Reference numerals:
the device comprises a cavity 100, a liquid pipe 200, a first conductor 101, a second conductor 102, a fault warning device 300 and an electric line 400.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a fault warning device according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the fault warning device provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem that the short-circuit tripping position of the power line cannot be quickly and accurately found in the prior art.
The fault warning device comprises a cavity 100 filled with liquid and a liquid pipe 200 communicated with the cavity 100, wherein:
the cavity 100 is surrounded by two electrical conductors arranged up and down, and the thickness of the first electrical conductor 101 arranged at the upper end is greater than that of the second electrical conductor 102 arranged at the lower end.
The electric conductor is metal with good electric conductivity such as copper, and an insulating coating is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity 100, so that the inner wall of the cavity 100 is insulated, and the influence on the accuracy of fault checking due to heating of the device caused by liquid electric conductivity can be prevented.
Optionally, the cavity 100 and the liquid tube 200 are integrally formed or assembled and sealed.
The outer wall of the liquid pipe 200 is provided with fault warning graduation marks. Generally, when a short-circuit fault is overhauled, the point can be estimated to be the occurrence point of the short-circuit fault as long as the liquid level of the liquid pipe 200 in the device is found to rise to the fault warning scale mark. However, it should be noted that a plurality of fault warning devices may be installed at output ends at different positions in the power grid line, and only the first device for lifting the liquid level of the liquid pipe 200 to the fault warning scale mark needs to be found during maintenance, so that the point can be estimated as a fault occurrence point.
On one hand, considering that the liquid expansion and contraction change caused by temperature change can influence the liquid level lifting height of the liquid so as to interfere the diagnosis result, the embodiment of the invention adopts the liquid with low thermal expansion coefficient; on the other hand, in order to facilitate the observation, a bright-colored and visually-noticeable pigment, such as a red pigment, is added to the liquid having a low thermal expansion coefficient.
In one embodiment, preferably, the portion of the liquid pipe 200 located in the cavity 100 is provided with a constriction structure for preventing liquid from flowing back.
Specifically, the necking structure comprises a stay boss and a liquid flow passage; the retaining protrusion and the inner wall of the liquid pipe 200 are integrally formed, and the portion of the liquid pipe 200 to be provided with the necking structure is heated to form the liquid flow passage, and the liquid flow passage is formed between the outer wall of the retaining protrusion and the inner wall of the liquid pipe 200, and the flow passage area of the liquid flow passage is smaller than the flow passage area of the liquid pipe 200. The area of the liquid flowing through is reduced when the liquid passes through the liquid flow channel and the point-leaving protrusion, so that the liquid cannot flow back after passing through the liquid flow channel and the point-leaving protrusion, the liquid level is prevented from falling back when the cavity 100 is reset due to lack of electric power, and the accuracy of measurement reading is ensured.
Another major factor affecting safe operation and normal operation of the electrical equipment is the electromotive force borne by the conductor, and the current-carrying part (conductor) of the fault warning device is subjected to the electromotive force when a current passes through, that is, the electromagnetic force borne by the current-carrying conductor in the alternating magnetic field. Under normal working conditions, a certain distance is kept between the first conductor 101 and the second conductor 102, the working current flowing through the first conductor 101 is not large, the electromagnetic force received by the first conductor 102 is not large, but when a circuit short circuit occurs, the circuit generates an overcurrent phenomenon, the impact current can pass through the conductors, the electromotive force received by the conductors is maximum, the first conductor 101 cannot deform due to thicker thickness, the second conductor 102 can deform due to thinner thickness, and the first conductor 101 is sucked and extruded into the cavity 100 to generate a maximum extrusion force; the liquid pipe 200 is communicated with the cavity 100, and when the cavity 100 is filled with liquid in a squeezing mode, the liquid level of the liquid pipe 200 can be lifted to a fault warning scale mark.
The embodiment of the invention provides the fault warning device, which can accurately position the power grid in time when a line short-circuit fault occurs, has a good auxiliary effect on the rush repair of field maintenance personnel after the fault occurs, is beneficial to improving the safety and stability of the power transmission line, shortens the power failure time, lightens the labor intensity of the maintenance personnel, and has good popularization and application prospects.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fault warning system, which includes a power line 400 and a fault warning device 300 provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the fault warning device is installed on a live wire at an output end of the power line 400;
when the power consumption line 400 is shorted, the fault warning device 300 has an impact current passing through, and the second conductive body 102 is deformed by the action of the electric force, so that the liquid in the cavity 100 is extruded into the liquid pipe 200, so that the liquid in the liquid pipe 200 is lifted to the fault warning scale mark.
The embodiment of the invention provides a fault warning system, which can accurately position a power grid in time when a line short-circuit fault occurs, has a good auxiliary effect on the rush repair of field maintenance personnel after the fault occurs, is beneficial to improving the safety and stability of a power transmission line, shortens the power failure time, lightens the labor intensity of the maintenance personnel, and has good popularization and application prospects.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
