The principles and spirit of the present invention are explained in detail below with reference to several representative embodiments of the invention.
Summary of The Invention
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a process of implementing a current reading class App as a book abstract in a related embodiment of the present invention, specifically: firstly, in the process of reading the text of the book (as shown in the left side of fig. 1, the interface in the reading state), if the user encounters the content of interest, the user needs to press the text of the book for a long time, and pops up an operation menu, as shown in the right side of fig. 1, the operation menu includes "copy", "line drawing", "note", "dictionary", "share", and the like; a user needs to manually select a text, and then finely adjusts the range of the selected text by dragging the slider; after the text range is determined, the text range can be further subjected to operations such as note taking or line drawing.
However, if a user wants to select a plurality of discontinuous book extracts, the above procedure needs to be repeated for a plurality of times, which causes the current reading to be interrupted for a plurality of times, and the operation cost is high. In addition, if the object to be bookmarked by the user is a text existing on a picture in the text of the book, the user can only save the picture or manually extract the picture, and the content in the picture cannot be stored in the form of the aforementioned bookmark.
The inventor finds that in the prior art, the requirement on the operation precision of a user is high, the user often needs to perform multiple operations to find an accurate bookpicking range, the operation is complicated, and particularly when multiple discontinuous bookpicking contents are selected, the user needs to perform multiple repeated operations, the current reading is interrupted for multiple times, and a plurality of defects exist in the way that the text contents shown in a picture format cannot be stored in a common text bookpicking mode.
Accordingly, embodiments of the present invention provide a method, medium, apparatus, and computing device for generating a digest.
Having described the general principles of the invention, various non-limiting embodiments of the invention are described in detail below.
Application scene overview
It should be noted that the following application scenarios are merely illustrated to facilitate understanding of the spirit and principles of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
The application scene one: when an article of an electronic book is displayed on the intelligent terminal device through an interactive interface, a user can start a bookmark mode by clicking a preset area on the interactive interface when reading the article, wherein the preset area can be a fixed and unchangeable area (a blank area at the upper right corner of the interactive interface) in the interactive interface, and can also be movable in the interactive interface, for example, a 'bookmark' word button is suspended on the interactive interface, and the position of the button can be moved after receiving a movement instruction (such as a dragging button). In the digest mode, the user may mark the start position and the end position of the target content according to a preset operation (e.g., sliding or clicking), where the target content is the content that the user wants to digest. After the start position and the end position of the target content are selected, the target content can be directly marked as a book digest. Therefore, compared with the book picking mode in the traditional mode that the user needs to select the target content in a dragging mode after popping up the operation menu according to the text of the book for a long time, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention can ensure that the user only needs to mark the starting position and the ending position in the text reading process of the book and does not need to accurately drag the starting position and the ending position of the book pick, thereby greatly reducing the operation cost, simultaneously reducing the operation precision of the user, saving the operation time of the book picking and bringing better experience to the user.
Application scenario two: when an article of an electronic book is displayed on the intelligent terminal device through an interactive interface, a user can start a book-picking mode after clicking a preset area on the interactive interface when reading the article. The difference from the application scenario is that the user may also mark the start positions and the end positions of a plurality of target contents according to a preset operation (e.g. sliding or clicking), and after selecting the start positions and the end positions of the target contents, the target contents may be directly marked as a book excerpt. Thus, a plurality of book extracts can be generated, namely, the extraction of batch book extracts is completed. Under this scene, can adopt simple operation mode to accomplish the extraction of batch excerpt, compare with batch excerpt of doing in traditional scheme and can reduce operating time by a wide margin, promote the convenience.
Application scenario three: when an article of an electronic book is displayed on the intelligent terminal device through an interactive interface, a user can start a book-picking mode after clicking a preset area on the interactive interface when reading the article. The difference from the application scenario is that when the selected target content includes a picture, the content in the picture is converted into a text, and then the converted text is spliced with the original text in the target content to form the converted target content. In the scene, not only can the text content be abstracted, but also the picture content can be abstracted, and the abstracted text is converted into the text and then stored as the content in the text format, so that the application range of the abstracts is wider, and the diversified requirements of users are met.
Exemplary method
In the following, a method of generating a book digest according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 2 in conjunction with the above application scenarios.
It should be noted that the above application scenarios are merely illustrated for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of a method of generating a digest according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for generating a book digest according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
in step S210, a start position of the target content is obtained in response to a first control operation by the user.
