It should be noted that the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, of embodiments of the present invention are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a control method and a control device of broadcasting equipment, which can realize audio-video interaction between the broadcasting equipment and a user terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet and the like), are beneficial to operators at the broadcasting equipment side to know the real-time condition at the user terminal side in time through the audio-video interaction, are further beneficial to the operators at the broadcasting equipment side to broadcast corresponding broadcast contents in time, improve the broadcasting efficiency and enrich the functions of the broadcasting equipment. The following are detailed below.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling a broadcasting device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling a broadcasting apparatus may include the steps of:
101. the broadcasting equipment receives a video call request sent by a user terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal may be a smart phone (an Android phone, an iOS phone, and the like) having a camera, a tablet computer, a palmtop computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), and the like, or may be a wearable device having a camera, such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, and smart glasses, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal may obtain a broadcast device list from the background service device in advance, where the broadcast device list may include device identifiers of multiple broadcast devices, a broadcast area range for which each broadcast device is responsible, an on-duty time of each broadcast device, and an operator (operator) of each broadcast device at different on-duty times. And when the user terminal has a video interaction requirement, the user of the user terminal can select the corresponding broadcasting equipment in the broadcasting equipment list to initiate a video call request. Optionally, when the user terminal detects a video interaction requirement triggered by a user of the user terminal, the user terminal performs the following operations:
the method comprises the steps that a user terminal determines the current time when a video interaction requirement is detected and the equipment identification of broadcasting equipment selected by a user;
the user terminal determines the on-duty time of the broadcasting equipment according to the equipment identification of the broadcasting equipment and judges whether the current time is in the on-duty time of the broadcasting equipment or not;
and when the current time is judged to be within the duty time of the broadcasting equipment, the user terminal sends a video call request to the broadcasting equipment according to the video interaction requirement. This can improve the probability that a video call request initiated by the user terminal is responded to.
102. The broadcasting equipment judges whether the user terminal meets the video docking condition according to the verification parameter carried by the video call request, and triggers to execute the step 103 when the judgment result in the step 102 is yes; when the determination result in step 102 is negative, the present process may be ended.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the video call request initiated by the user terminal may carry a verification parameter, where the verification parameter may include an identity of the user terminal or a geographic location of the user terminal, where the identity of the user terminal may be an international mobile subscriber identity of the user terminal, or a login name of an application in the user terminal corresponding to a video interaction requirement initiated by the user, and the geographic location of the user terminal may be longitude and latitude information of a location where the user terminal is located, or a building identifier of a landmark building where the user terminal is located. The determining, by the broadcasting device, whether the user terminal meets the video docking condition according to the verification parameter carried by the video call request may include:
when the verification parameter comprises the identity of the user terminal, the broadcasting equipment judges whether the identity of the user terminal is one of all the identity of authorized user terminals, and when the judgment result is yes, the user terminal is determined to meet the video docking condition;
when the verification parameters comprise the geographical position of the user terminal, the broadcasting equipment determines a path set between the geographical position of the user terminal and the geographical position of the broadcasting equipment, wherein the path set comprises all paths from the geographical position of the user terminal to the geographical position of the broadcasting equipment and the length of each path; judging whether the minimum length in the lengths of all paths included in the path set is smaller than or equal to a preset length threshold value or not, and determining that the user terminal meets the video docking condition when the minimum length is smaller than or equal to the preset length threshold value.
Obviously, after the broadcasting equipment receives the video call request, the identity of the user terminal is verified through the identity identifier of the user terminal, and when the verification is passed, the user terminal is determined to meet the video docking condition and the step 103 is executed, so that the reliability and the safety of video connection established by the broadcasting equipment can be improved; in addition, whether the geographical position of the video call request initiated by the user terminal is within the broadcast area range of the broadcasting equipment can be judged according to the path length, if so, the user terminal is determined to meet the video docking condition and step 103 is executed, so that the effectiveness of the subsequent broadcast content of the broadcasting equipment can be improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that, when it is determined that the user terminal does not satisfy the video docking condition, the broadcasting device may further perform the following operations:
and the broadcasting equipment sends a video rejection prompt to the user terminal, wherein the video rejection prompt is used for indicating that the broadcasting equipment does not respond to the video call request. Therefore, the method can prevent the user of the user terminal from repeatedly triggering the video call request, and is beneficial to reducing the power consumption of the user terminal and the broadcasting equipment.
