Specifically, the embodiments of the present invention will be further explained below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application environment of a device configuration method provided in an embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the application environment comprises: client terminal device 10, cloud server 20, and administrator 30.
The client terminal device 10 is a hardware device installed on the client side, and may include any suitable communication device, and in the networking communication, the client terminal device 10 is a relay device, generally an uplink transmission network, and a downlink specific service device, and completes connection between the access network and the service device. The client terminal device 10 includes, but is not limited to: routers, firewalls, and the like.
In the present embodiment, a ZTP module (Zero-Touch Provisioning service) is provided in the client terminal device 10, and the ZTP module is used to implement communication connection between the client terminal device 10 and the cloud server 20, and automatic configuration of the client terminal device 10 itself.
The cloud server 20 is a hardware device or a hardware component for providing computing services. In this embodiment, the cloud server 20 includes a controller 201 and a product server 202 connected to the controller 201, and the product server 202 is configured to provide a service for the controller 201. Specifically, the controller 201 has a logic processing capability, and is mainly used for providing computer services for the client terminal device 10, that is, the controller 201 may be understood as a processor of the cloud server 20; the product server 202 is mainly used for data access, that is, the product server 202 may be understood as a memory having a function of storing data. After the cloud server 20 is in communication connection with the client terminal device 10, the cloud server 20 can control the client terminal device 10.
The administrator 30 may be understood as a person who can operate the client terminal device 10 or the cloud server 20, such as a network operation and maintenance person, an IT technician, and the like. After the cloud server 20 is in communication connection with the client terminal device 10, the administrator 30 may remotely control the client terminal device 10 by accessing the cloud server 20, so as to implement network configuration, maintenance, management, and the like of the client terminal device 10.
Fig. 2 is a general flow chart of the automatic configuration of the client terminal device 10. The automatic configuration of the client terminal device 10 itself will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2:
1. address information of the cloud server 20 is written in the client terminal device 10. In the production process of the client terminal device 10, a manufacturer writes the address information of the cloud server 20 into the ZTP module of the client terminal device 10 in advance according to the address information of the cloud server 20 provided by a supplier, and the client terminal device 10 stores the address information of the cloud server 20 after receiving the address information for establishing communication connection between the subsequent client terminal device 10 and the cloud server 20.
2. Identification information of the client terminal device 10 is entered in the product server 202. Before the provider sends the client terminal device 10 to the client location, the provider inputs the identification information of the client terminal device 10 into the cloud server 20 in advance, and the cloud server 20 receives the identification information of the client terminal device 10 and stores the identification information. Specifically, the identification information of the client terminal device 10 is stored in the product server 202.
3. The controller 201 generates a customer management platform. Before the supplier sends the client terminal device 10 to the client site, the controller 201 generates a client management platform for managing the client terminal device 10. The controller 201 is in an inactive state at the time of generating the customer management platform based on the contract ID, the customer terminal device 10 in the customer management platform. Here, the fact that the client terminal device 10 is in the inactive state in the client management platform means that the client terminal device 10 at this time is not operable in the client management platform, similarly to the fact that the client terminal device 10 displayed on the front-end interface of the client management platform by the identification mark is not operable. For example, it is common to mark the client terminal device 10 as inoperable in "gray", that is, when the client terminal device 10 in the client management platform is selected by the click operation, the back end of the client management platform does not respond to the click operation.
4. The client terminal device 10 accesses the network. After the supplier sends the client terminal device 10 to the client location, the client terminal device 10 makes the client terminal device 10 access the network through operations such as hardware installation, networking and power-on.
5. The ZTP module sends a registration request to the controller 201 to establish a communication connection with the cloud server 20. When the client terminal device 10 accesses the network, the ZTP module of the client terminal device 10 sends a registration request to the cloud server 20 based on the address information of the cloud server 20 stored in the ZTP module in advance, so as to establish a communication connection with the cloud server 20. It should be noted that the sending of the registration request is automatically triggered after the client terminal device 10 accesses the network. The registration request is identification information of the client terminal device 10 carried by the ZTP module itself.
