本发明布窗帘相关设备技术领域,具体为一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘。
背景技术
日常生活中,室内空间环境的好坏会直接影响着人们的健康情况。在安全性、保健性、环保性越来越被关注的今天,人们对室内纺织品提出了各种功能性要求。科学研究表明:负氧离子能与细菌、灰尘、烟雾等带正电的微粒相结合,并聚集成球落到地面,从而起到杀菌和消除异味的作用。负氧离子具有净化室内空气、保障人体健康的功能。
现有技术中的布窗帘结构简单且使用方式单一,现有技术中的布窗帘的负氧离子含量少,进而对于灰尘杂质的吸附能力较差,以及另外现有技术中的布窗帘阻燃性能较差,存在安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘,解决了现有技术中的布窗帘结构简单且使用方式单一,现有技术中的布窗帘的负氧离子含量少,进而对于灰尘杂质的吸附能力较差,以及另外现有技术中的布窗帘阻燃性能较差,存在安全事故的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘,包括窗帘布本体、基布层、里布层和外衬面,所述窗帘布本体从下到上依次由基布层、里布层和外衬面构成,所述基布层上设置有致密的微孔,所述里布层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,且相互编织所述的经线和纬线呈蜂窝状设置,蜂窝状所述的经线和纬线相互编织构成了若干个反应腔。
进一步的,所述基布层、里布层和外衬面相邻之间均通过高分子黏结剂相黏结,所述基布层、里布层和外衬面的外周均通过缝制线锁边缝合。
进一步的,所述外衬面设置为遮光层,且遮光层所述的外衬面设置为浅色纤维布材质。
进一步的,所述反应腔的上下两端均设置为开放端,开放端所述的反应腔的一端与外衬面下表面固定黏结,开放端所述的反应腔的另一端与里布层的上表面相黏结。
进一步的,所述经线设置为阻燃涤纶网络丝,负氧离子涤纶纤维与阻燃纱设置为纬线原料,且纬线中负氧离子涤纶纤维的含量是阻燃纱含量的3.5-4倍。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有设计合理且操作简单的特点,本发明一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘采用具有阻燃及释放负氧离子功能的纱线作为主要的原材料,进而有效的提高了人们对功能性的窗帘的需求,在保证提高人们生活质量的前提下且有效的提高了布窗帘的阻燃及对灰尘杂质的吸附作用。
(1)、本发明通过设置窗帘布本体、基布层、里布层和外衬面,所述窗帘布本体从下到上依次由基布层、里布层和外衬面构成,所述基布层、里布层和外衬面相邻之间均通过高分子黏结剂相黏结,所述基布层、里布层和外衬面的外周均通过缝制线锁边缝合,基布层作为里布层的支撑面,所述基布层上设置有致密的微孔,进而便于灰尘杂质快速的与含有负氧离子纱线的里布层反应,进而有效的提高了本发明的使用灵活性,所述外衬面设置为遮光层,且遮光层所述的外衬面设置为浅色纤维布材质,进而便于隔离光线,另外将外衬面设置为浅色纤维布材质,利用了浅色物品便于反射多数光线,减少了热量的直射,有效的避免了室内温度过高,进而使得本发明具有隔热与遮光的特性,且有效的避免了热量直接与里布层相接触,进而有效的延长了本发明的使用寿命。
(2)、本发明所述的里布层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,且相互编织所述的经线和纬线呈蜂窝状设置,蜂窝状所述的经线和纬线相互编织构成了若干个反应腔,且反应腔的上下两端均设置为开放端,开放端所述的反应腔的一端与外衬面下表面固定黏结,开放端所述的反应腔的另一端与里布层的上表面相黏结,所述经线设置为阻燃涤纶网络丝,负氧离子涤纶纤维与阻燃纱设置为纬线原料,且纬线中负氧离子涤纶纤维的含量是阻燃纱含量的3.5-4倍,便于当织物的纬纱中负氧离子涤纶纱含量与阻燃涤纶纱含量的比例为4:1时,释放的负氧离子浓度可达到3700个/m^3,符合世界卫生组织对清新空气中的负氧离子浓度的要求,进而便于利用负氧离子能与细菌、灰尘、烟雾等带正电的微粒相结合,并聚集成球落到地面,从而起到杀菌和消除异味的作用,进而起到净化室内空气、保障人体健康的功能。

一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘,包括窗帘布本体10、基布层1、里布层2和外衬面3,窗帘布本体10从下到上依次由基布层1、里布层2和外衬面3构成,基布层1、里布层2和外衬面3相邻之间均通过高分子黏结剂相黏结,基布层1、里布层2和外衬面3的外周均通过缝制线锁边缝合,基布层1作为里布层2的支撑面,基布层1上设置有致密的微孔,进而便于灰尘杂质快速的与含有负氧离子纱线的里布层2反应,进而有效的提高了本发明的使用灵活性,外衬面3设置为遮光层,且遮光层的外衬面3设置为浅色纤维布材质,进而便于隔离光线,另外将外衬面3设置为浅色纤维布材质,利用了浅色物品便于反射多数光线,减少了热量的直射,有效的避免了室内温度过高,进而使得本发明具有隔热与遮光的特性,且有效的避免了热量直接与里布层2相接触,进而有效的延长了本发明的使用寿命。
里布层2由经线21和纬线22相互编织而成,且相互编织的经线21和纬线22呈蜂窝状设置,蜂窝状的经线21和纬线22相互编织构成了若干个反应腔,且反应腔的上下两端均设置为开放端,开放端的反应腔的一端与外衬面3下表面固定黏结,开放端的反应腔的另一端与里布层2的上表面相黏结,经线21设置为阻燃涤纶网络丝,负氧离子涤纶纤维与阻燃纱设置为纬线22原料,且纬线22中负氧离子涤纶纤维的含量是阻燃纱含量的4倍,当织物的纬纱中负氧离子涤纶纱含量与阻燃涤纶纱含量的比例为4:1时,释放的负氧离子浓度可达到3700个/m^3,远远超过世界卫生组织对清新空气中的负氧离子浓度的要求,进而便于利用负氧离子能与细菌、灰尘、烟雾等带正电的微粒相结合,并聚集成球落到地面,从而起到杀菌和消除异味的作用,进而起到净化室内空气、保障人体健康的功能。

Claims (5)
1.一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘,包括窗帘布本体(10)、基布层(1)、里布层(2)和外衬面(3),其特征在于,所述窗帘布本体(10)从下到上依次由基布层(1)、里布层(2)和外衬面(3)构成,所述基布层(1)上设置有致密的微孔,所述里布层(2)由经线(21)和纬线(22)相互编织而成,且相互编织所述的经线(21)和纬线(22)呈蜂窝状设置,蜂窝状所述的经线(21)和纬线(22)相互编织构成了若干个反应腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘,其特征在于,所述基布层(1)、里布层(2)和外衬面(3)相邻之间均通过高分子黏结剂相黏结,所述基布层(1)、里布层(2)和外衬面(3)的外周均通过缝制线锁边缝合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘,其特征在于,所述外衬面(3)设置为遮光层,且遮光层所述的外衬面(3)设置为浅色纤维布材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘,其特征在于,所述反应腔的上下两端均设置为开放端,开放端所述的反应腔的一端与外衬面(3)下表面固定黏结,开放端所述的反应腔的另一端与里布层(2)的上表面相黏结。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的阻燃环保布窗帘,其特征在于,所述经线(21)设置为阻燃涤纶网络丝,负氧离子涤纶纤维与阻燃纱设置为纬线(22)原料,且纬线(22)中负氧离子涤纶纤维的含量是阻燃纱含量的3.5-4倍。
