本发明的目的是提供一种无功功率低、体积小,稳定性高,效率高,控制精确的开关电源功率因数校正器。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包括EMI滤波电路、整流滤波电路、变压调整电路、次级整流滤波电路,EMI滤波电路与整流滤波电路一端连接,整流滤波电路另一端与变压调整电路一端连接,变压调整电路另一端与次级整流滤波电路连接。
本发明体积小,稳定性高,效率高,控制精确,大大降低了电路的无功功率,使用广泛。

参见图1,一种开关电源功率因数校正器,它包括EMI滤波电路、整流滤波电路、变压调整电路、次级整流滤波电路,EMI滤波电路与整流滤波电路一端连接,整流滤波电路另一端与变压调整电路一端连接,变压调整电路另一端与次级整流滤波电路连接。
本发明在220V交流供电,交流电通过保险丝 EMI滤波系统进入整流滤波电路后,经变压器变压调整,后经过次级整流滤波达到所需的直流电压,首先220V交流电通过保险丝控制最大电流,整流滤波,降低电网与电源之间的干扰、整流堆整流,大电容次级整流滤波,保证供电的稳定性和平滑性,通过芯片控制变压器的通断,达到后级需要的电压电流。
