Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an air conditioner management method, an air conditioner management system and a computer readable storage medium, and aims to solve the technical problem that a multi-split management system cannot fully utilize the existing information in a building management system to carry out automatic management on the multi-split management system.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an air conditioner management method, including the steps of:
the method comprises the steps that a server acquires building information in a building management system, wherein the building information comprises a building number, floor information corresponding to the building number, room information corresponding to the floor information and user information corresponding to the room information;
the server acquires multi-online system information corresponding to the room information from a multi-online management system, wherein the multi-online system information comprises indoor unit information, outdoor unit information and refrigerant system information;
the server stores the building information and the multi-online system information in an associated manner based on the user information and the room information.
In an embodiment, after the step of storing the building information and the multiple on-line system information in association with the room information by the server based on the user information, the air-conditioning management method further includes:
when a first modification instruction of user information is received, the server determines first user information and first to-be-modified user information corresponding to the first modification instruction, and updates the first to-be-modified user information based on the first user information;
the server sends a second modification instruction comprising first user information to the building management system and the multi-online management system, wherein the building management system updates second user information to be modified corresponding to the second modification instruction based on the first user information, and the multi-online management system updates third user information to be modified corresponding to the second modification instruction based on the first user information.
In an embodiment, after the step of storing the building information and the multiple on-line system information in association with the room information by the server based on the user information, the air-conditioning management method further includes:
when a third modification instruction of indoor unit information is received, the multi-split management system determines first indoor unit information and first indoor unit information to be modified corresponding to the third modification instruction, and updates the first indoor unit information to be modified based on the first indoor unit information;
the multi-split management system sends a fourth modification instruction comprising the first indoor unit information to the server;
and when the fourth modification instruction is received, the server determines second indoor unit information to be modified corresponding to the fourth modification instruction, and updates the second indoor unit information to be modified based on the first indoor unit information.
In an embodiment, after the step of the server storing the building information and the multiple online systems information in association based on the user information and the room information, the air-conditioning management method further includes:
when electric quantity division completion information of indoor units in a multi-split management system is received, the server determines the electric quantity of each indoor unit corresponding to the indoor unit information;
the server determines the total electric quantity corresponding to each piece of user information based on the corresponding relation between the user information and the room information, the corresponding relation between the room information and the indoor unit information and the electric quantity of each indoor unit;
and the server stores the total electric quantity and the user information in an associated manner.
In an embodiment, the refrigerant system information includes a topological relationship between an indoor unit, an outdoor unit, and a refrigerant system in the multi-split air-conditioning management system, and after the step of storing the building information and the multi-split air-conditioning management system information in association by the server based on the user information and the room information, the air-conditioning management method further includes:
when detecting the fault information of the indoor unit, the server determines second indoor unit information corresponding to the fault information, and determines room information and second user information corresponding to the second indoor unit information;
the server determines a refrigerant system corresponding to the second indoor unit information based on the second indoor unit information and the topological relation;
and the server sends maintenance information comprising the second indoor unit information and the refrigerant system to a preset maintenance terminal and a preset terminal corresponding to the second user information.
In one embodiment, the user information is a plurality of user information, each user information includes a plurality of user sub information, and after the step of the server storing the building information and the multi-split system information in association based on the user information and the room information, the air conditioner management method further includes:
when an air conditioner management request is received, the server determines user sub information corresponding to the air conditioner management request and third user information to which the user sub information belongs;
the server verifies the management authority corresponding to the user sub-information based on the third user information;
and when the management authority corresponding to the user sub information passes verification, the server sends an air conditioner management interface to the terminal corresponding to the air conditioner management request.
In an embodiment, after the step of storing the building information and the multiple on-line system information by the server based on the user information and the room information, the air-conditioning management method further includes:
when a reservation request of a conference room is received, the server determines conference room information corresponding to the reservation request and acquires historical reservation information corresponding to the conference room information;
the server performs a reservation operation based on the meeting room information and the historical reservation information;
when the appointment operation is completed, the server acquires third indoor unit information corresponding to the meeting room information and an appointment time period;
and the server sends a control instruction comprising the third indoor unit information and a reserved time period to the multi-online management system so that the multi-online management system controls the indoor unit corresponding to the third indoor unit information to operate in the reserved time period.
In an embodiment, after the step of storing the building information and the multiple on-line system information in association with the room information by the server based on the user information, the air-conditioning management method further includes:
when receiving operation data of the multi-split management system, the server determines an indoor unit and/or an outdoor unit corresponding to the operation data;
and the server stores the operation data in an associated manner based on indoor unit information and/or outdoor unit information corresponding to the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit, the user information and the room information.
In addition, to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides an air conditioning management system, including: the air conditioner management system comprises a memory, a processor and the air conditioner management program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the air conditioner management program realizes the steps of any one of the air conditioner management methods when being executed by the processor.
In addition, to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon an air-conditioning management program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the air-conditioning management method of any one of the above.