6. The controller 201 returns registration response information according to the registration request. The controller 201, upon receiving the registration request, transmits the registration request to the product server 202 to verify the identity of the client terminal device 10. If the authentication is successful, the controller 201 feeds back registration response information to the client terminal device 10, thereby implementing communication connection between the cloud server 20 and the client terminal device 10. After the communication connection between the cloud server 20 and the client terminal device 10, the state of the client terminal device 10 in the client management platform is activated, so that the client terminal device 10 is managed in the client management platform in the following. The cloud server 20 records the public network IP and port information of the client terminal device 10, so as to facilitate subsequent communication.
7. The client terminal device 10 receives the registration response information fed back by the controller 201, so as to establish a communication connection with the cloud server 20, and further, may receive the network configuration information sent by the cloud server 20, so as to perform network configuration on itself according to the network configuration information.
8. The administrator 30 configures, maintains, and manages the client terminal device 10 by inputting a network configuration instruction. Specifically, the administrator 30 inputs login information on the client management platform to log in the management platform, and then inputs a network configuration instruction, and the controller 201 sends network configuration information to the client terminal device 10 according to the network configuration instruction, where the network configuration information is used to enable the client terminal device 10 to perform network configuration according to the network configuration information, so as to implement remote network configuration on the client terminal device 10, and does not need to go to the field to perform network configuration on the client terminal device 10, thereby effectively saving travel cost.
It should be noted that the device configuration method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be further extended to other suitable application environments, and is not limited to the application environment shown in fig. 1. In practical applications, the application environment may also include more or fewer client terminal devices.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a device configuration method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be executed by the client terminal device 10 in fig. 1, and the client terminal device 10 may be a router, a firewall, or the like.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the method may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step 310: and receiving the input address information of the cloud server.
In this embodiment, the address information may be an IP address or a domain name. An IP Address (Internet Protocol Address), also called an Internet Protocol Address, refers to an Internet Protocol Address. The IP address is a uniform address format provided by the IP protocol, and it allocates a logical address to each network and each host on the internet, so as to mask the difference of physical addresses. The cloud server can be directly accessed through the IP address of the cloud server. Domain Name (DN), the Name of a computer or group of computers on the Internet that consists of a string of names separated by dots, is used to identify the electronic location of the computer during data transmission. The domain name can obtain the corresponding IP address through domain name resolution.
The method for receiving the input address information of the cloud server by the client terminal equipment comprises the following two modes:
1. receiving an address information operation manually input into a cloud server to obtain the address information of the cloud server.
2. Receiving a first template importing operation, wherein the first template comprises address information of the cloud server; and acquiring the address information of the cloud server according to the first template importing operation. Because the address information is a series of characters usually, the method can effectively improve the efficiency of inputting the address information of the cloud server, and avoids the complicated operations of manually inputting a series of characters.
Step 320: and storing the address information of the cloud server.
In this embodiment, after the client terminal device receives the input address information of the cloud server, the address information of the cloud server is stored for the subsequent communication connection between the client terminal device and the cloud server.
Step 330: and when the client terminal equipment is accessed to a network, establishing communication connection with the cloud server based on the address information of the cloud server.
In this embodiment, the client terminal device accessing the network means that the client terminal device can access the network through operations such as hardware installation, networking, power-on and the like on the client terminal device.
Wherein, based on the address information of the cloud server, establish communication connection with the cloud server, specifically include: sending the registration request to the cloud server based on the address information of the cloud server, wherein the registration request carries the identity identification information of the client terminal device so as to register to the cloud server; receiving registration response information fed back by the cloud server, wherein the registration response information is returned by the cloud server after the client terminal equipment is successfully registered according to the identity identification information; and after receiving the registration response information, establishing communication connection with the cloud server.
