edges of each wrapping layer 23 are pressed between the chain cloth 21 and the inner side of the edge of the upper cover 11 or the lower cover 12 after bypassing the edges of the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12, so as to fix the relative positions of the reinforcing strips 22 and the chain cloth 21 and the upper cover 11 or the lower cover 12. In order to attach the two free edges of the coating 23 together, the width of the coating 23 is greater than the circumference of the reinforcing strip 22 in a section perpendicular to the extension direction of the reinforcing strip 22.
The first and second shielding parts 31 and 32 may have the same structure or different structures, and are mainly aimed at shielding the joint between the two reinforcing strips 22 and the two ends of the coating layer 23 for aesthetic purposes. The first and second shielding portions 31 and 32 may be assembled in various manners, and a conventional method is to use a fastening member, that is, the first and second shielding portions 31 and 32 each further include at least one fastening member. The fastener comprises a stud and a nut fixedly embedded in the first and second shielding portions 31, 32. The first and second shielding parts 31 and 32 can be fixed on the upper cover 11 or the lower cover 12 by forming a through hole on the cover layer 23 and then screwing the stud on the magic nut through the through hole.
The four-side opening and closing case further comprises a case lock 40 arranged on the case body 10. The luggage lock 40 is a prior art, typically a combination lock, and mates with the slider 213 to lock the luggage. For aesthetic appearance and intensive overall product, one of the first and second shielding parts 31, 32 is connected with the case lock 40, i.e. the case lock 40 and the first and second shielding parts 31, 32 can be fixed by only one or two fasteners, thereby achieving the purposes of aesthetic appearance and cost reduction.
Further, the four-sided open/close case further includes a tightening strap 50 provided between the upper and lower covers 11, 12. The tightening strap 50 may be one elastic strap or may include two straps and a socket assembly for connecting the two straps. In this embodiment, the tightening strap 50 includes straps fixedly provided on the upper and lower covers 11, 12, respectively, and female and male inserts provided on the two straps. The two ends of the zipper 20 are separated from the upper and lower covers 11 and 12, so that the case has the purpose of opening and closing at any position, i.e. the slider 213 is positioned at any position, so that the hinge point of the slider 213 can be opened and closed, thereby improving the convenience of use of the case.