In step S220, the end position of the target content is obtained in response to the second control operation of the user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, before step S210, the method further includes: and responding to a third control operation of the user, switching the interactive interface from the reading mode to a book-picking mode, and responding to the first control operation and the second control operation of the user in the book-picking mode.
In some embodiments of the invention, the third control operation is to trigger a preset area on the interactive interface, where the preset area is fixed in the interactive interface or moves in the interactive interface after receiving the move command. The preset area may be fixed, for example, a blank area in the upper right corner (lower right corner, etc.) of the interactive interface, or movable, for example, an operation button hovering above the interactive interface, where the button may be marked with one character ("excerpt") or two characters ("excerpt"), etc. for prompting the user. In addition, the operation buttons may be displayed in other manners formed on or below the display layer of the text content of the book, besides being suspended on the interactive interface, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, since the operation button is movable, the position of the operation button may be moved by a preset movement instruction, for example, the movement instruction may be a drag, that is, after the operation button is selected, the operation button is moved from one position to another position by a drag manner. Therefore, if the operation button is positioned above the display image layer of the text content of the book, when the text content is shielded by the operation button and the reading of the user is influenced, the operation button can be moved to other positions which do not influence the reading of the user in a dragging mode. In addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, other movement instructions besides dragging may also be used to move the position of the operation button, for example, long pressing the operation button to enter a movement operation mode, in the movement operation mode, the target position of the operation button may be determined to move directly according to the position clicked by the user, and the movement of the operation button may also be implemented.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, in addition to the third control operation, the reading mode may be switched to the bookend mode in other manners, for example, the reading mode may be switched to the bookend mode in other manners that do not conflict with the existing operation instruction for the physical button on the intelligent terminal device, which is not listed here.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the bookmark mode, the first control operation and the second control operation are sliding operations, and obtaining a start position of the target content in response to the first control operation by the user includes: responding to the end position of the first sliding operation of the user on the interactive interface to obtain the start position of the target content; obtaining the end position of the target content in response to a second control operation of the user includes: and responding to the end position of the second sliding operation of the user on the interactive interface to obtain the end position of the target content. Wherein, in the triggering time, the triggering time of the second control operation is immediately after the triggering time of the first control operation, and the time interval between the first sliding operation and the second sliding operation is 0.5 s-3 s.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the bookmark mode, the obtaining of the start position of the target content in response to the first control operation by the user is performed by using a first control operation of the user as a click operation, where the first control operation and the second control operation are performed by: responding to the position of a first click operation of a user on the interactive interface to obtain the starting position of the target content; obtaining the end position of the target content in response to a second control operation of the user includes: responding to the position of a second click operation of the user on the interactive interface to obtain the end position of the target content; wherein a time interval between the first click operation and the second click operation is 0.5s to 3 s.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the time interval between the first sliding operation (or the first click operation) and the second sliding operation (or the second click operation) is merely an example, and in practical applications, an appropriate time interval may be selected as a criterion for determining that the two sliding operations (or the two click operations) are adjacent to each other, for example, the time interval may be 2s as a default, that is, the sliding operation that occurs again within 2s after the first sliding operation (or the first click operation) is the second sliding operation (or the second click operation). In addition, in other embodiments, the time interval between the two control operations may also be a certain time value set by the user in a self-defined manner within a range of 0.1s to 5s, and the principle is the same as above, and is not described here again.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the method for selecting and annotating a section of target content as a bookmark in the bookmark mode may be implemented by operations other than the control operations listed above, such as sliding, clicking, and the like (e.g., gesture operation for pointing and pointing, S-shaped gesture operation, and the like), which certainly need to satisfy the characteristics of simplicity and easiness in operation of the first control operation and the second control operation, low requirement on the precision of user operation, and should not conflict with the existing operation instruction on the intelligent terminal device. Therefore, when a user reads any book, the user only needs to mark the starting position and the ending position of the target content, the target content can be actively marked as a book excerpt, and the user does not need to accurately drag the target content, so that the operation cost of the user is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the aforementioned book-picking mode, a batch book-picking operation may be further performed, and therefore the method further includes:
obtaining N starting positions of N target contents in response to N first sliding operations or N first clicking operations of a user; and responding to N times of second sliding operation or N times of second clicking operation of the user to obtain N ending positions respectively corresponding to the N starting positions, wherein N is a positive integer and is more than or equal to 2.
