Description

Video CDN processing method and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of networks, in particular to a Content Delivery Network (CDN) processing method and a system.
Background
The video CDN refers to a network system capable of providing a real-time downloading function for an online video service. The method can avoid bottlenecks and links which possibly influence the data transmission speed and stability on the Internet as far as possible, so that the content transmission is faster and more stable. The scheduler and the video server are two important components in the video CDN. In the application process of the video CDN, a user sends a data request to a scheduler before going to a video server to download video file fragments each time, the scheduler allocates a video server to the user according to various information such as strategy configuration, user IP and the like, and the user downloads the video file fragments through the allocated video server.
In a currently-used video CDN system, if a download speed of a video server a allocated by a user X for accessing a scheduler is slow, the video server a should notify the scheduler of this information in real time, so that when the scheduler performs scheduling, a scheduling priority of the video server a for serving the user X is reduced. As shown in fig. 1, in the existing architecture, since the video server a does not know which scheduler the user X will access next time, in order to transmit information for reducing the scheduling priority of the user X served by the video server a to the scheduler, the video server a must first send the information to the scheduling central control server, and then the scheduling central control server issues the information to all the schedulers, so that the function of reducing the scheduling priority of the user X served by the video server a can be realized no matter which scheduler the user X accesses next time. The flow process is complex, consumes much time, issues redundant information to too many irrelevant schedulers, and has poor operability, so that the video server cannot quickly and conveniently feed back information to the schedulers.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a video CDN processing method and a video CDN processing system, which can solve the problem that a video server in the existing network system cannot quickly and conveniently feed back information to a scheduler, so that a user can obtain better user experience when watching an online video.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a video CDN processing method which is applied to a video CDN processing System shown in FIG. 6, wherein the video CDN processing System comprises a Domain Name System (DNS) 10 and a video server group, the video server group at least comprises a video server 20, and the video server 20 is at least communicated with one or more schedulers 30 in one scheduler group.
The domain name system provides a query function for the video server, so that the video server can query the scheduler IP associated with the user information through the user information, such as the user IP, and further has an internal query interface, and the video server can use the internal query interface to obtain all scheduler IPs which can serve the user and contain the scheduler IP according to a certain scheduler IP.
As shown in fig. 2, a flowchart of a video CDN processing method is disclosed for an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes the following steps:
step S110: and the video server acquires user information when the user accesses.
In step S110, the user information includes the scheduler IP, the user IP, and the user ID that the user accessed last time.
Step S120: and the video server carries the user information to access the domain name system DNS and acquires a scheduler list returned by the domain name system DNS.
In step S120, the scheduler list is obtained according to the user information carried when the video server accesses the domain name system DNS.
Optionally, the video server may obtain the scheduler list by using an ECS (Edns-Client-Subnet) extension protocol, for example, if the user IP is 202.108.14.240, and the domain name to which the scheduler belongs is data. digdata. video. qiyi.com + subnet ═ 202.108.14.240@ ns1. qiyi.com.
Step S130: and the video server compares the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time with the scheduler IP in the scheduler list.
Step S140: and if the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time exists in the scheduler list, the video server sends the user IP, the user identification ID and the data downloading speed to all schedulers in the scheduler list.
In step S140, the data download speed is a data download speed at which the video server sends data to the user through calculation when the user access is finished.
Specifically, when the user access is finished, the video server counts the total number of bytes of the requested data when the user accesses and the total time for the user to download the data, and the total time is calculated according to the formula: and calculating the data downloading speed as the total byte number/total time.
In a specific implementation, when the scheduler schedules a user access request, if the data information list includes a plurality of available IDCs, the IDC corresponding to the scheduler with the highest data downloading speed in the data information list is selected to be allocated to the user.
Optionally, the video server sends the user IP, the user identifier ID, and the data download speed to all schedulers in the scheduler list in an application layer manner, for example, HTTP (Hyper text transfer Protocol).
The embodiment of the invention discloses a video CDN processing method which is applied to a video CDN processing system, wherein the video CDN processing system comprises a Domain Name System (DNS) and a video server group, the video server group at least comprises a video server, the video server is at least communicated with one or more schedulers in one scheduler group, and the video server acquires user information when a user accesses the video server; the video server carries the user information to access the domain name system DNS and acquires a scheduler list returned by the domain name system DNS; the video server compares the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time with the scheduler IP in the scheduler list; and if the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time exists in the scheduler list, the video server sends the user IP, the user identification ID and the data downloading speed to all schedulers in the scheduler list. By the processing method, the video server can quickly and conveniently feed back information to the scheduler, so that a user can obtain better user experience when watching the online video.