The registration request sent to the cloud server is automatically triggered, that is, as long as the client terminal device accesses the network, the client terminal device can automatically send the registration request to the cloud server to register with the cloud server because the address information of the cloud server is stored in the client terminal device in advance. After receiving the registration response information fed back by the cloud server, the client terminal equipment can establish communication connection with the cloud server. In the whole communication connection process, for the client terminal equipment, only the address information of the cloud server needs to be stored in advance, and when the client terminal equipment is connected into a network, the communication connection can be established with the cloud server without carrying out a complicated and fussy communication connection process, so that the communication connection establishing step is effectively simplified, and the communication connection establishing efficiency is improved. And because the communication connection is established between the client terminal equipment and the cloud server, subsequent network operation and maintenance personnel can remotely manage the client terminal equipment without going to the site to perform network configuration, maintenance and the like on the client terminal equipment, and the travel cost is effectively saved.
Since the address information of the cloud server may be an IP address or a domain name, the sending the registration request to the cloud server based on the address information of the cloud server includes: when the address information of the cloud server is the IP address of the cloud server, the registration request is sent to the cloud server based on the IP address of the cloud server; when the address information of the cloud server is the domain name of the cloud server, the domain name of the cloud server is analyzed through a domain name server to obtain the IP address corresponding to the domain name of the cloud server, and the registration request is sent to the cloud server based on the IP address obtained through analysis.
Step 340: and receiving the network configuration information sent by the cloud server.
In this embodiment, the network configuration information is information for performing network configuration on the client terminal device. After the client terminal device establishes communication connection with the cloud server, the client terminal device can receive network configuration information sent by the cloud server so as to realize network configuration of the client terminal device.
Step 350: and carrying out network configuration on the client terminal equipment according to the network configuration information.
In this embodiment, the performing network configuration on the client terminal device refers to performing initialization configuration on the client terminal device, for example, the client terminal device takes a router as an example, and the network configuration includes: login router account and password, login router mode, set router interface information, configuration of Ethernet interface, etc.
According to the technical scheme, in the embodiment, the address information of the cloud server is stored in advance, then the communication connection is established between the client terminal device and the cloud server based on the address information of the cloud server, after the connection is established, the client terminal device can remotely perform network configuration on the client terminal device, and therefore network operation and maintenance personnel can be prevented from going to the site to perform network configuration on the client terminal device, and the cost of traveling to the site is effectively saved. In addition, the client terminal equipment can carry out network configuration on the client terminal equipment according to the network configuration information without carrying out complicated manual configuration, thereby effectively improving the network configuration efficiency and reducing the error rate of the network configuration.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another device configuration method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be executed by the cloud server 20 in fig. 1.
Step 410: and receiving the input identification information of the client terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, the identification information is used to identify the identity of the client terminal device. Wherein, the identification information of the client terminal equipment comprises: a product ID and an initial password, wherein the initial password is later modifiable. The product ID product is not a Serial Number (SN) of product hardware, but is an identity of product hardware and software, and in consideration of security, the product ID is not directly visible on the product hardware, but needs to be logged in a system of a controller to see the product ID of the client terminal device.
The cloud server receives the input identification information of the client terminal equipment, and the identification information comprises the following two modes:
1. and receiving the operation of manually inputting the identification information of the client terminal equipment to acquire the address information of the cloud server.
2. Receiving a second template importing operation, wherein the first template comprises the identity identification information of the client terminal equipment; and acquiring the identity identification information of the client terminal equipment according to the second template importing operation. In practical situations, usually a client purchases a plurality of client terminal devices from a supplier, so that the process of inputting the identification information of the client terminal devices one by one is complicated, and errors are easy to occur on the other hand.
Step 420: and storing the identification information of the client terminal equipment.