The building information is acquired in a building management system through a server, wherein the building information comprises a building number, floor information corresponding to the building number, room information corresponding to the floor information and user information corresponding to the room information, the server acquires multi-split system information corresponding to the room information in the multi-split management system, the multi-split system information comprises indoor unit information, outdoor unit information and refrigerant system information, and the server stores the building information and the multi-split system information in an associated mode based on the user information and the room information. The server calls and stores the shared information of the building management system and the multi-online management system, the multi-online management system is enabled to share the data in the building management system, synchronous updating of the system data is guaranteed, the steps of system data management and maintenance are simplified, and working efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioning management system in a hardware operating environment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The server in the embodiment of the present invention may be a PC, or may be a mobile terminal device having a display function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader, an MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio L layer III, motion video Experts compression standard Audio layer 3) player, an MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio L layer IV, motion video Experts compression standard Audio layer 4) player, or a portable computer.
As shown in fig. 1, the server may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, a network interface 1004, a user interface 1003, a memory 1005, a communication bus 1002. Wherein a communication bus 1002 is used to enable connective communication between these components. The user interface 1003 may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional user interface 1003 may also include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. The network interface 1004 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface). The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Optionally, the server may further include a camera, RF (Radio Frequency) circuitry, sensors, audio circuitry, a WiFi module, and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the air conditioning management system illustrated in fig. 1 does not constitute a limitation of the air conditioning management system and may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 1, a memory 1005, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and an air conditioning management program.
In the terminal shown in fig. 1, the network interface 1004 is mainly used for connecting to a backend server and performing data communication with the backend server; the user interface 1003 is mainly used for connecting a client (user side) and performing data communication with the client; and the processor 1001 may be used to call the air conditioning management program stored in the memory 1005.
In this embodiment, the air conditioning management system includes: the air conditioner management system comprises a memory 1005, a processor 1001 and an air conditioner management program which is stored in the memory 1005 and can run on the processor 1001, wherein when the processor 1001 calls the air conditioner management program stored in the memory 1005, the air conditioner management method provided by the embodiment of the application is executed.
The invention also provides an air conditioner management method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the air conditioner management method of the invention.
In the present embodiment, an embodiment of a parking management method is provided, it being noted that although a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that here.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner management method includes the steps of:
step S10, a server acquires building information in a building management system, wherein the building information comprises a building number, floor information corresponding to the building number, room information corresponding to the floor information and user information corresponding to the room information;
step S20, the server acquires multi-online system information corresponding to the room information from a multi-online management system, wherein the multi-online system information comprises indoor unit information, outdoor unit information and refrigerant system information;
step S30, the server stores the building information and the multiple online systems information in association based on the user information and the room information.
In this embodiment, the building management system and the multi-online management system both develop a standard protocol interface for the server, so the server can acquire the building information and the user information from the building management system, acquire the corresponding multi-online system information from the multi-online management system, and store the building information, the user information, and the multi-online system information in the server in an associated manner.
The server can be used as a part of a multi-online management system and performs data sharing on the building management system through an interface of a standard protocol; the server is also used as a part of the building management system and carries out data sharing on the multi-online management system through an interface of a standard protocol; the server can also be used as an independent server to share data of both the multi-online management system and the building management system through an interface of a standard protocol, wherein the standard protocol is a TCP/IP protocol, is the most basic protocol of the Internet and consists of an IP protocol of a network layer and a TCP protocol of a transmission layer.
The respective steps will be described in detail below:
step S10, a server acquires building information in a building management system, wherein the building information comprises a building number, floor information corresponding to the building number, room information corresponding to the floor information and user information corresponding to the room information;
in this embodiment, the building management system is one of the property management systems, and the building information includes building numbers, floor information, room information, and user information, which have a definite topological relationship, and are associated together according to the actual situation. The server can share the existing data in the building management system through a standard protocol entrance, namely, the building information can be directly acquired from the building management system.
Further illustrating the topological relationship of building information, as shown in fig. 3, the building No. 6 in the innovation center cell has two floors, namely a floor 1 and a floor 2, wherein the floor 1 includes two rooms 101 and 102, and the floor 2 includes two rooms 201 and 202, each room information corresponds to one user information, and the relationship in the format of "building number-floor information-room information-user information" is established according to actual conditions to obtain 4 records: innovation center district No. 6 building-1 building-101 room-user information 1; innovation center district No. 6 building-1 building-102 room-user information 2; innovation center district No. 6 building-2 building-201 room-user information 3; innovation center cell No. 6 floor-2 floor-202 room-user information 4.