Further, when the check parameter includes the geographic location of the user terminal, after determining that the user terminal does not satisfy the video docking condition and before sending the video rejection prompt to the user terminal, the broadcasting device may further perform the following operations:
the broadcasting equipment determines the equipment identification of the target broadcasting equipment according to the geographical position of the user terminal, wherein the geographical position of the user terminal is in the broadcasting area range of the target broadcasting equipment;
and after the equipment identifier of the target broadcasting equipment is determined, triggering and executing the operation of sending the video rejection prompt to the user terminal. The video rejection prompt may include the determined device identifier of the target broadcast device, so that the user terminal may be prompted to initiate a video call request to the target broadcast device, so as to further mention the probability that the video call request is responded to.
103. The broadcasting equipment establishes video connection with the user terminal, and the video connection is used for realizing audio-video interaction between the broadcasting equipment and the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the fact that the user terminal meets the video docking condition is determined, the broadcasting equipment establishes video connection with the user terminal so as to realize video call between the user of the user terminal and the user of the broadcasting equipment. Specifically, the broadcasting equipment outputs an operation interface aiming at the video call request, and an acceptance operation icon and a rejection operation icon aiming at the video call request are displayed on the operation interface; and the broadcasting equipment detects whether the touch operation is triggered by the operator aiming at the operation receiving icon, and establishes video connection with the user terminal when the detection result is yes. Optionally, the operation interface may further display the identity of the user terminal and the geographic location of the user terminal, so that a basis for triggering a touch operation can be provided for an operator, and the reliability of video connection is further improved.
For example, when an emergency (such as a traffic accident) occurs at a geographical location where a user of the user terminal is located and other people around the emergency need to be notified of the emergency, the user terminal may initiate a video call request to a broadcasting device whose broadcasting area covers the geographical location where the user of the user terminal is located, so as to establish a video connection with the broadcasting device. The user of the user terminal can feed back the specific situation of the emergency to the operator of the broadcasting equipment through the video connection, so that the operator of the broadcasting equipment can know the specific situation of the emergency in time and select proper broadcasting content to broadcast, and further inform other people around the place where the emergency occurs of the specific situation of the emergency, such as 'traffic accidents occur in an XX area, traffic congestion in an XX road section and other roads, and please walk around'.
As an optional implementation, the control method of the broadcasting apparatus may further include the operations of:
the broadcasting equipment detects the video call requirement of an operator, determines corresponding called equipment according to the video call requirement, and sends a video call request to the called equipment to trigger the called equipment to respond to the video call request and return a video call response;
and the broadcasting equipment receives a video call response returned by the called equipment aiming at the video call request, and establishes a video connection with the called equipment, wherein the video connection is used for realizing audio-video interaction between the broadcasting equipment and the called equipment.
The called device may be other broadcasting Devices with a camera, may also be a smart phone (Android phone, iOS phone, etc.) with a camera, a tablet computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), etc., and may also be wearable Devices with a camera, such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, smart glasses, etc., and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
In this optional embodiment, the broadcasting device may obtain device identifiers of all devices capable of establishing a video connection with the broadcasting device in advance, display an operation icon corresponding to each device identifier on a display screen of the broadcasting device, when a touch operation on the operation icon of one of the device identifiers is detected, display a video call icon for an operator to trigger a device corresponding to the one of the device identifiers on the display screen, and detect whether the operator triggers the touch operation on the video call icon, if so, determine that a video call requirement of the operator is received, and send a video call request to a device (i.e., a called device) corresponding to the one of the device identifiers according to the video call requirement. Therefore, the information interaction between the operator at the broadcasting equipment side and the user at the called equipment side can be improved by the mode that the broadcasting equipment actively initiates the video call request to the called equipment, and the information interaction efficiency is improved.
