According to the motor shield 100 disclosed by the invention, the fixed ring 13 and the gland 14 are matched for use in the structure, the inner shield 11 is arranged between the fixed ring 13 and the gland 14, and in the cutting and pressing process, the fixed ring 13 and the gland 14 move along with the driving device, but the inner shield 11 is fixed under the fixed support of the connecting assembly 2, namely the inner shield 11 is always parallel to the cutting platform, the pitching movement of the cutting knife at the highest or lowest tangent point does not change the parallel format of the inner shield 11, namely the shield assembly 1, the safety of cutting personnel and the direction of dust and cooling water generated in the cutting process are controlled, meanwhile, the cutting depth is not influenced, and the safety coefficient and the cutting efficiency of protection are effectively improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the fixing assembly 3 includes a fixing plate 31, a fixing support plate 32 and a link seat 33, the fixing support plate 32 is disposed on the upper side of the fixing plate 31, the link seat 33 is elastically connected with the fixing support plate 32, a locking assembly 34 is disposed between the link seat 33 and the fixing support plate 32, the link connecting seat 22 is disposed on the link seat 33, and the cutting blade can be reset through the elastic connection when at the highest or lowest tangent point through the elastic connection of the link seat 33 and the fixing support plate 32, even if the cutting blade is in the original position state.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner shroud 11 and the outer shroud 12 are both provided with a protection ring 16 for connecting a spraying device, it is to be understood that the protection ring 16 is provided on the inner shroud 11 and the outer shroud 12 on the front side in the cutting direction, and the protection ring 16 is used for passing through a spraying pipe of the spraying device so as to spray cooling water onto the cutting knife in real time for effective cooling, thereby avoiding the excessive temperature of the cutting knife.
As shown in fig. 1, the outer shield 12 is provided with a cover ring 121, the cover ring 121 is detachably connected with the outer shield 12, and the cover ring 121 is used for protecting the fastening end of the cutting knife.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to prevent the splashing of the cooling water when the cutter rotates, a water blocking curtain 17 is provided on the shield assembly 1, the water blocking curtain 17 is provided on the side close to the connecting rod 21 and is snapped on the inner shield 11 and the outer shield 12, and in order to further prevent the splashing of the cooling water in actual use, the water blocking curtain 17 is designed to have a gradually expanding structure from top to bottom.
As shown in fig. 2, the fixing plate 31 is provided with a handle 35, wherein the handle 35 is used for driving the cutting knife to perform a pressing motion, i.e. an effective cutting motion, by a driving device.
