The invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
Example 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the telescopic counter-pulling unlocking spontoon with the auxiliary comprises a holding rod 1, a striking rod 2, an unlocking driving mechanism 3, a locking mechanism 4 and a telescopic unlocking counter-pulling rod 5. The rear end of the striking rod 2 is inserted into the holding rod 1.
In the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the left end in the view is the rear end, and the right end in the view is the front end.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a clamping groove 11 is formed in the inner wall of the front end of the holding rod 1, an annular groove 12 is formed in the inner wall of the holding rod, which is positioned in front of the clamping groove 11, an elastic ring 110 is arranged in the annular groove 12, and an internal thread is formed in the inner wall of the rear end of the holding rod 1.
An internal thread is arranged at the rear end of the striking rod 2, and an internal thread is arranged on the inner wall of the front end of the striking rod 2.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the unlocking drive mechanism 3 includes a base 31, a drive plate 32, a link mechanism 33, and a return mechanism 34.
The base 31 has a base front end 312 and a base rear end 311, the diameter of the base rear end 311 is larger than that of the base front end 312, an external thread is arranged on the outer wall of the base front end 312, and the external thread is matched with an internal thread at the rear end of the holding rod 1 to connect the base to the holding rod 1; a relief 310 is provided between the base front end 312 and the base rear end 311. The base 31 has a receiving cavity 313 extending forward from a rear end to a middle portion, and a cavity 314 extending backward to the receiving cavity 313 is formed at a front end of the base 31, wherein a cross section of the receiving cavity 313 is circular, and a cross section of the cavity 314 is rectangular.
The driving plate 32 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 313.
The link mechanism 33 includes a first link 331, a second link 332 and a third link 333, the middle part of the first link 331 is hinged on the base 31 located at one side of the cavity 314 through a first hinge axis 334, a blind hole or a slot extending radially is provided on the first hinge axis 334, and a screw 338 extending into the blind hole or the slot is installed on the base 31, so that the first hinge axis 334 can be prevented from moving axially, and the first link 331 is prevented from being separated from the base 31; the middle part of the second connecting rod 332 is hinged on the base 31 positioned in the cavity 314 and at the side opposite to the first connecting rod through a second hinge shaft 335, a blind hole or a radially extending groove is arranged on the second hinge shaft 335, and a screw 339 extending into the blind hole or the groove is arranged on the base 31, so that the second hinge shaft 335 can be prevented from moving axially, and the second connecting rod 332 is prevented from being separated from the base 31; waist-shaped grooves 3331 are formed at both ends of the third link 333, the third link 33 is positioned between the first link 331 and the second link 332, a first sliding pin 336 is passed between the front end of the first link 331 and the waist-shaped groove at one end of the third link 333, the rear end of the first link 331 is positioned in front of the driving plate 32, a second sliding pin 337 is passed between the front end of the second link 332 and the waist-shaped groove at the other end of the third link 333, and the rear end of the second link 332 is positioned in front of the driving plate 32.
The reset mechanism 34 includes a pull rod 341 and a reset spring 342, the pull rod 341 is a bolt, the pull rod passes through the front end 312 of the base and is connected to the driving plate 32 through the accommodating cavity by threads, and the reset spring 342 is sleeved on the pull rod 341 between the front end of the base and the driving plate 32.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the latch mechanism 4 includes a holder 41, an unlocking lever 42, an elastic member 43, and a catching device 45 that can be caught in the catching groove.
The holder 41 includes a holder rear end 411 and a holder front end 412, and an external thread is provided on the holder front end 412, and the holder 41 is connected to the rear end of the striking rod 2 by being connected to the internal thread of the striking rod rear end. The clamping seat 41 is provided with an axially extending through hole 413, a countersunk hole 414 coaxial with the through hole 413 is arranged at the front end of the clamping seat, more than one circumferentially distributed ball holes 415 which are communicated with the through hole 413 and extend radially are arranged at the rear end 411 of the clamping seat, and the clamping device 45 is a ball 451 arranged in the ball holes; a plurality of balls 451 can be mounted in the same ball hole.