It can be seen that, by implementing the control method of the broadcast device described in fig. 1, audio/video interaction between the broadcast device and the user terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet, etc.) can be realized, which is beneficial for an operator at the broadcast device side to know the real-time situation at the user terminal side in time through the audio/video interaction, and further beneficial for the operator at the broadcast device side to broadcast corresponding broadcast content in time, thereby improving the broadcast efficiency, and enriching the functions of the broadcast device.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another method for controlling a broadcasting device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the broadcasting apparatus may include the operations of:
201. the broadcasting equipment receives a video call request sent by a user terminal.
202. The broadcasting equipment judges whether the user terminal meets the video docking condition according to the verification parameter carried by the video call request, and triggers to execute the step 203 when the judgment result in the step 202 is yes; when the determination result in step 202 is negative, the present flow may be ended.
203. The broadcasting equipment establishes video connection with the user terminal, and the video connection is used for realizing audio-video interaction between the broadcasting equipment and the user terminal.
For the descriptions of step 201 to step 203, refer to the detailed descriptions of step 101 to step 103 in the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
204. When receiving an interaction request sent by some interaction device, the broadcasting device determines whether the interaction request is responded within a preset time period after receiving the interaction request, and when the determination result in step 204 is no, may trigger execution of step 205; when the determination result in step 204 is yes, the process may be ended.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the interactive request may be a voice interactive request or a video interactive request, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. The interactive device may be the user terminal, another user terminal except the user terminal, or another broadcast device, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
205. The broadcasting equipment sends an interaction request to a target terminal which establishes an interaction relation with the broadcasting equipment in advance so as to trigger the target terminal to respond to the interaction request and establish an interaction connection with the interaction equipment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the target terminal may be a smart phone (an Android phone, an iOS phone, or the like), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), or may also be a wearable device such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, and smart glasses, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the interactive request is not responded, which may specifically include the following reasons: firstly, no person on duty exists at the position of the broadcasting equipment; the broadcasting equipment is not in the duty time of the broadcasting equipment at the moment of receiving the interactive request; and thirdly, the broadcasting equipment is located at a position with an on-duty person but the on-duty person does not notice the interactive request. When the broadcasting equipment does not respond to the interaction request within a preset time period (such as 1 minute), the broadcasting equipment forwards the interaction request to a target terminal which establishes an interaction relation with the broadcasting equipment so as to trigger the target terminal to establish an interaction connection with the interaction equipment. The interactive request switching mode can improve the probability of responding to the interactive request.
Optionally, when receiving an interaction request sent by a certain interaction device, and before determining whether the interaction request is responded within a preset time period after receiving the interaction request, the broadcast device may perform the following operations:
the broadcasting equipment judges whether the interactive equipment meets the interactive condition, and when the interactive equipment meets the interactive condition, the operation of judging whether the interactive request is responded in a preset time period after the interactive request is received is executed. The specific way of determining whether the interactive device meets the interactive condition may refer to the specific way of determining whether the user terminal meets the video docking condition in the first embodiment, and the embodiments of the present invention are not described again.
For example, when the time of receiving a video call request sent by an interactive device is 10:30 am on a working day, assuming that a user (such as an operator) of the broadcasting device is not beside the broadcasting device or does not notice the video call request at this time, when the broadcasting device detects that the video call request is not responded within 1 continuous minute, the video call request is forwarded to a mobile phone or a smart watch of the operator, so that the operator establishes a video connection with the interactive device through the mobile phone or the smart watch.
