The invention relates to the technical field of electric appliances, in particular to a magnetic waterproof socket.
Background
The socket is a socket into which one or more circuit connections can be inserted, through which various connections can be inserted, facilitating the connection to other circuits. The connection and disconnection between the circuit and the copper piece are realized to finally achieve the connection and disconnection of the part of the circuit. A socket in a communication device generally includes a socket fixing body, a plurality of socket assembly fixing holes are uniformly distributed on the socket fixing body, a socket assembly is fixed on each socket assembly fixing hole, and a plug connector is connected with the socket assembly in a plug manner.
In the use process, if hands are stained with water, water can drip into the socket accidentally, or water can enter the socket under other conditions, the majority of the water entering the socket is not used, and the water entering the socket can cause electric leakage, short circuit, open circuit and even electric wire fire accidents.
Therefore, it is an urgent problem to be solved by those skilled in the art to improve the socket to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a magnetic suction type waterproof socket, which solves the problems of electric leakage, short circuit, open circuit and even electric wire fire accidents caused by water inlet of the socket in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a magnetic suction type waterproof socket comprises a fixed seat, wherein a seat cavity is formed in the fixed seat, and a circular seat opening is formed in the upper end of the seat cavity;
a fixed block is arranged in the seat cavity, and the side surface of the fixed block is fixedly sealed with the side wall of the seat cavity; the fixed block divides the seat cavity into an upper cylindrical upper cavity and a lower cylindrical lower cavity;
a cylindrical cover plate is arranged in the upper cavity, a sliding groove surrounding the upper cavity for a circle is formed in the inner side wall of the upper cavity, a sliding strip surrounding the cover plate for a circle is arranged on the side wall of the cover plate, and the sliding strip is accommodated in the sliding groove; a sealing cushion layer is arranged on the lower surface of the cover plate and is attached to the upper surface of the fixing block;
the cover plate is provided with a plurality of cylindrical conductive slots, the upper ends of the conductive slots are provided with jacks, and the lower ends of the conductive slots extend to the lower part of the cover plate;
arc-shaped grooves which are matched with the conductive slots in a one-to-one correspondence mode are formed in the fixed block, the lower ends of the conductive slots are contained in the arc-shaped grooves, and when the cover plate rotates, the conductive slots move along the arc-shaped grooves;
a through groove is formed in the bottom of one end of the arc-shaped groove, a conductive column penetrates through the through groove, the upper end of the conductive column is located in the arc-shaped groove, and the upper end of the conductive column is a first inclined plane facing the other end of the arc-shaped groove; the lower end of the conductive slot is a second inclined plane matched with the first inclined plane; the lower end of the conductive post is positioned in the lower cavity, and an elastic reset piece is arranged between the lower end of the conductive post and the bottom surface of the lower cavity; an electrode plate for connecting a power supply line is arranged below the conductive column;
the edge of the cover plate is provided with an inner magnetic part, when the conductive slot is positioned at one end of the arc-shaped groove, a first outer magnetic part is arranged at the fixed seat opposite to the inner magnetic part, and when the conductive slot is positioned at the other end of the arc-shaped groove, a second outer magnetic part is arranged at the fixed seat opposite to the inner magnetic part; the first outer magnetic member and the second outer magnetic member are opposite in polarity to the inner magnetic member.
Further, the outer side of the conductive column is sleeved with a sealing sleeve, and a blocking edge extending outwards is arranged below the sealing sleeve.

Furthermore, the number of the sliding grooves is two, and the sliding grooves are arranged up and down; the number of the sliding strips is two, and the sliding strips are respectively contained in the two sliding grooves.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention has simple structure design and convenient use; the conductive slot is arranged, and when the conductive slot is not in use, the conductive slot is separated from the conductive column, so that even if water enters the conductive slot, no danger can occur; a labyrinth seal is formed between the cover plate and the side wall of the upper cavity by two sliding grooves and two sliding strips, and a sealing cushion layer is arranged between the cover plate and the fixed block for double protection to prevent the arc-shaped groove from water inflow; a sealing sleeve is sleeved outside the conductive column to prevent the lower cavity from water inflow; the invention can prevent the socket from water inlet and improve the power utilization safety.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the magnetic-type waterproof socket in this embodiment includes a fixing seat 1, where a seat cavity is formed inside the fixing seat 1, and a circular seat opening is formed at an upper end of the seat cavity; a fixed block 2 is arranged in the seat cavity, and the side surface of the fixed block 2 is fixedly sealed with the side wall of the seat cavity; the fixed block 2 divides the seat cavity into an upper cylindrical cavity and a lower cylindrical cavity 3.
