Abstract

Provided is a landing door locking device which can prevent contact with a leaf spring contact and prevent electric shock of a maintenance worker. The disclosed device is provided with: a movable latch mounted to a hanger plate suspending a landing door; a short-circuit member attached to a front end portion of the movable latch via an insulator; a hook member attached to a hanger case fixed to a landing; the interlocking device comprises a 1 st fixed contact and a 2 nd fixed contact of the interlocking device, wherein the interlocking device is arranged on a hanger shell; and a contact protection cover attached to the hanger case so as to cover the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact, wherein the contact protection cover has 2 openings corresponding to the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact, the short-circuiting member has a bifurcated shape branching into the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact, and the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact are inserted into the 2 openings, respectively, when the door is closed.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a locking device for a landing door of an elevator and a contact protection cover for a locking device for a landing door.
Background
Conventionally, there is known an elevator landing door closure detection device including: a movable latch provided at an upper portion of a landing door of an elevator, and locked by being engaged with a hook provided at an opposite position when the door is closed; a contact blade formed of an insulator provided at a front end portion of the movable latch; and a short-circuit contact coupled to a tip end portion of the contact blade, and contacting a 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact, which are leaf spring contacts mounted on the hanger case when the door is closed, wherein a width of the contact blade at a coupling position of the contact blade and the short-circuit contact is formed to be wider than a width of the short-circuit contact (for example, refer to patent document 1).

Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the elevator landing door closure detection device described in patent document 1, the contact between the short-circuit contact and the adjacent member can be prevented by adopting the above-described configuration, but since the leaf spring contact attached to the hanger case is exposed, there is a problem that a maintenance worker may touch the leaf spring contact, that is, the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact to cause an electric shock during maintenance.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a landing door locking device that can prevent contact with the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact, thereby preventing a maintenance worker from getting an electric shock.
Means for solving the problems
A locking device for a landing door of the present invention includes: a movable latch mounted to a hanger plate suspending a landing door; a short-circuit member attached to a front end portion of the movable latch via an insulator; a hook member attached to a hanger case fixed to a landing; the interlocking device comprises a 1 st fixed contact and a 2 nd fixed contact of the interlocking device, wherein the interlocking device is arranged on a hanger shell; and a contact protection cover attached to the hanger case so as to cover the 1 st and 2 nd fixed contacts, wherein the movable latch engages with the hook to lock when the door is closed, and the short-circuiting member short-circuits the 1 st and 2 nd fixed contacts, wherein the contact protection cover has 2 openings corresponding to the 1 st and 2 nd fixed contacts, the short-circuiting member has a bifurcated shape branching into the 1 st and 2 nd movable contacts, and the 1 st and 2 nd movable contacts are inserted into the 2 openings when the door is closed.
Effects of the invention
According to the landing door locking device of the present invention, the contact protection cover has 2 openings corresponding to the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact, the short-circuiting member has a double-branch shape branching into the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact, and the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact are inserted into the 2 openings, respectively, when the door is closed.
Therefore, the contact with the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact can be prevented, and the contact of the maintenance personnel can be prevented.