In an alternative embodiment, after the step 203 is performed, the method for controlling the broadcasting apparatus may further include the following operations:
the broadcasting equipment receives a real-time video file sent by a user terminal through the video connection and determines the format of the real-time video file;
the method comprises the steps that the broadcasting equipment judges whether the format of a real-time video file is the format which can be decoded by the broadcasting equipment or not, when the format of the real-time video file is not the format which can be decoded by the broadcasting equipment, transcoding operation is carried out on the real-time video file to obtain the real-time video file in a target format, wherein the target format is any one of all formats which can be decoded by the broadcasting equipment;
the broadcasting equipment decodes the real-time video file in the target format to obtain real-time video content;
the broadcasting device displays the real-time video content through a display screen of the broadcasting device.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can transcode the real-time video file which cannot be decoded by the broadcasting equipment so as to ensure that the video content corresponding to the real-time video file is smoothly displayed, and the broadcasting equipment is more intelligent.
In this optional embodiment, further optionally, the method for controlling a broadcasting device may further include the operations of:
the broadcasting equipment analyzes the real-time video content to obtain real-time matters of the geographical position of the user terminal;
the broadcasting equipment judges whether the real-time event is an emergency event, and when the real-time event is the emergency event, the broadcasting equipment acquires the broadcasting content matched with the real-time event and sends a broadcasting instruction comprising the broadcasting content to the broadcasting receiving equipment at the geographical position of the user terminal so as to trigger the broadcasting receiving equipment to play the broadcasting content.
Further optionally, the broadcasting device stores broadcasting contents matched with different emergency matters, such as broadcasting contents corresponding to an emergency traffic accident, broadcasting contents corresponding to an emergency power failure accident, broadcasting contents corresponding to an emergency fire accident, and the like. The broadcasting equipment can directly search the broadcasting content matched with the real-time matters from the broadcasting contents matched with different emergency matters, and when the broadcasting content is not searched, prompt information can be output, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting an operator of the broadcasting equipment to input corresponding broadcasting content and define the emergency types of the real-time matters; after the broadcasting equipment detects the broadcasting content and the emergency type input by the operator, the broadcasting content and the emergency type are matched and stored, and a playing instruction including the broadcasting content is sent to the corresponding broadcasting receiving equipment.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can also analyze the video content to obtain specific events, and judge whether the specific events are emergency events (such as emergency accidents, etc.), if so, the emergency broadcast content is obtained and sent to the broadcast receiving equipment to trigger the broadcast receiving equipment to play the emergency broadcast content, so that the functions of the broadcast equipment are enriched, and the broadcast equipment is more intelligent.
Further optionally, when the real-time event is not an emergency event, the method for controlling the broadcasting apparatus may further include the operations of:
and the broadcasting equipment judges whether the real-time event is a prank event or not, and adds the identity of the user terminal to an interactive blacklist of the broadcasting equipment and cuts off the video connection when the judgment result is yes. Therefore, when the interaction request sent by the user terminal is received again in the following, the interaction rejection prompt can be directly fed back. This can further improve the accuracy of the broadcast device in responding to the interactive requests.
It can be seen that, by implementing the control method of the broadcast device described in fig. 2, audio/video interaction between the broadcast device and the user terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet, etc.) can be realized, which is beneficial for an operator at the broadcast device side to know the real-time situation at the user terminal side in time through the audio/video interaction, and further beneficial for the operator at the broadcast device side to broadcast corresponding broadcast content in time, thereby improving the broadcast efficiency, and enriching the functions of the broadcast device.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device of a broadcasting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Among them, the apparatus shown in fig. 3 is applied to a broadcasting device. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus may include:
a receiving unit 301, configured to receive a video call request sent by a user terminal.
Optionally, when the user terminal detects a video interaction requirement triggered by a user of the user terminal, the user terminal performs the following operations:
the method comprises the steps that a user terminal determines the current time when a video interaction requirement is detected and the equipment identification of broadcasting equipment selected by a user;
the user terminal determines the on-duty time of the broadcasting equipment according to the equipment identification of the broadcasting equipment and judges whether the current time is in the on-duty time of the broadcasting equipment or not;
and when the current time is judged to be within the duty time of the broadcasting equipment, the user terminal sends a video call request to the broadcasting equipment according to the video interaction requirement. This can improve the probability that a video call request initiated by the user terminal is responded to.
