Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a building formwork self-leveling recycled lightweight aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the development of the construction industry, a large amount of urban construction waste is generated all over the country every year, the classified collection degree of the construction waste is not high, most of the construction waste is mixed and collected, and the treatment and recycling of the construction waste are poor. The building formwork net wall is a novel building wall structure, the steel plate net used by the building formwork net wall is produced into pieces directly according to the height requirement of the wall in a factory, and concrete can be poured after on-site assembly, so that the building formwork net wall is widely applied to multi-storey and small high-rise buildings. After the wall body is poured with concrete, the steel plate net does not need to be dismantled and is abandoned in the wall body, so that a lot of workload is reduced, and meanwhile, the strength of the wall body is increased. At present, concrete poured in the building formwork is conventional self-leveling commercial concrete, is easy to separate, has poor field civilized construction, has large price rise of sand stones and cement in the market, is high in cost, is not beneficial to popularization of the building formwork structure, and has unsatisfactory heat preservation and sound insulation effects. Chinese patent 1624269a discloses a building formwork wall member, which comprises two formwork walls arranged face to face, and a hinged connecting member connecting the two formwork walls together at a certain distance and in a stacked manner, characterized in that: one template wall is a steel plate mesh, the other template wall is a light composite plate, the light composite plate is one of a calcium silicate plate, a fiber cement plate, a light lime plate and a fireproof plate, and the light composite plate has the advantages that the fireproof, heat preservation and sound insulation performance of the wall body is improved through the light composite plate; however, the construction amount of the light composite plate arranged outside the wall is large, and the overall performance of the wall is poor.