And after the cloud server receives the input identification information of the client terminal equipment, storing the identification information of the client terminal equipment for establishing communication connection between the subsequent client terminal equipment and the cloud server. Specifically, the identification information of the client terminal device is stored in a specified client system or a specified database, wherein the specified client system or the specified database is determined by the client ID. One client system may store identification information of a plurality of client terminal devices, that is, one client ID corresponds to a plurality of product IDs.
Step 430: and establishing a communication connection with the client terminal equipment.
Wherein, the communication connection that the cloud server established and client terminal equipment between specifically includes: receiving a registration request sent by the client terminal equipment; judging whether the identity identification information carried by the registration request is matched with the stored identity identification information of the client terminal equipment or not; and if the client terminal equipment is matched with the server, sending registration response information to the client terminal equipment, and establishing communication connection with the client terminal equipment. In the whole communication connection process, for the cloud server, only the identity identification information of the client terminal equipment needs to be stored in advance, after the client terminal equipment sends the registration request, the identity of the client terminal equipment is verified, and as long as the verification is successful, the communication connection can be established with the client terminal equipment without a complex and fussy communication connection process, so that the communication connection establishing step is effectively simplified, and the communication connection establishing efficiency is improved. And because the communication connection is established between the client terminal equipment and the cloud server, subsequent network operation and maintenance personnel can remotely manage the client terminal equipment without going to the site to perform network configuration, maintenance and the like on the client terminal equipment, and the travel cost is effectively saved.
Step 440: and recording the public network IP and the port information of the client terminal equipment.
Because the client terminal device usually has only a private network address and no public network address, the cloud server records the public network IP and the port information of the client terminal device after establishing the communication connection with the client terminal device, so as to facilitate subsequent communication with the client terminal device.
Step 450: an input network configuration instruction is received.
The input network configuration instruction received by the cloud server may be a network configuration instruction input by a network operation and maintenance worker, and the network operation and maintenance worker inputs the network configuration instruction to perform remote configuration, maintenance, management and the like on the client terminal device.
Step 460: and sending network configuration information to the client terminal equipment according to the network configuration instruction, wherein the network configuration information is used for enabling the client terminal equipment to carry out network configuration according to the network configuration information.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the steps 410, 420, and 460 may not be required in different embodiments. In addition, without being confused, those skilled in the art will appreciate from the description of the embodiments of the present invention that the steps 410-460 may be performed in different orders in different embodiments.
According to the technical scheme, the equipment configuration method provided by the embodiment verifies the identity of the client terminal equipment after the client terminal equipment sends the registration request by pre-storing the identity identification information of the client terminal equipment, and can establish communication connection with the client terminal equipment as long as the verification is successful without performing a complicated and tedious communication connection process, so that the steps of establishing the communication connection are effectively simplified, and the efficiency of establishing the communication connection is improved. And because the communication connection is established between the client terminal equipment and the cloud server, subsequent network operation and maintenance personnel can remotely manage the client terminal equipment without going to the site to perform network configuration, maintenance and the like on the client terminal equipment, and the travel cost is effectively saved.
Further, in order to facilitate the remote configuration maintenance and management of the client terminal device by the network operation and maintenance personnel, a management platform for managing the client terminal device needs to be provided.
Accordingly, another device configuration method is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and the method may be executed by the cloud server 20 in fig. 1. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the method may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step 510: and receiving the input identification information of the client terminal equipment.
Step 520: and storing the identification information of the client terminal equipment.
Step 530: a customer ID is generated based on the contract ID.
Wherein the contract ID is an ID of a customer contract subscribed to the customer terminal device. Each contract corresponds to a contract ID, i.e., the contract ID is a unique identifier of the client contract. One client ID corresponds to one contract ID, and one contract ID may correspond to a plurality of product IDs since a plurality of client terminal apparatuses are usually ordered in one client contract in a practical case.
Step 540: and generating client login information according to the client ID and a client management platform corresponding to the client ID.