A determining unit 302, configured to determine whether the user terminal meets the video docking condition according to the verification parameter carried in the video call request received by the receiving unit 301.
An interaction unit 303, configured to establish a video connection with the user terminal when the determination unit 302 determines that the user terminal meets the video docking condition, where the video connection is used to implement audio and video interaction between the broadcasting device and the user terminal.
Optionally, the mode for establishing the video connection between the interaction unit 303 and the user terminal may specifically be:
outputting an operation interface aiming at the video call request, wherein an acceptance operation icon and a rejection operation icon aiming at the video call request are displayed on the operation interface;
and detecting whether the touch operation is triggered by an operator aiming at the operation receiving icon, and if so, establishing video connection with the user terminal. Optionally, the operation interface may further display the identity of the user terminal and the geographic location of the user terminal, so that a basis for triggering a touch operation can be provided for an operator, and the reliability of video connection is further improved.
It can be seen that the implementation of the apparatus described in fig. 3 can realize audio-video interaction between the broadcasting device and the user terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet, etc.), which is beneficial for an operator at the broadcasting device side to know the real-time situation at the user terminal side in time through the audio-video interaction, and further beneficial for the operator at the broadcasting device side to broadcast the corresponding broadcast content in time, thereby improving the broadcasting efficiency and enriching the functions of the broadcasting device.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include a first sending unit 304, where:
the determining unit 302 is further configured to determine, when the receiving unit 301 receives an interaction request sent by some interaction device, whether the interaction request is responded within a preset time period after the interaction request is received, where the interaction device is a user terminal, another user terminal except the user terminal, or another broadcasting device.
A first sending unit 304, configured to, when the determining unit 302 determines that the interactive request is not responded within a preset time period after the interactive request is received, send the interactive request to a target terminal that previously establishes an interactive relationship with the broadcasting device, so as to trigger the target terminal to establish an interactive connection with the interactive device in response to the interactive request.
It can be seen that implementing the apparatus described in fig. 4 can also improve the probability of an interactive request being responded to.
In another optional embodiment, the verification parameter includes an identity of the user terminal or a geographic location of the user terminal, where the identity of the user terminal may be an international mobile subscriber identity of the user terminal, or a login name of an application in the user terminal, where the application is used for a user to initiate a video interaction demand, and the geographic location of the user terminal may be latitude and longitude information of a location where the user terminal is located, or may be a building identifier of a landmark building where the user terminal is located.
In this optional embodiment, the manner for determining, by the determining unit 302, whether the user terminal meets the video docking condition according to the check parameter carried in the video call request may specifically be:
when the verification parameters comprise the identity of the user terminal, judging whether the identity of the user terminal is one of all the identity of authorized user terminals, and when the judgment result is yes, determining that the user terminal meets the video docking condition;
when the verification parameters comprise the geographical position of the user terminal, determining a path set between the geographical position of the user terminal and the geographical position of the broadcasting equipment, wherein the path set comprises all paths from the geographical position of the user terminal to the geographical position of the broadcasting equipment and the length of each path; judging whether the minimum length in the lengths of all paths included in the path set is smaller than or equal to a preset length threshold value or not, and determining that the user terminal meets the video docking condition when the minimum length is smaller than or equal to the preset length threshold value.
Further optionally, the first sending unit 304 is further configured to send a video rejection prompt to the user terminal when the determining unit 302 determines that the user terminal does not satisfy the video docking condition, where the video rejection prompt is used to indicate that the broadcasting device does not respond to the video call request. Therefore, the method can prevent the user of the user terminal from repeatedly triggering the video call request, and is beneficial to reducing the power consumption of the user terminal and the broadcasting equipment.