Based on the video CDN processing method disclosed in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses another video CDN processing method, and as shown in fig. 3, the video CDN processing method includes the following steps:
step S210: and the video server acquires user information when the user accesses.
Step S220: and the video server carries the user information to access the domain name system DNS and acquires a scheduler list returned by the domain name system DNS.
Step S230: and the video server compares the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time with the scheduler IP in the scheduler list.
Here, steps S210 to S230 are the same as steps S110 to S130 shown in fig. 2, and the execution process and principle are not described again here.
Step S240: if the scheduler IP which is accessed by the user last time does not exist in the scheduler list, the video server accesses the domain name system DNS according to the scheduler IP which is accessed by the user last time through an internal query interface of the domain name system DNS, and all the scheduler IPs which can provide service for the user and contain the scheduler IP which is accessed by the user last time in the scheduler list are obtained.
Step S250: and the video server sends the user IP, the user identification ID and the data downloading speed to all schedulers in the scheduler list.
It should be noted that, the area where the scheduler IP that the user can access may be located may be different from the area where the user IP address belongs, and when the scheduler list obtained by the video server accessing the domain name system DNS does not include the scheduler IP address that the user has accessed, a scheduler list that can serve the user in a wider range needs to be obtained in the manner of step S240.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a video CDN processing method, wherein a video server acquires user information when a user accesses; the video server carries the user information to access the domain name system DNS and acquires a scheduler list returned by the domain name system DNS; the video server compares the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time with the scheduler IP in the scheduler list; if the scheduler IP which is accessed by the user last time does not exist in the scheduler list, the video server accesses the domain name system DNS according to the scheduler IP which is accessed by the user last time through an internal query interface of the domain name system DNS to obtain all the scheduler IPs which can provide service for the user and contain the scheduler IP which is accessed by the user last time in the scheduler list, and the video server sends the user IP, the user identification ID and the data downloading speed to all the schedulers in the scheduler list; by the processing method, when the region where the scheduler IP which can be accessed by the user is located is different from the region where the user IP address belongs, the scheduler IP which can provide service for the user can be obtained, so that the video server can quickly and conveniently feed back information to the scheduler, and the user can obtain better user experience when watching the online video.
Based on the video CDN processing method disclosed in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses another video CDN processing method, and as shown in fig. 4, the video CDN processing method includes the following steps:
step S310: and the video server acquires user information when the user accesses.
Step S320: and the video server carries the user information to access the domain name system DNS and acquires a scheduler list returned by the domain name system DNS.
Step S330: and the video server compares the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time with the scheduler IP in the scheduler list.
Step S340: and if the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time exists in the scheduler list, the video server sends the user IP, the user identification ID and the data downloading speed to all schedulers in the scheduler list.
Here, steps S310 to S340 are the same as the execution process and principle of steps S110 to S140 shown in fig. 2, and are not described again here.
Step S350: and the scheduler updates a data information list in real time according to the received user IP, the received user identification ID and the data downloading speed.
In step S350, the data information in the data information list includes the time of the user information received by the scheduler, the user IP, the user identifier ID, the identifier of the network data center IDC, and the data download speed; the information of the network Data Center (IDC) is obtained by the dispatcher analyzing the IP address of the video server; and the survival time of the data information in the data information list is N seconds, and N is a positive number greater than 0.
The data information in the data information list is deleted after the creation time of the data information is N seconds, the survival time can be set according to the requirement, for example, by taking the data downloading speed as an example, the survival time is set to be 600 seconds, a certain data downloading speed is updated to the data information list at 9 am, and the data downloading speed is deleted from the data information list after 600 seconds from 9 am.
Optionally, when the scheduler schedules a user access request, if the data information list includes a plurality of available IDCs, the IDC corresponding to the scheduler with the highest data downloading speed in the data information list is selected to be allocated to the user.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a video CDN processing method, wherein a video server acquires user information when a user accesses; the video server carries the user information to access the domain name system DNS and acquires a scheduler list returned by the domain name system DNS; the video server compares the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time with the scheduler IP in the scheduler list; if the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time exists in the scheduler list, the video server sends the user IP, the user identification ID and the data downloading speed to all schedulers in the scheduler list; and the scheduler updates a data information list in real time according to the received user IP, the received user identification ID and the data downloading speed. By the processing method, the data information list is established, the condition that the video server serves the user can be visually seen, a scheduler can conveniently distribute a more suitable video server for the user during subsequent scheduling work, and the user can obtain better user experience when watching the online video.