Furthermore, for N defined target contents, a corresponding digest is obtained according to the start position and the end position of each target content. Therefore, in the process of reading the text of the book, the user can finish batch book picking operation only by marking the starting positions and the ending positions of a plurality of target contents, and the operation cost of the user can be reduced.
It should be noted that, in the process of performing batch bookpicking by the user, after the end position of one of the target contents is obtained by detecting the click operation of the user, the detection of the time interval is not performed any more. If the user performs the click operation again in a short time, the click operation is used as a detection target of the starting position of another target content, so that the target content which is defined cannot be influenced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the selected target content is not necessarily text-formatted content, and may include all or part of picture-formatted content.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart after obtaining the end position of the target content in the embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S310, detecting whether the target content includes a picture, and when detecting that the target content includes a picture, converting the content in the picture into a text, where the specific conversion process refers to the following steps shown in fig. 4.
Step S320, the converted text is spliced with the original text in the target content to form the converted target content. It should be noted that, this step means that, when some of the target content includes pictures, the pictures need to be converted into corresponding texts and then spliced with the original texts to obtain the final converted target content. When the target content contains all pictures (i.e. does not contain texts), the splicing step is not needed, and the text obtained directly after conversion is the final converted target content.
In some embodiments of the present invention, fig. 4 further illustrates a flowchart of converting the above-mentioned picture into a text in step S310 in fig. 3, which may specifically include the following steps:
step S410, sending the picture to a server to perform text conversion on the content in the picture.
Step S420, receiving the text converted by the server.
Based on the above steps S410 and S420, after the intelligent terminal device detects the picture from the target content, the picture is sent to the server, and after the server receives the picture, the server performs text conversion on the picture, for example, an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) conversion may be adopted to obtain a corresponding text. And then, the server sends the converted text to the intelligent terminal equipment.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after obtaining the end position of the target content, the method further includes: the target content may be highlighted from the start position to the end position, for example, the selected target content may be highlighted so as to be distinguished from other text contents in display.
In step S230, a bookmark is extracted according to the target content defined by the start position and the end position.
In some embodiments of the present invention, obtaining the digest according to the target content defined by the start position and the end position includes: obtaining chapter marks according to page numbers corresponding to the target contents and pre-stored directory information; and storing the target content according to the chapter marks and the pre-stored book marks to obtain the book abstract. The book identification is automatically stored in advance, and when the interactive interface displays a certain book, the book identification is automatically acquired. Since the book bibliographic information stored in advance has chapters and page number ranges of each chapter, chapter marks can be obtained from the page number of the target content and the bibliographic information of the book.
Fig. 5 shows a storage field table of the book digest, as shown in fig. 5, where the storage fields include a book identification (i.e., book ID), a chapter identification (i.e., chapter ID), a start position (i.e., note-start index), and an end position (i.e., note-end index), where the field types of the book ID and the chapter ID are both character strings, the field types of the note-start index and the note-end index are both characters, the note-start index is used to record where a certain label starts, as shown in a1 position in the following fig. 8, and the note-end is used to record where a certain label ends, as shown in a2 position in the following fig. 8.
Based on the embodiments, on one hand, the method for generating the book abstract can enable the user to mark the starting position and the ending position only in the text reading process of the book without precisely dragging the book to select the starting position and the ending position of the book abstract, so that the operation cost can be greatly reduced, the operation precision of the user can be reduced, the operation time of book extraction can be saved, and better experience is brought to the user. On the other hand, the user can finish batch bookpicking operation by marking a plurality of starting positions and ending positions, complex operations such as repeated long-press dragging are not needed, the operation cost of the user can be further reduced, and the operation portability is greatly improved. On the other hand, the pictures in the target content can be reduced and converted into texts to be stored, so that the book summarization is completed, and the problem that the pictures can only be stored or manually summarized in the prior art is solved.
Details of the implementation of the method for generating a digest shown in fig. 2 will be described in detail below with reference to various embodiments:
example 1
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for generating a digest according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, where the method is used to digest plain text content, and as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
step S610, responding to a third control operation of the user, switching the interactive interface from the reading mode to the bookmark mode.
And the third control operation is to click a 'plucking' word button, wherein the 'plucking' word button is suspended on the layer of the text content of the book. Fig. 7 shows an interface schematic diagram corresponding to the method shown in fig. 6, where fig. 7 shows a reading mode on the left side and a excerpt mode on the right side, and after the text of the book is opened, a user clicks an excerpt button to enter the excerpt mode.