Detailed Description
In the following, preferred embodiments of a locking device for a landing door according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the same or corresponding portions in the drawings will be described with the same reference numerals.
Embodiment mode 1
Fig. 1 is a partial sectional view showing a locking device of a landing door according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. In fig. 1, the protective cover for contacts is shown in section. In fig. 1, the locking device for a landing door includes a hanger plate, not shown, that suspends the landing door. The mounting bracket 1 is fixed to the hanger plate.
A movable latch 2 is mounted on the mounting bracket 1. The movable latch 2 is provided with a contact blade 3 made of an insulator. A short-circuiting member 4 is attached to the tip of the contact blade 3.
The landing door locking device includes a not-shown hanger case fixed to the landing. A mounting bracket 5 is fixed to the hanger case. The mounting bracket 5 is provided with a hooking piece 6. Further, the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 2 nd fixed contact 8b of the interlock device 7 are mounted on the mounting bracket 5.
A contact protection cover 9 is attached to the mounting bracket 5 so as to cover the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 2 nd fixed contact 8 b. Here, the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 2 nd fixed contact 8b constitute a leaf spring contact.
Next, a detailed structure of the short-circuiting member 4 will be described with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a short-circuit member of a movable latch of a locking device for a landing door according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In fig. 2, the short-circuiting member 4 has a bifurcated shape that branches into a 1 st movable contact 10a and a 2 nd movable contact 10 b. The 1 st movable contact 10a and the 2 nd movable contact 10b have a shape that is bent at least twice. The 1 st movable contact 10a and the 2 nd movable contact 10b are electrically connected to each other inside the contact blade 3.
Next, the detailed structure of the contact protection cover 9 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing a contact protection cover used in a landing door locking device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a plan view showing the contact protection cover shown in fig. 3.
In fig. 3 and 4, the contact protection cover 9 has 2 openings 11a and 11b corresponding to the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 2 nd fixed contact 8 b. The contact protection cover 9 is made of an insulating material such as resin, for example. The opening widths of the openings 11a and 11b are set to be large enough to be inaccessible to fingers of an adult.
Further, the contact portions of the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 1 st movable contact 10a and the contact portions of the 2 nd fixed contact 8b and the 2 nd movable contact 10b are aligned in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the landing door. Further, the contact portion between the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 1 st movable contact 10a and the contact portion between the 2 nd fixed contact 8b and the 2 nd movable contact 10b are provided at 2 or more positions, respectively.
Next, a state of the locking device of the landing door when the landing door is closed will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6. Fig. 5 is a partial sectional view showing a state of a locking device of a landing door according to embodiment 1 of the present invention when the door is closed. In fig. 5, the contact protection cover 9 is shown in section. Fig. 6 is a plan view showing a state of a locking device of a landing door according to embodiment 1 of the present invention when the door is closed.
In fig. 5 and 6, when the door is closed, the movable latch 2 engages with the hook 6 to lock, and the short-circuiting member 4 short-circuits the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 2 nd fixed contact 8 b. At this time, according to the structures of the short-circuiting member 4 and the contact protecting cover 9 shown in fig. 2 to 4, the 1 st movable contact 10a and the 2 nd movable contact 10b are inserted into the 2 openings 11a and 11b, respectively, and are brought into contact with the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 2 nd fixed contact 8 b.
Further, the contact portion of the 1 st movable contact 10a with the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the contact portion of the 2 nd movable contact 10b with the 2 nd fixed contact 8b have flat surface portions wider than the contact portion of the 1 st fixed contact 8a with the 1 st movable contact 10a and the contact portion of the 2 nd fixed contact 8b with the 2 nd movable contact 10b, respectively.
Further, when the door is closed, the contact protection cover 9 is spaced from the contact blade 3 by less than 12 mm. The lower end of each of the 2 openings 11a and 11b of the contact protection cover 9 is arranged above the positions of the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 2 nd fixed contact 8 b.
As described above, according to embodiment 1, the contact protection cover has 2 openings corresponding to the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact, the short-circuiting member has a bifurcated shape branching into the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact, and the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact are inserted into the 2 openings, respectively, when the door is closed.
Therefore, the contact with the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact can be prevented, and the contact of the maintenance personnel can be prevented.
Further, the contact portions of the 1 st fixed contact and the 1 st movable contact, and the contact portions of the 2 nd fixed contact and the 2 nd movable contact are aligned in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the landing door.
Therefore, the timing at which the 1 st fixed contact and the 1 st movable contact come into contact with each other and the timing at which the 2 nd fixed contact and the 2 nd movable contact come into contact with each other coincide with each other, and therefore, contact abrasion of one contact portion can be prevented, and reliability can be improved.
Further, the contact portion of the 1 st movable contact with the 1 st fixed contact and the contact portion of the 2 nd movable contact with the 2 nd fixed contact have a flat surface portion wider than the contact portion of the 1 st fixed contact with the 1 st movable contact and the contact portion of the 2 nd fixed contact with the 2 nd movable contact, respectively.
Therefore, even if the positions of the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact are slightly shifted, the contact failure of the contact portion can be prevented.
In addition, the contact portion between the 1 st fixed contact and the 1 st movable contact and the contact portion between the 2 nd fixed contact and the 2 nd movable contact are provided at 2 or more positions, respectively.
Therefore, even when a contact failure occurs at one of the contact portions due to dust or the like, conduction can be secured by the other contact portion, and reliability can be improved.
Further, when the door is closed, the distance between the contact protection cover and the insulator is less than 12 mm.
Therefore, when the door is closed, the operator can be prevented from contacting the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact, thereby preventing the operator from getting an electric shock.
The lower end of each of the 2 openings of the contact protection cover is arranged above the positions of the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact, and the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact are bent at least 2 times.
Therefore, the positions of the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact can be lowered, and thus, electric shock of the maintenance worker can be further prevented.
Further, since the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact cannot be seen from below the elevator, it is possible to prevent a user of the elevator from contacting the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact maliciously from below and getting an electric shock.
In embodiment 1, the shape of the 1 st movable contact 10a and the 2 nd movable contact 10b is bent at least 2 times, and the positions of the lower ends of the 2 openings 11a and 11b are arranged above the positions of the 1 st fixed contact 8a and the 2 nd fixed contact 8b, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
That is, in order to be applied to the locking device of the existing landing door, the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact are not subjected to parts replacement or the like, the short-circuit contact is replaced with a double-branch-shaped contact branched into the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact, and the terminal protection cover having 2 openings is attached so as to cover the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact, whereby electric shock of a maintenance person can be prevented.

