The limit plate 4a can block the stop block 2c2 on the cover plate 2 in a normal state, so that the cover plate 2 is limited to rotate, after the limit plate 4a is pressed, the limit plate 4a slides downwards, the limit on the stop block 2c2 is released, and the cover plate 2 can automatically spring under the action of the torsion spring 4 c.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the two sides of the base 1 are symmetrically provided with sliding grooves, two sides of the limiting plate 4a are symmetrically provided with sliding blocks 4a3 in sliding fit with the sliding grooves, the middle of the button part 4a2 is provided with a central hole 4a4, one end of the base 1 is provided with a support column 1d, the central hole 4a4 is slidably sleeved on the support column 1d, the button part 4a2 is also sleeved with a button cover 4d, and a reset spring 4e is arranged between the button cover 4d and the support column 1 d. The limiting plate 4a can be moved downwards by pressing the button cover 4d, so that the cover plate 2 can be automatically opened, and the setting of the reset spring 4e can ensure that the limiting plate 4a is automatically reset.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to facilitate installation of the return spring 4e, two sides of one end of the button portion 4a2 are symmetrically provided with a buckle 4a5, the button cover 4d is in a shell shape with one end open, two sides of the button cover 4d are symmetrically provided with a clamping groove 4d1 corresponding to the buckle 4a5, the return spring 4e is firstly installed in the button cover 4d during installation, and when the button cover 4d is buckled on the button portion 4a2, two ends of the return spring 4e are guaranteed to be respectively abutted against the support column 1d and the button cover 4 d.
As shown in fig. 6, the stop block 2c2 includes two surfaces at one end far away from the cover plate 2, and one surface is perpendicular to the length direction of the cover plate 2, and the other surface is a cambered surface 2c3. The cambered surface 2c3 is arranged, and the cover plate 2 can be closed by manually overturning the cover plate 2, similar to the principle of wedges.
As shown in fig. 2, the two sides of the base 1 are provided with rotating shafts 4b. The purpose is to make the structure compact, be favorable to pleasing to the eye, and can promote apron 2 pivoted stationarity.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to reduce the opening speed of the cover plate 2 and improve the experience effect of the user, a damping gear 1e is rotatably mounted on one side of the base 1, and a tooth slot 2c4 is disposed on the outer edge of one side of the rotating mounting portion 2c of the cover plate 2, and the tooth slot 2c4 is meshed with the damping gear 1 e.