Based on the video CDN processing method disclosed in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses another video CDN processing method, and as shown in fig. 5, the video CDN processing method includes the following steps:
step S410: and the video server acquires user information when the user accesses.
Step S420: and the video server sends data to the user according to the data request when the user accesses, and calculates the data downloading speed when the user accesses.
Step S430: and comparing the data downloading speed with a preset threshold value.
Step S440: and if the data downloading speed is lower than the threshold value, the video server carries the user information to access the domain name system DNS, and a scheduler list returned by the domain name system DNS is obtained.
Step S450: and the video server compares the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time with the scheduler IP in the scheduler list.
Step S460: and if the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time exists in the scheduler list, the video server sends the user IP, the user identification ID and the data downloading speed to all schedulers in the scheduler list.
Here, steps S410, S440, S450 and S460 are the same as the execution process and principle of steps S110 to S140 shown in fig. 2, and are not described again here.
It should be noted that, the addition of the threshold value enables the video server to send the user IP, the user identifier ID, and the data download speed to the scheduler only when the data download speed is lower than the threshold value, and the scheduler knows that the data transmission speed between a certain video server and its user is slow after receiving the above information, and then the scheduler allocates the video server to the user again, and then the scheduler uses the above information as a reference, and does not allocate the video server to the user any more.
Alternatively, the threshold may be set by itself as desired, for example, to 100 KB/S.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a video CDN processing method, wherein a video server acquires user information when a user accesses; the video server sends data to the user according to the data request when the user accesses, and calculates the data downloading speed when the user accesses; comparing the data downloading speed with a preset threshold value; if the data downloading speed is lower than the threshold value, the video server carries the user information to access the domain name system DNS, and a scheduler list returned by the domain name system DNS is obtained; the video server compares the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time with the scheduler IP in the scheduler list; if the scheduler IP accessed by the user last time exists in the scheduler list, the video server sends the user IP, the user identification ID and the data downloading speed to all schedulers in the scheduler list.
It should be noted that, in the video CDN processing method disclosed in fig. 3, when an area where a scheduler IP that can be accessed by a user is located is different from an area where a user IP address belongs, a manner of obtaining a scheduler IP list that can serve the user may be arbitrarily combined with a manner of establishing a data information list in the video CDN processing method disclosed in fig. 4, and a manner of presetting a threshold for data download data in the video CDN processing method disclosed in fig. 5.
After the multiple embodiments of the invention are freely combined, a corresponding effect can be obtained, the video server can quickly and conveniently feed back information to the scheduler, and the scheduler can also distribute a more suitable video server for a user when performing scheduling work, so that the user can obtain better user experience when watching online videos.
Based on the video CDN processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 specifically discloses a video CDN processing system applying the video CDN processing method.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a schematic structural diagram of a video CDN processing system, which mainly includes: the domain name system 10, a video server group connected with the domain name system 10, the video server group at least includes a video server 20, the video server 20 is connected with one or more schedulers 30 in at least one scheduler group.
The video server 20 is configured to obtain user information when a user accesses, access the domain name system 10 with the user information, obtain a scheduler list returned by the domain name system 10, compare a scheduler IP that the user has accessed last time with a scheduler IP in the scheduler list, and if the scheduler IP that the user has accessed last time exists in the scheduler list, the video server 20 sends the user IP, the user identifier ID, and a data download speed to all schedulers 30 in the scheduler list; the user information comprises a dispatcher IP accessed by the user last time, a user IP and a user identification ID.

Optionally, if the scheduler IP that the user has last accessed does not exist in the scheduler list, the video server 20 is further configured to access the domain name system 10 according to the scheduler IP that the user has last accessed through an internal query interface of the domain name system 10, obtain all scheduler IPs that can serve the user and include the scheduler IP that the user has last accessed, store the scheduler IPs in the scheduler list, and send the user IP, the user identifier ID, and the data download speed to all schedulers 30 in the scheduler IP list.
Optionally, the scheduler 30 is further configured to update a data information list in real time according to the received user IP, the received user identifier ID, and the received data downloading speed; the data information in the data information list includes the time of the user information received by the scheduler 30, the user IP, the user identifier ID, the identifier of the network data center IDC, and the data download speed; and the survival time of the data information in the data information list is N seconds, and N is a positive number greater than 0.
