The spring is fixed on the base, the movable block moves up and down under the driving force of the spring, the movable block keeps moving up and down under the displacement constraint of the guide rail sleeve, the electric motor is placed on the movable block, the cork block rotates under the driving force of the electric motor, and the upper sponge block and the lower sponge block are adhered to the two cork blocks by glue and are respectively wrapped on the sponge blocks. The device can effectively avoid the phenomenon that the friction force between the fingers and the spectacle lenses is smaller than the friction force between the spectacle lenses and the spectacle cloth, and the fingers slide, so that the wiping effect is poor.

Description

Spectacle lens cleaning device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machinery, and particularly relates to an ophthalmic lens cleaning device.
Background
In recent years, with the development of electronic products, more and more people are enthusiastically involved in electronic products such as mobile phones and computers; especially for the younger people. More and more children are enthusiastic in mobile games, but children tend not to pay attention to the eye health, and parents sometimes ignore the problem. Now, not only young children, but also many older students take glasses for various reasons. Of course, the glasses are classified into a wide variety of glasses, and sunglasses, and the like, in addition to the near-sighted glasses and the far-sighted glasses. The person wearing the glasses always does not avoid a problem, namely, wiping the glasses. When the glasses are dry in weather, the fingers are too dry, and the friction force between the fingers and the glasses cloth is smaller than the friction force between the glasses cloth and the glasses lenses; thus, the relative sliding between the finger and the glasses cloth, in short, the finger slipping is changed during wiping. Moreover, the glasses cloth carried by the person wearing the glasses cannot ensure that the glasses are clean all the time, and a device for wiping the glasses is designed to ensure the wiping effect of the glasses.
At present, the mature glasses cleaner is a glasses ultrasonic cleaner. The ultrasonic cleaner for the glasses is relatively expensive in manufacturing cost and is not suitable for common people; if the ultrasonic eyeglass cleaner fails, a professional is required to repair the eyeglass cleaner; if ornaments such as polarized lenses, hawksbill frames and the like are arranged on the frames, the frames can be damaged by ultrasonic waves, so that unnecessary losses are caused. And the ultrasonic glasses cleaner is generally large in size and inconvenient to carry.

The using process of the device is as follows:
the user presses down movable block 4, under the displacement constraint of guide rail cover 3, movable block 4 moves vertically downwards, and two upper and lower glasses cloth 8 keep certain distance, and the distance is enough for the free business turn over of spectacle lens, and spring 2 is placed to movable block 4 lower extreme, and spring 2 and base 1 fixed connection, therefore spring 2 receives the compression under the drive of decurrent force and produces deformation. The glasses lens is placed in the middle of the two glasses cloths 8, the movable block 4 is loosened, the springs 2 are compressed and then outwards expanded to generate outwards elastic force, the movable block 4 moves upwards in the guide rail sleeve 3 under the action of the driving force of the elastic force of the springs 2, and finally the upper glasses cloth 8 and the lower glasses cloth 8 are tightly attached to the glasses lens. The user holds the glasses frame with one hand, the other hand is connected with the power supply of the electric motor 5, and the upper electric motor 5 and the lower electric motor 5 respectively rotate clockwise and anticlockwise to drive the upper eye cloth 8 and the lower eye cloth 8 to rotate, so that the purpose of wiping the glasses lenses is achieved. The glasses cloth 8 is wrapped outside the sponge cloth 7 and the cork block 6, so that the purpose of wiping can be guaranteed, the glasses lenses can be protected from damage, the glasses cloth 8 is fixed through the rubber band 9, replacement is simple and convenient, and cost is low.
The device effectively avoids the phenomenon that the friction force between the fingers and the spectacle lenses is smaller than the friction force between the spectacle lenses and the spectacle cloth, and the fingers slide, so that the wiping effect is poor. The product has compact structure, reduces the volume of the product to the maximum extent during design, can be placed in any place, and does not influence the normal work of other people. The sponge block is also used at the contact place with the spectacle lens, so that on one hand, the soft fingers of a human are simulated, and the abrasion to the spectacle lens is reduced; on the other hand, the sponge is soft, and can be tightly attached to the spectacle lens under the action of spring force. The sponge block 7 can be obtained from an unused sponge cushion, and the glasses cloth 8 can be purchased in any glasses store on the market; other parts can be obtained from different objects, so that the waste is recycled to a certain extent, and the environment-friendly requirement is met.
The upper and lower electric motors 5 can be disassembled on a broken remote control toy car, respectively rotate in a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction, offset torsion, and are more stable to operate, the key part of the invention is that the two electric motors 5 are smaller in power, only two batteries are used for respectively driving the upper and lower electric motors 5, the self additional cost is low, and the electric motors 5 can be recycled after the service life of the invention is reached, the recyclable parts are disassembled, the environmental pollution is reduced, the recycling of wastes is finally realized, and the self value of the electric motors 5 is maximized.
Compared with an ultrasonic cleaner for glasses, the ultrasonic cleaner for glasses does not damage the glasses in the using process, has a simple structure, and is easy to detach, clean and replace parts; the repairing method is simple, the cost is low, and even ordinary people can repair and use the repairing method smoothly. The invention has small volume and is convenient to carry and store.