Step S620, obtaining a start position of the target content in response to an end position of the first sliding operation performed by the user on the interactive interface.
Step S630, obtaining an end position of the target content in response to an end position of a second sliding operation performed by the user on the interactive interface.
In steps S620 and S630, in the bookmark mode, a response may be made to the first swipe operation and the second swipe operation by the user. The first sliding operation and the second sliding operation are two operations of which the trigger time of the user on the interactive interface is adjacent, and the first sliding operation and the second sliding operation can be replaced by a first click operation and a second click operation. Here, the end position of the sliding operation may be marked by a straight line or by a diagonal line, and the embodiment is shown by taking a diagonal line as an example.
As shown in the right side of fig. 7, in the bookmark mode, the start position of the target content is acquired by the position before the "if" word of "… …" at the end position of the first slide operation, and also, it is already apparent by the position before the "if" word of "… … at the end position of the first slide operation. "is". "the subsequent position acquires the end position of the target content.
In step S640, a abstract is extracted according to the target content defined by the start position and the end position.
Firstly, according to the target content defined by the starting position and the ending position, the book to which the target content marked by the segment belongs can be identified, and then book identification (namely book ID) is obtained; the page number of the target content can be obtained according to the starting position and the ending position, and the chapter to which the target content marked in the section belongs can be identified according to the page number corresponding to the target content and the pre-stored catalogue information of the book, so that a chapter mark (namely, a chapter ID) can be obtained; then, storing the target content according to the chapter identification and the pre-stored book identification to obtain a book abstract; finally, the book ID, chapter ID, start position, and end position are stored in the field table as shown in fig. 5.
Then, a user's digest section is extracted from the field table, and fig. 8 is a schematic diagram showing position marks of the digest section, where as shown in fig. 8, the start position startindex is a diagram a1, and the end position endindex is a diagram a 2. And if a plurality of book excerpt segments are marked, turning the page forwards and backwards, and marking corresponding starting witness and ending positions in the page.
It should be noted that, after the end position of the target content is obtained, the target content may be automatically extracted as a bookmark, or may be extracted as a bookmark after receiving an additional operation instruction from the user (for example, clicking a "bookmark" button in fig. 7).
It should be noted that, as shown in the right side of fig. 7, there is a "synchronized comment" check item beside the "excerpt" button, and if the user simultaneously checks the "synchronized comment" check item, the user can synchronize the content into the comment of the book by clicking the "excerpt" button, and the chapter position of the comment is displayed.
By the method for generating the book abstract, the book abstract is extracted from the text content, so that a user only needs to mark the starting position and the ending position in the text reading process of the book, the user does not need to precisely drag the book abstract to select the starting position and the ending position of the book abstract, the operation cost can be greatly reduced, the operation precision of the user is reduced, the operation time of book abstract making is saved, and better experience is brought to the user.
Example 2
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for generating a digest provided in embodiment 2 of the present invention, where the method is also used for abstracting plain text content, and as shown in fig. 9, the method includes the following steps:
step S910, in response to a third control operation of the user, switching the interactive interface from the reading mode to the reading mode.
And the third control operation is to click a 'plucking' word button, wherein the 'plucking' word button is suspended on the layer of the text content of the book. Fig. 7 shows an interface diagram corresponding to the method shown in fig. 9, where fig. 7 shows a reading mode on the left side and a excerpt mode on the right side, and after the text of the book is opened, the excerpt mode is entered by clicking the excerpt button.
In step S920, N start positions of N target contents are obtained in response to N first sliding operations or N first clicking operations of the user.
Step S930, obtaining N ending positions corresponding to the N starting positions respectively in response to N second sliding operations or N second clicking operations of the user, where N is a positive integer and N is greater than or equal to 2.
In steps S920 and S930, in the bookmark mode, a response may be made to the first sliding operation (or the first click operation) and the second sliding operation (or the second click operation) by the user. The first sliding operation (or the first click operation) and the second sliding operation (or the second click operation) are two operations whose trigger times of the user on the interactive interface are adjacent, specifically: the 1-time first sliding operation and the 1-time second sliding operation form an operation combination, the starting position and the ending position of a section of target content can be determined, and the corresponding obtained … … N times of first sliding operations and N times of second sliding operations form N operation combinations to obtain N bookpicks, so that batch production of the bookpicks is realized through simple operations. Here, the end position of the sliding operation may be marked by a straight line or by a diagonal line, and the embodiment is shown by taking a diagonal line as an example.
