Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention proposes a dog rope controller, including a casing 1, where the casing 1 is composed of a front half shell 11 and a rear half shell 12, a rope winding wheel 2 capable of winding a dog rope is pivoted in the casing 1, a rope outlet 101 is provided on one side of the casing 1, a gear 20 is provided on one side or both sides of the rope winding wheel 2, an ejection cambered surface 231 is provided on teeth 23 of the gear 20, an elastic damping device is provided in the casing 1, one end of the elastic damping device is provided with an cambered surface 321 matched with the ejection cambered surface 231, a driving device for driving the elastic damping device to insert into or withdraw from a tooth slot 22 of the gear 20 is further provided in the casing 1, and a gear adjusting structure for adjusting a moving stroke of the elastic damping device is provided between the driving device and the elastic damping device.
In this embodiment, the elastic damping device includes a moving member 31, a locking member 32, and an elastic member 33 connected between the moving member 31 and the locking member 32, where the elastic member 33 is a spring, the arc surface 321 is disposed at one end of the locking member 32 far away from the moving member 31, the driving device is used for including a driving member 4 capable of moving in the housing 1, the driving member 4 is provided with a pushing inclined surface 42 capable of pushing the moving member 31 to insert the locking member 32 into the tooth slot 22, and the driving device further includes a return spring 5 for driving the elastic damping device to return.
In the present invention, the moving member 31, the elastic member 33 and the locking member 32 are all located above the reel 2. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a vertically guided chute 102 is provided in the housing 1, and the moving member 31 is engaged with the chute 102 so as to be vertically slidable along the chute 102. The casing 1 is provided with a guide groove 103, the driving member 4 is slidably arranged in the guide groove 103, when the driving member 4 slides towards one end of the guide groove 103, the moving member 31 is driven by the pushing inclined surface 42 to move downwards along the sliding groove 102, the clamping member 32 is pushed downwards, and when the driving member 4 slides towards the other end of the guide groove 103, the moving member 31 is driven by the elastic force of the reset spring 5 to move upwards along the sliding groove 102, and the clamping member 32 is pushed upwards. In order to allow the driving tool 4 to be manually driven to move along the guide groove 103, one side of the driving tool 4 has a hand pushing portion 41 protruding out of the housing 1.
When the clamping piece 32 is positioned outside the tooth groove 22, the clamping piece 32 is not contacted with the tooth 23 in the rotating process of the rope winding wheel 2, the rotation of the rope winding wheel 2 is not limited, and the dog rope can be pulled out from the rope winding wheel 2 very easily. Under the condition of smaller stroke of the clamping piece 32 inserted into the tooth slot 22, in the process of rotating around the rope pulley 2, when each tooth 23 passes through the position of the clamping piece 32, the clamping piece 32 can be pushed upwards by the cooperation of the pushing cambered surface 231 and the cambered surface 321, so that the elastic piece 33 is compressed. After the tooth 23 passes this position, the elastic member 33 pushes the catch member 32 into the next tooth slot 22. Then the next tooth 23 rotates to the position of the catch 32, and the above actions are repeated. When the pushing cambered surface 231 is matched with the cambered surface 321, the friction force between the pushing cambered surface 231 and the cambered surface 321 can block the rotation of the rope winding wheel 2, and the larger the stroke of the clamping piece 32 inserted into the tooth slot 22 is, the larger the pressure and friction force between the pushing cambered surface 231 and the cambered surface 321 are matched, and the stronger the blocking effect on the rope winding wheel 2 is. When the stroke of insertion of the catch 32 is sufficiently large, the rope reel 2 can be locked. Therefore, the tightness of the dog leash can be adjusted by adjusting the depth of inserting the locking element 32 into the tooth slot 22, and the depth of inserting the locking element 32 into the tooth slot 22 can be adjusted when the driving element 4 moves along the guide slot 103.
In the process of walking the dog, the dog rope is wound on the rope winding wheel 2, and when the puppy runs forward, the dog rope wound on the rope winding wheel 2 can be pulled out forward through the rope outlet 101. In the design, the lower end of the clamping piece 32 is abutted with the dog rope wound on the rope winding wheel 2, when the puppy runs forwards, the friction force between the clamping piece 32 and the dog rope is overcome, the speed of the puppy running forwards can be limited, the control of the behavior of the puppy by an owner is facilitated, and the injury accident caused by the fleeing of the puppy in a movable range is avoided; in addition, to the dogs of different sizes, can adjust the elasticity of dog rope through gear adjustment structure from top to bottom, easy operation, strong adaptability.
The above-described gear position adjusting structure may be a structure including a plurality of arc-shaped concave portions 421 provided on the pressing inclined surface 42, and a convex portion 312 provided on the moving member 31 to be engaged with the concave portions 421.
The gear adjusting structure may also be a structure including a plurality of arc-shaped grooves 43 disposed on one side of the driving member 4, each groove 43 being sequentially disposed along the moving direction of the driving member 4, and further including a protruding clamping portion 106 disposed in the housing 1 and engaged with the groove 43, the protruding clamping portion 106 being disposed in the guide groove 103.
Referring to fig. 5, a rope winding groove 21 for winding the dog rope is provided at the middle of the rope winding wheel 2.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the key 31 is provided with a guide hole 311, the locking member 32 is provided with a guide rod 322 matched with the guide hole 311, and the guide rod 322 is inserted into the guide hole 311 and can slide along the guide hole 311. The locking piece 32 is also provided with a fixed column 323 parallel to the guide rod 322, and the elastic piece 33 is sleeved on the fixed column 323. Such a design can always maintain the elastic force of the elastic member 33 in the up-down direction.
In order to facilitate the holding of the invention, one side of the housing 1 is provided with a handle 105 for holding.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the technical solutions for achieving the object of the present invention by substantially the same means are all within the scope of protection of the present invention.
