个人医疗数据为医疗单位或独立的医学检验机构为了个人的健康或疾病的诊断，依个人的生物材料或代谢物所作出的医学检验报告。

个人医疗数据可以通过个人电脑或移动通信设备连接云平台，将个人医疗数据存于云端。个人需要自己的医疗数据的时候，可以从云端个人医疗数据库里下载到个人电脑或移动通信设备上，以方便数据的应用。