A cylindrical cover plate 4 is arranged in the upper cavity and matched with the seat opening, a sliding groove 5 surrounding the upper cavity for one circle is arranged on the inner side wall of the upper cavity, a sliding strip 6 surrounding the cover plate 4 for one circle is arranged on the side wall of the cover plate 4, and the sliding strip 6 is accommodated in the sliding groove 5; in this embodiment, the number of the sliding grooves 5 is two, and the two sliding grooves are arranged up and down; the number of the sliding strips 6 is two, and the sliding strips are respectively accommodated in the two sliding grooves 5 to form labyrinth seal. The lower surface of the cover plate 4 is provided with a sealing cushion layer 7, and the sealing cushion layer 7 is attached to the upper surface of the fixing block 2.
The cover plate 4 is provided with a plurality of cylindrical conductive slots 8, and conductive elastic sheets 9 are arranged in the conductive slots 8 to enhance the clamping property of the plug. In this embodiment, three conductive slots 8 are provided, so that this embodiment is a three-item socket; the upper end of the conductive slot 8 is provided with a socket 10, and a plug is inserted into the socket 10; the lower end of the conductive slot 8 extends to the lower part of the cover plate 4.
Arc-shaped grooves 11 which are matched with the conductive slots 8 in a one-to-one correspondence mode are formed in the fixed block 2, the lower ends of the conductive slots 8 are contained in the arc-shaped grooves 11, and when the cover plate 4 rotates, the conductive slots 8 move along the arc-shaped grooves 11. Here, both ends of the arc-shaped slot 11 are arc-shaped surfaces, which is convenient for matching with the conductive slot 8.
A through groove 12 is formed in the bottom of one end of the arc-shaped groove 11, a conductive column 13 penetrates through the through groove 12, the upper end of the conductive column 13 is located in the arc-shaped groove 11, and the upper end of the conductive column 13 is a first inclined plane 14 facing the other end of the arc-shaped groove 11 and lower; the lower end of the conductive slot 8 is provided with a second inclined surface 15 matched with the first inclined surface 14; the lower end of the conductive post 13 is located in the lower cavity 3, and an elastic reset piece 16 is arranged between the lower end of the conductive post 13 and the bottom surface of the lower cavity 3, wherein the elastic reset piece 16 is an insulating elastic sheet; an electrode plate 17 for connecting a power supply line is arranged below the conductive column 13, and the electrode plate 17 is connected with the power supply line and connected to a power supply system.
An inner magnetic part 18 is arranged at the edge of the cover plate 4, when the conductive slot 8 is positioned at one end of the arc-shaped groove 11, a first outer magnetic part 19 is arranged at the fixed seat 1 opposite to the inner magnetic part 18, and when the conductive slot 8 is positioned at the other end of the arc-shaped groove 11, a second outer magnetic part 20 is arranged at the fixed seat 1 opposite to the inner magnetic part 18; the first outer magnetic element 19 and the second outer magnetic element 20 are of opposite polarity to the inner magnetic element 18.
In this embodiment, a sealing sleeve 21 is sleeved outside the conductive post 13, and a blocking edge 22 extending outward is provided below the sealing sleeve 21. The sealing sleeve 21 prevents the lower chamber 3 from being filled with water.
When the plug is not inserted, the inner magnetic element 18 and the first outer magnetic element 19 are aligned and attracted, the conductive slot 8 is located at one end of the arc-shaped groove 11 far away from the conductive column 13, the elastic resetting element 16 jacks up the conductive column 13, and the conductive column 13 is separated from the electrode plate 17; at this time, the conductive slot 8 and the conductive column 13 are separated from the electrode plate 17, and even if water enters the conductive slot 8, short circuit, electric leakage and the like do not occur. Form labyrinth seal by two spouts 5 and two draw runner 6 between apron 4 and the last cavity lateral wall, set up seal cushion 7 between apron 4 and the fixed block 2, duplicate protection prevents that arc wall 11 from intaking, even if intake in the arc wall 11, because electrically conductive slot 8 with lead electrical pillar 13 and all with the separation of electrode slice 17, can not take place the condition such as short circuit electric leakage yet. When a plug is inserted, the plug is rotated leftwards to drive the cover plate 4 to rotate, the conductive slot 8 rotates along with the plug, when the conductive slot 8 rotates to the position above the conductive column 13, the conductive column 13 is pressed downwards, the elastic reset piece 16 is compressed, the conductive column 13 is contacted with the electrode plate 17, and the inner magnetic piece 18 and the second outer magnetic piece 20 are aligned and attracted. At this time, the conductive slot 8, the conductive column 13 and the electrode plate 17 are electrically connected, so that power can be supplied to the plug.