Further, when the check parameter includes the geographic location of the user terminal, after determining that the user terminal does not satisfy the video docking condition and before sending the video rejection prompt to the user terminal, the first sending unit 304 may be further configured to determine the device identifier of the target broadcast device according to the geographic location of the user terminal, where the geographic location of the user terminal is within the broadcast area range of the target broadcast device; and after the equipment identifier of the target broadcasting equipment is determined, triggering and executing the operation of sending the video rejection prompt to the user terminal. The video rejection prompt may include the determined device identifier of the target broadcast device, so that the user terminal may be prompted to initiate a video call request to the target broadcast device, so as to further mention the probability that the video call request is responded to.
It can be seen that, the apparatus described in the implementation of fig. 4 can also verify the identity of the user terminal through the identity of the user terminal after receiving the video call request, and when the verification passes, it is determined that the user terminal meets the video docking condition, so that the reliability and the security of the video connection established by the broadcasting equipment can be improved; in addition, whether the geographical position of the video call request initiated by the user terminal is within the broadcasting area range of the broadcasting equipment can be judged according to the path length, and if so, the user terminal is determined to meet the video docking condition, so that the effectiveness of the subsequent broadcasting content of the broadcasting equipment can be improved.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include a determining unit 305, a transcoding unit 306, a decoding unit 307, and a displaying unit 308, wherein:
the receiving unit 301 is further configured to receive a real-time video file sent by the user terminal through a video connection.
A determining unit 305 for determining the format of the real-time video file.
The judging unit 302 is further configured to judge whether the format of the real-time video file determined by the determining unit 305 is a format that can be decoded by the broadcasting device.
A transcoding unit 306, configured to, when the determining unit 302 determines that the format of the real-time video file is not a format decodable by the broadcast apparatus, perform transcoding operation on the real-time video file to obtain a real-time video file in a target format, where the target format is any one of all formats decodable by the broadcast apparatus.
The decoding unit 307 is configured to decode the real-time video file in the target format to obtain the real-time video content.
A display unit 308 for displaying the real-time video content via a display screen of the broadcasting device.
Therefore, the device described in fig. 4 can be implemented to transcode the real-time video file that cannot be decoded by the broadcasting equipment, so as to ensure that the video content corresponding to the real-time video file is smoothly displayed, and the broadcasting equipment is more intelligent.
Further optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include an analyzing unit 309, an obtaining unit 310, and a second sending unit 311, where:
the analyzing unit 309 is configured to analyze the real-time video content decoded by the decoding unit 307, so as to obtain real-time events at the geographic location of the user terminal.
The determining unit 302 is further configured to determine whether the real-time event is an emergency event.
An obtaining unit 310, configured to obtain the broadcast content matching the real-time event when the judging unit 302 judges that the real-time event is the emergency event.
A second sending unit 311, configured to send a play instruction including the broadcast content to the broadcast receiving device in the geographic location where the user terminal is located, so as to trigger the broadcast receiving device to play the broadcast content.
It can be seen that, the implementation of the apparatus described in fig. 4 can also analyze the video content to obtain specific events, and determine whether the specific events are emergency events (such as an emergency, etc.), and if so, obtain the emergency broadcast content and send the emergency broadcast content to the broadcast receiving device to trigger the broadcast receiving device to play the emergency broadcast content, so that the functions of the broadcast device are enriched, which makes the broadcast device more intelligent.
Further optionally, the determining unit 302 may be further configured to determine whether the real-time event is a prank event when the real-time event is not an emergency event, add the identity of the user terminal to an interactive blacklist of the broadcasting device when the real-time event is a prank event, and cut off the video connection. Therefore, when the interaction request sent by the user terminal is received again in the following, the interaction rejection prompt can be directly fed back.
It can be seen that the implementation of the apparatus described in fig. 4 can further improve the accuracy of the broadcasting device in responding to the interactive request.