Claims (11)

1. A landing door locking device is provided with:
a movable latch mounted to a hanger plate suspending a landing door;
a short-circuit member attached to a distal end portion of the movable latch via an insulator;
a hook member attached to a hanger case fixed to a landing;
a 1 st fixed contact and a 2 nd fixed contact of an interlock device mounted to the hanger housing; and
a contact protection cover attached to the hanger case so as to cover the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact,
when the door is closed, the movable latch engages with the hooking piece to perform locking, and the short-circuiting member short-circuits the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact,
the contact protection cover has 2 openings corresponding to the 1 st fixed contact and the 2 nd fixed contact,
the short-circuiting member has a bifurcated shape branching into a 1 st movable contact and a 2 nd movable contact,
when the door is closed, the 1 st movable contact and the 2 nd movable contact are inserted into the 2 openings, respectively.
2. The landing door locking apparatus of claim 1,
the contact portions of the 1 st fixed contact and the 1 st movable contact, and the contact portions of the 2 nd fixed contact and the 2 nd movable contact are aligned in a direction perpendicular to a traveling direction of the landing door.
3. The landing door locking apparatus of claim 1,
a contact portion of the 1 st movable contact with the 1 st fixed contact and a contact portion of the 2 nd movable contact with the 2 nd fixed contact have a flat surface portion wider than a contact portion of the 1 st fixed contact with the 1 st movable contact and a contact portion of the 2 nd fixed contact with the 2 nd movable contact, respectively.
4. The landing door locking apparatus of claim 2,
a contact portion of the 1 st movable contact with the 1 st fixed contact and a contact portion of the 2 nd movable contact with the 2 nd fixed contact have a flat surface portion wider than a contact portion of the 1 st fixed contact with the 1 st movable contact and a contact portion of the 2 nd fixed contact with the 2 nd movable contact, respectively.
5. The landing door locking device of any one of claims 1-4,
the contact portion between the 1 st fixed contact and the 1 st movable contact and the contact portion between the 2 nd fixed contact and the 2 nd movable contact are provided at 2 or more positions, respectively.
