When a user needs to peel waste electric wires, the user places the electric wires on the cutting knife 13 at the lower part and then penetrates the electric wires through the circular tube 5, the first electric push rod 14 below the user controls to extend upwards, the first electric push rod 14 above the user controls to extend downwards, so that the cutting knives 13 at the upper and lower parts move inwards to cut off the skins of the electric wires, the user controls the first electric push rods 14 at the upper and lower sides to stop extending, the user presses the bulge 10 to press downwards, the bulge 10 drives the pressing plate 8 to press the electric wires through the guide rod 9, the first spring 7 is stretched, the user moves the supporting rod 4 leftwards through the bulge 10 to pull out the skins of the electric wires leftwards, the user releases the bulge 10 again, the first spring 7 restores, the first spring 7 drives the pressing plate 8 to lift, so as to release the electric wires, the user controls the first electric push rod 14 at the upper side to retract upwards and controls the first electric push rod 14 at the lower side to retract downwards, therefore, the cutting knives 13 on the upper side and the lower side are driven to move outwards, the electric wires are loosened, when the first electric push rods 14 on the upper side and the lower side retract to a proper position, a user controls the first electric push rods 14 on the upper side and the lower side to stop retracting, the user drags the electric wires leftwards, the electric wires which are not peeled penetrate through the circular tube 5, and the electric wires can be continuously peeled by repeating the actions.

When a user peels the wire by using the device, the user controls the second electric push rod 167 to extend downwards, the second electric push rod 167 drives the concave plate 168 to move downwards, so as to drive the protrusion 10 to move downwards, and further drives the pressure plate 8 to move downwards through the guide rod 9, the first spring 7 is compressed, when the pressure plate 8 presses the wire, the user controls the second electric push rod 167 to stop extending downwards, the user controls the electric reel 165 to rotate clockwise, the pull wire 166 is wound on the electric reel 165, the electric reel 165 drives the second electric push rod 167 and the upper part thereof to move leftwards through the pull wire 166, so as to drive the protrusion 10 to move leftwards through the concave plate 168, so as to pull the wire leftwards, the second spring 164 is stretched, when the wire is pulled leftwards to a proper position, the user closes the electric reel 165, the user controls the second electric push rod 167 to retract upwards, the second electric push rod 167 drives the concave plate 168 to, the first spring 7 is reset, so that the pressing plate 8 does not press the electric wire, a user controls the electric reel 165 to rotate anticlockwise, the pull wire 166 winds out of the electric reel 165, the second spring 164 is reset, the second spring 164 drives the second slider 162 and the upper part of the second slider to move rightwards, so that the concave plate 168 drives the protrusion 10 and the upper part of the protrusion to move rightwards, the circular tube 5 is driven to move rightwards, when the circular tube 5 moves leftwards to a proper position, the user closes the electric reel 165, and the operation of automatically pulling the electric wire leftwards can be achieved.
Because still including connecting rod 17 and wipe piece 18, the lower part in the left side of branch 4 is connected with connecting rod 17, and the connecting rod 17 left end is connected with wipes piece 18, wipes piece 18 bottom and contacts with first slide rail 2 top. When the user uses this equipment to peel the electric wire, the electric wire skin of peeling off falls on bottom plate 1's top left side, when branch 4 moves left, branch 4 passes through connecting rod 17 and drives and wipes piece 18 and move left, thereby sweep the electric wire skin that falls on bottom plate 1 top left side, move right when branch 4, branch 4 drives through connecting rod 17 and wipes piece 18 and move right, thereby make connecting rod 17 and wipe piece 18 and get back to the initial position, so go round and go round, alright realize sweeping the electric wire skin that falls automatically.
Because still including second connecting block 19, third spring 20 and dog 21, first slide rail 2 top right side is equipped with second connecting block 19, and first slider 3 right side is connected with dog 21, is connected with third spring 20 between dog 21 and the second connecting block 19. When the user does not control the speed of the right movement of the protrusion 10, when the protrusion 10 moves to the right, the stopper 21 and the third spring 20 cooperate to change the speed of the right movement of the first slider 3, and reduce the buffering force when the protrusion 10 moves to the right, thereby limiting the movement of the protrusion 10 to the right.