The cloud server generates a client management platform corresponding to the client ID and login information for logging in the client management platform based on the contract ID. For the client, when logging in the client management platform through the login information, the client terminal device ordered by the client corresponding to the client contract displayed on the front-end interface of the client management platform, that is, when logging in the client management platform through the login information, only the client terminal device ordered by the client can be seen, and subsequently only the client terminal device ordered by the client can be operated, and the client terminal devices ordered by other clients cannot be seen on the client management platform, and the client terminal devices ordered by other clients cannot be operated, so that the device safety and privacy of each client are ensured, and the mutual interference among the clients is avoided. For the supplier, there is the authority to manage the various customer management platforms.
In addition, since the client management platform is generated according to the client ID, and the client ID is generated based on the contract ID, unnecessary extra workload is reduced as much as possible in order to avoid problems of the generated client management platform, the contract ID needs to be verified before the client management platform is generated, and an execution subject for executing the verification step may be a cloud server or a person. In order to prevent the client from temporarily cancelling the contract and further reduce unnecessary extra workload, the generation of the client management platform according to the client ID is that the cloud server generates the client management platform before the client terminal device is sent to the client location. For example, a mark for identifying the stage where the client terminal device is located may be set on the cloud server, and when the cloud server receives an instruction indicating that the client terminal device is in the pre-delivery stage, the cloud server is triggered to generate the client management platform according to the client ID.
Further, since the security level requirements of the respective customers are different, for example, the security level requirements of military enterprises or government customers are generally high, the customer management platform may be a privately-deployed customer management platform or a publicly-deployed customer management platform. That is, the customer management platform is a privatized deployment customer management platform or a publicly deployed customer management platform determined according to the security requirement level, for example, when the security requirement of the customer is high, the customer management platform is a privatized deployment customer management platform.
Step 550: and receiving the input biological characteristic identification information and the client login information.
And when the client management platform is a privatized deployed client management platform, the login information for logging in the client management platform is biological characteristic identification information and client login information. The biometric information includes but is not limited to: face information, iris information, fingerprint information, and the like.
Step 560: and matching the received biological characteristic identification information with pre-stored biological characteristic identification information, matching the received client login information with the client login information generated according to the client ID, and logging in the client management platform if the received client login information is matched with the client login information generated according to the client ID.
The security of the system can be ensured by logging in the client management platform in a mode of 'biological characteristic identification information + client login information'.
Step 570: and establishing a communication connection with the client terminal equipment.
It should be noted that before the cloud server establishes a communication connection with the client terminal device, the client terminal device is in an inactive state on the client management platform.
Step 580: and activating the state of the client terminal equipment on the client management platform.
After the communication connection between the cloud server and the client terminal device is established, the cloud server activates the state of the client terminal device on the client management platform, so that the client terminal device can be subjected to network configuration, maintenance, management and the like in the client management platform in the following process.
Step 590: and recording the public network IP and the port information of the client terminal equipment.
Step 5100: an input network configuration instruction is received.
Specifically, the cloud server receives an input network configuration instruction, including: and receiving an input network configuration instruction in a client management platform corresponding to the client ID.
Step 5110: and sending network configuration information to the client terminal equipment according to the network configuration instruction, wherein the network configuration information is used for enabling the client terminal equipment to carry out network configuration according to the network configuration information.
It should be noted that, without being contradicted, one of ordinary skill in the art can understand from the description of the embodiments of the present invention that the steps 510-5110 can be performed in different orders in different embodiments.
It should be noted that, the detailed description of the technical details not described in the above step 510 and 5110 can refer to the corresponding description in the above step 410 and 460 of the embodiment, and will not be described again in this embodiment.
In addition, the client management platform is provided, so that remote configuration maintenance and management of the client terminal equipment by network operation and maintenance personnel can be facilitated.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a device configuration apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus 60 may be run on a client terminal device, so that the client terminal device can implement the device configuration method provided in the foregoing embodiment.