The unlocking rod 42 is of a hollow structure, the unlocking rod penetrates through the through hole or stretches into the through hole from the front end of the clamping seat, the unlocking rod 42 comprises a rod body 421 and an unlocking section 422 connected to the rear end of the rod body 421, the outer diameter of the rod body 421 is smaller than that of the unlocking section 422, a chamfer 425 is arranged between the rod body 421 and the unlocking section 422, namely, the chamfer is in transition, in this way, in the process of enabling the ball 451 to be in overhead with the unlocking section 422, the ball is in a spherical shape, and therefore the ball can enter the unlocking section from the rod body more easily. A stopper 423 is provided at the front end of the rod 421. The elastic piece is a spring, the elastic piece 43 is sleeved on the unlocking rod positioned on the supporting block 423 and the countersunk hole, and the countersunk hole can limit the spring.
An annular groove 416 is provided on the rear outer wall of the cartridge and an elastomeric ring 46 is provided in the annular groove. Generally, as shown in fig. 4, a groove 61 is formed in the inner wall of the front end of the holding rod 1 located in the clamping groove, and an elastic ring 62 is disposed in the groove, and an elastic ring is also disposed on the clamping seat 41, so that when the striking rod 2 extends out, the elastic rings can make the gap between the holding rod and the striking rod small at both ends of the clamping groove, and the two elastic rings make the stress between the holding rod and the striking rod uniform, so that the striking rod is not easy to shake relative to the holding rod.
As shown in fig. 12, an inner stopper 424 is provided on the inner wall of the rear end of the unlocking lever.
The inner wall of the striking rod is provided with a clamping groove 91, a clamping ring 92 is clamped on the clamping groove 91, a jacking block 93 connected with the clamping ring or jacked by the clamping ring is arranged in the striking tube, the jacking block 93 is used for limiting the front end of the unlocking rod, the unlocking rod is prevented from being separated from the clamping seat, and the reliability of use is improved. Of course, the unlocking rod can be limited by arranging a limiting device between the clamping seat and the unlocking rod, if an outer flange is arranged at the rear end of the unlocking rod, the outer flange is blocked by the clamping seat, and the unlocking rod can be installed only by the structure that the blocking block and the unlocking rod are connected through threads.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, 5 and 13, the telescopic unlocking reverse pull rod 5 comprises more than two sections of telescopic tubes 51, adjacent telescopic tubes are connected in a sliding manner, and the diameters of the telescopic tubes in the telescopic unlocking reverse pull rod are sequentially reduced from the front end to the rear end; a limiting device is arranged between the adjacent telescopic pipes, the limiting device comprises an inner abutting ring 512 arranged on one end of the inner wall of one telescopic pipe and an outer abutting ring 511 arranged on the outer wall of one end of the adjacent telescopic pipe, and the outer abutting ring in the same limiting device is positioned in front of the inner abutting ring. An outer limiting ring 50 is arranged on the outer wall of one end, which is close to the unlocking rod, of the telescopic pipe extending into the unlocking rod, the outer limiting ring 50 is positioned in front of the inner limiting ring 424, and the telescopic pipe close to the unlocking rod is inserted into the unlocking rod in a sliding mode. The telescopic pipe far away from one end of the unlocking rod is connected to the middle part of the third connecting rod through threads, and other telescopic pipes except the telescopic pipe connected with the third connecting rod can be solid or hollow and are of hollow structures.
According to the structure, on the premise that the reverse pulling force of the unlocking rod is not given, the unlocking rod cannot move backwards under the action of the spring, when the striking rod is in the retracted state, the ball corresponds to the position of the rod body in the radial direction, and the outer diameter of the rod body is smaller than that of the unlocking section, so that the ball cannot be blocked with the inner wall of the holding rod. When the third connecting rod moves backwards, the telescopic unlocking reverse pull rod is pulled to drive the unlocking rod to move backwards, the unlocking section breaks away from the ball, the rod body gives the space for the ball to move inwards, and under the action of the pulling force, the ball breaks away from the clamping groove, so that the striking rod is recovered. In the retracting process of the striking rod, the telescopic tube is retracted into the adjacent telescopic tube, and the telescopic tube connected with the unlocking rod is retracted into the unlocking tube. In the structure, unlocking is realized by reversely installing the unlocking rod and utilizing the pulling force, the unlocking rod only needs to be arranged at the rear end of the striking rod and occupies a small space at the rear end of the striking rod, when the striking rod is recovered, the locking mechanism is positioned in the rear end of the holding rod, and the telescopic unlocking counter-pulling rod is retracted, and the retracted telescopic unlocking counter-pulling rod is equivalent to the length of a telescopic pipe, so that the space occupied by the telescopic unlocking counter-pulling rod and the locking mechanism is small, a large amount of space is released at the middle front end of the holding rod, and as a large amount of available space is released in the middle front end of the holding rod and the middle front end of the striking rod, the space in the striking rod can be provided with other parts such as a flashlight, Flashlight jet assembly and the like. Thus, the unlocking lever arrangement of the present invention overcomes the technical prejudice of the prior forward arrangement of the unlocking lever. Because the inner limiting ring and the outer limiting ring are arranged, when the reverse pulling force is applied, the telescopic pipe is not separated from the locking rod due to the deformation of the telescopic pipe and the unlocking rod, and the stress of the structure is more reliable.
