1. A health information processing system based on cloud storage is characterized by comprising: a medical center server and a plurality of medical information processing terminals configured to medical institutions;
the medical information processing terminal includes: the medical data acquisition module, the medical storage module and the information communication module;
the medical data acquisition module is used for acquiring medical consulting room information, medical expert information, medical staff information, medical equipment resource information, bed information, medical staff scheduling information, service price information, medical staff picture introduction information, video information shot by a medical staff camera, medical staff age information, medical staff height information, medical staff weight information, medical staff past medical history information, medical staff medical insurance card number information, medical staff Xinnong Heng number information and patient health archive information of a medical institution where the medical information processing terminal is located, and storing the information to the medical storage module;
the medical center server acquires data information stored by the medical storage module through the information communication module;
the medical center server is used for sorting the data information acquired from each medical information processing terminal, storing the data information into the database according to medical institutions, medical staff or information acquisition time periods in a classified manner, establishing a medical resource information query cloud database, establishing a medical staff health file information database and establishing a medical expert database for the medical staff and the medical staff to query;
the medical center server is also provided with a medical information display platform, so that medical staff and medical staff can log in the medical information display platform through the mobile terminal to inquire medical information;
the medical information processing terminal further includes: a medical information storage configuration module;
the medical information storage configuration module is used for configuring a preset number of virtual storages according to a virtual storage capacity configuration instruction, configuring the storage capacity of each virtual storage, performing address coding on the virtual storages, and acquiring the current storage capacity and the spare storage capacity of each virtual storage in real time;
the system is also used for dividing the storage area of the virtual storage into a local storage area and a medical cloud storage area; configuring the storage capacity of the local storage area; configuring storage capacity of a medical cloud storage area;
configuring a local storage area to be accessed and stored with data only by a local medical storage module; configuring a medical cloud storage area as a medical cloud storage area;
the medical center server is further used for monitoring medical cloud storage capacity in real time, when the used medical cloud storage capacity exceeds a threshold value, the available storage capacity of the medical storage module of each medical information processing terminal is obtained, when the available storage capacity of the medical storage module of a certain medical information processing terminal is higher than a preset storage threshold value, the medical center server sends a medical storage area expansion control instruction to the medical information storage configuration module of the medical information processing terminal, the medical information storage configuration module stores data information stored in a local storage area into the medical storage module, and then the available storage capacity of the local storage area of the virtual storage is converted into the medical cloud storage area.

the medical center server is used for configuring address information of each medical information processing terminal and system virtual storage device address information of each medical information processing terminal, acquiring the storage capacity of a medical storage module of each medical information processing terminal, the total storage capacity of a virtual storage device, the storage capacity of a local storage area and the storage capacity of a medical cloud storage area, and arranging the medical information processing terminals into a sequence list;
the medical center server configures the storage capacity of the medical cloud storage area of each medical information processing terminal as a medical cloud storage capacity.

the medical center server is further used for transferring the data stored in the medical cloud storage area of each medical information processing terminal to a database of the medical center server every time a preset time length passes.
4. The cloud storage based health information processing system of claim 2,
the medical center server is further configured to send a virtual storage volume configuration instruction to the medical information storage configuration module, where the virtual storage volume configuration instruction includes: establishing the number of virtual storages, the storage capacity of each virtual storage, the storage capacity of a local storage area, and configuring the storage capacity of a medical cloud storage area and the set duration of each virtual storage;
the medical information storage configuration module is further used for configuring a preset number of virtual storages according to a virtual storage capacity configuration instruction sent by the medical center server, configuring the storage capacity of each virtual storage, the storage capacity of a local storage area, the storage capacity of a medical cloud storage area, and performing address coding on the virtual storages;
the medical information storage configuration module is also used for sending the time limit information of the set time to the medical center server when the configured virtual storage reaches the set time; the medical information storage configuration module stores the data information of the local storage area of the virtual storage into the medical storage module;
and the medical center server stores the data information stored in the virtual storage medical cloud storage area into a database according to the set time limit information.

the medical center server is further used for monitoring the used storage volume of each medical information processing terminal in real time, when the used storage volume of a certain medical information processing terminal exceeds a storage volume threshold value, the medical center server sends a virtual storage volume configuration instruction to a medical information storage configuration module of the medical information processing terminal, so that the medical information storage configuration module configures the medical center server to send virtual storages of a preset number, configures the storage volume of the virtual storages, performs address coding on the virtual storages, and further obtains the current storage volume of the virtual storages and the vacant storage volume of the medical information processing terminal in real time.

the medical center server is also used for monitoring whether a new medical information processing terminal is added in the system in real time, and if the new medical information processing terminal is added, the data information is acquired through the communication connection of the information communication module of the new medical information processing terminal;
the medical center server is further used for configuring address information of the newly-added medical information processing terminal and address information of a system virtual memory of the newly-added medical information processing terminal, acquiring the storage capacity of a medical memory module of the newly-added medical information processing terminal, the total storage capacity of the virtual memory, the storage capacity of a local memory area and the storage capacity of a medical cloud memory area, and configuring the newly-added medical information processing terminal into the sequence list;
and the medical center server configures the storage capacity of the medical cloud storage area of the newly added medical information processing terminal as the medical cloud storage capacity.