For the acquisition of the start position and the end position of each target content, refer to the description of embodiment 1 above, and are not described herein again.
In step S940, a corresponding digest is obtained according to the target content defined by each set of start and end positions.
That is, in this embodiment, a plurality of digest segments may be obtained according to a plurality of sets of start positions and end positions, and for the step and process of abstracting the target content defined according to each set of start positions and end positions, reference is made to the description of embodiment 1 above, and details are not described here again.
If the user marks many start and end positions, there will be many segments shown in FIG. 8 in a book, for example, as follows:
book picking A: a start position a1, an end position a 2;
b, book picking: a start position B1, an end position B2;
and C, book picking: a start position C1, an end position C2;
by analogy … …
After the start position and the end position of the target content are determined as shown in the right side of fig. 7, a "bookmark picking" button is clicked, the target content (only text in this embodiment) which is just selected is highlighted in the interactive interface, and the stored fields are stored and synchronized in the notes of the user, so that the batch extraction of the bookmark is completed.
Similarly, if the user simultaneously clicks on the "synchronize comments" option, clicking the "excerpt" button can synchronize the content to the comments of the book and display the chapter positions of the comments.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of batch bookmaking of a chapter in this embodiment, and as shown in fig. 10, all the bookings of a certain book by a user may be checked in a user note, and after a user clicks in, the chapter of each bookend and a plurality of bookings under the same chapter may be checked.
By the method for generating the book excerpt, on the basis of the embodiment 1, the user can perform batch bookexcerpt making operation in a simple operation mode in a book excerpt mode, and compared with batch bookexcerpts in a traditional scheme, the method can greatly reduce operation time and improve convenience.
Example 3

in step S1110, in response to a third control operation of the user, the interactive interface is switched from the reading mode to the reading mode.
In step S1120, a start position of the target content is obtained in response to an end position of a first sliding operation performed by a user on the interactive interface.
Step S1130, obtaining an end position of the target content in response to an end position of a second sliding operation performed by the user on the interactive interface.
In steps S1120 and S1130, the first and second slide operations by the user may be responded to in the bookmark mode. For the acquisition of the start position and the end position of the target content, refer to the description of embodiment 1 above, and are not described herein again. In the present embodiment, step S1120 and step S1130 are performed by using a sliding operation, and those skilled in the art should easily understand that the sliding operation can be performed by replacing the clicking operation with the sliding operation.
Step S1140, detecting whether the target content includes a picture, and when detecting that the target content includes a picture, converting the content in the picture into a text.
After the intelligent terminal device detects that the target content comprises the picture, the picture is sent to the server to perform text conversion on the content in the picture, the server converts the picture into a corresponding text by adopting an OCR (optical character recognition), and the converted text is returned to the intelligent terminal device.
Step S1150, the converted text is spliced with the original text in the target content to form the converted target content.
Step S1160, a abstract is extracted according to the converted target content. The specific process of this step is described in the above embodiment 1, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating the book-picking of the target content including the pictures, the left side of fig. 12 illustrates the reading mode, the right side illustrates the book-picking mode, and after the text of the book is opened, the book-picking mode is entered by clicking the "picking" word button. If the book body contains pictures, the starting position and the ending position of the target content can be determined by the sliding operation in the manner shown in fig. 7.
If the intelligent terminal equipment judges that the target content contains the picture, the picture is sent to the server, the server accesses OCR for recognition, and the recognized content is returned to the intelligent terminal equipment in a character form. And the intelligent terminal equipment highlights the selected part, stores the field returned by the server and synchronizes the field in the note of the user, thereby finishing the operation of extracting the book excerpt. And if the user simultaneously clicks the option of 'comment synchronization', synchronizing the target content into the comment of the book, and displaying the chapter position of the comment.
By the method for generating the abstract, on the basis of embodiment 1, if the selected target content includes the picture in the abstract mode, the user can convert the picture into a corresponding text, so that not only can the text content be extracted, but also the picture content can be extracted, and the converted text can be stored as the text formatted content, so that the user does not need to manually extract the content of the picture to extract the abstract, the application range of the abstract is wider, and the diversified requirements of the user are met.