In the process of using the spontoon, the striking rod is required to be subjected to the processes of repeatedly discharging and collecting the spontoon, and the clamping device and the clamping groove are required to be clamped, so that when the clamping device is not clamped in the clamping groove, the clamping device is required to be rubbed with the inner wall of the holding rod, and a ball structure is adopted, so that sliding friction is changed into rolling friction, the friction force is small, the inner wall of the holding rod is not easy to damage, the influence on the strength of the spontoon is reduced, and the service life of the spontoon is prolonged.
An auxiliary part 7 is connected to the striking rod 2, wherein the auxiliary part is a flashlight or a flashlight jet assembly.

As shown in fig. 14 to 18, the telescopic counter-pulling unlocking baton with the accessory includes a grip lever 1, a striking lever 2, an unlocking driving mechanism 3, a locking mechanism 4 and a telescopic unlocking counter-pulling lever 5. The rear end of the striking rod 2 is inserted into the holding rod 1.
In the present invention, referring to fig. 15, the left end in the view is the rear end, and the right end in the view is the front end.

As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the unlocking drive mechanism 3 includes a base 31, a drive plate 32, a link mechanism 33, and a return mechanism 34.

The reset mechanism 34 includes a pull rod 341 and a reset spring 342, the pull rod 341 is a bolt, the pull rod passes through the front end 312 of the base and is connected to the driving plate 32 through the accommodating cavity by threads, and the reset spring 342 is sleeved on the pull rod 341 between the front end of the base and the driving plate 32.
As shown in fig. 19 to 21, the lock mechanism 4 includes a card holder 41, an unlocking lever 42, an elastic member 43, and a catching device 45 that can be caught in the card slot.
The holder 41 includes a holder rear end 411 and a holder front end 412, and an external thread is provided on the holder front end 412, and the holder 41 is connected to the rear end of the striking rod 2 by being connected to the internal thread of the striking rod rear end. The unlocking lever 42 passes through the through hole and the unlocking hole. The unlocking lever includes a large end 426 and a small end 427, the small end 427 being connected to the rear end of the large end 426. The unlocking lever 42 has a hollow structure, and a stopper 423 is provided at the front end of the lever 421. The elastic piece is a spring, the elastic piece 43 is sleeved on the unlocking rod positioned on the supporting block 423 and the countersunk hole, and the countersunk hole can limit the spring.
An annular groove 416 is provided on the rear outer wall of the cartridge and an elastomeric ring 46 is provided in the annular groove. Generally, as shown in fig. 16, an annular groove 12 is provided on the inner wall of the front end of the grip 1 located in the clamping groove, and an elastic ring 110 is provided in the annular groove 12, and an elastic ring is also provided on the clamping seat 41, so that when the striking rod 2 extends out, the elastic rings are provided at both ends of the clamping groove, the elastic rings can reduce the gap between the grip and the striking rod, and the stress between the grip and the striking rod is uniform due to the two elastic rings, so that the striking rod is not easy to shake relative to the grip.
As shown in fig. 21, an inner stopper 424 is provided on the inner wall of the rear end of the unlocking lever.
As shown in fig. 16, a clamping groove 91 is formed in the inner wall of the striking rod, a clamping ring 92 is clamped in the clamping groove 91, a jacking block 93 connected with or jacked by the clamping ring is arranged in the striking tube, the jacking block 93 is used for limiting the front end of the unlocking rod, the unlocking rod is prevented from being separated from the clamping seat, and the reliability of use is improved. Of course, the unlocking rod can be limited by arranging a limiting device between the clamping seat and the unlocking rod, if an outer flange is arranged at the rear end of the unlocking rod, the outer flange is blocked by the clamping seat, and the unlocking rod can be installed only by the structure that the blocking block and the unlocking rod are connected through threads.