Step S20, the server acquires multi-online system information corresponding to the room information from a multi-online management system, wherein the multi-online system information comprises indoor unit information, outdoor unit information and refrigerant system information;
in this embodiment, the multi-split air-conditioning system is composed of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit connected by refrigerant pipes, is a type of central air-conditioning, and is commonly called as "one with many", and means that one outdoor unit is connected with two or more indoor units, and the multi-split air-conditioning system is increasingly widely applied to small and medium-sized buildings and part of public buildings at present. The multi-split air conditioner system information comprises indoor unit information, outdoor unit information and refrigerant system information, and the information is associated together according to the corresponding relation of the indoor units, the outdoor units and the refrigerant systems.
Furthermore, the indoor units are installed in indoor rooms, that is, one indoor unit necessarily corresponds to one room number, and then there is a clear correspondence between the indoor unit information and the room information, so the server obtains the multi-split system information corresponding to the room information in the multi-split management system, that is, obtains the indoor unit information, the outdoor unit information and the refrigerant system information.
Step S30, the server stores the building information and the multiple online systems information in association based on the user information and the room information.
In this embodiment, room information in the building information and indoor unit information in the multi-split system information have a corresponding relationship, so the corresponding relationship between the multi-split system information and the building information can be established through the room information, and the server stores the building information and the multi-split system information in association based on the user information and the room information, that is, a relationship in a format of "building number-floor information-room information-user information-indoor unit information-outdoor unit information-refrigerant system" can be established at the server side.
According to the air conditioner management method provided by the embodiment, a server acquires building information in a building management system, wherein the building information comprises a building number, floor information corresponding to the building number, room information corresponding to the floor information and user information corresponding to the room information, the server acquires multi-split system information corresponding to the room information in the multi-split management system, the multi-split system information comprises indoor unit information, outdoor unit information and refrigerant system information, and the server stores the building information and the multi-split system information in an associated mode based on the user information and the room information. The server calls and stores the shared information of the building management system and the multi-online management system, the multi-online management system is enabled to share the data in the building management system, synchronous updating of the system data is guaranteed, the steps of system data management and maintenance are simplified, and working efficiency is improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the air-conditioning management method of the present invention is proposed, in the present embodiment, after step S30, the air-conditioning management method further includes:
step S40, when receiving a first modification instruction of user information, the server determines first user information and first to-be-modified user information corresponding to the first modification instruction, and updates the first to-be-modified user information based on the first user information;
step S50, the server sends a second modification instruction including first user information to the building management system and the multi-online management system, where the building management system updates second to-be-modified user information corresponding to the second modification instruction based on the first user information, and the multi-online management system updates third to-be-modified user information corresponding to the second modification instruction based on the first user information.
In this embodiment, the server shares data in the multiple online management system and the building management system through a standard protocol interface, when the server receives a user information modification instruction, the user information is updated on the server, and then the modification instruction is sent to the building management system and the multiple online management system, and the building management system and the multiple online management system synchronously update the user information according to the instruction requirement, wherein the user information before and after the three systems are updated is the same, that is, the same user information is modified.
The respective steps will be described in detail below:
step S40, when receiving a first modification instruction of user information, the server determines first user information and first to-be-modified user information corresponding to the first modification instruction, and updates the first to-be-modified user information based on the first user information;
in this embodiment, when the server receives a first modification instruction of the user information, the server needs to determine two items of content according to the first modification instruction: one is first user information, the first user information including an initial value and a target value; the second is the first user information to be modified, which is all the user information equal to the initial value in the server. When the two items of content are determined, a modification operation is performed, that is, the first user information to be modified is updated to the target value.
For example, when the server receives a modification instruction of the user information, for example, the modification instruction requires that user 1 is modified to user N, the server first confirms first user information, where the first user information includes an initial value of user 1 and a target value of user N; and then searching all user information which is equal to the initial value in all data of the server, namely the user information is equal to all user information of the user 1, searching the user information which is the first user information to be modified, then updating the first user information to be modified from the user 1 to the user N, and finishing the operation of the user information modification instruction.
Step S50, the server sends a second modification instruction including first user information to the building management system and the multi-online management system, where the building management system updates second to-be-modified user information corresponding to the second modification instruction based on the first user information, and the multi-online management system updates third to-be-modified user information corresponding to the second modification instruction based on the first user information.
In this embodiment, after the server completes the operation of the user information modification instruction, the server sends a second modification instruction including the first user information, that is, after the building management system and the multi-split management system receive the second modification instruction, data updating is performed in the two systems according to the first user information.
Specifically, in the building management system, all the user information equal to the initial value is searched in all the data according to the initial value in the first user information, that is, the second user information to be modified corresponding to the second modification instruction is determined, and then the second user information to be modified is updated from the initial value to the target value. Similarly, in the multi-split management system, the third to-be-modified user information with the user information equal to the initial value is searched in all data according to the initial value in the first user information, and the third to-be-modified user information is updated to the target value.
For example, the first user information includes an initial value equal to user 1, the target value equal to user N, the second modification instruction sent by the server includes the first user information, when the second modification instruction reaches the building management system, all user information equal to user 1 is searched in the building management system, the searched user information is the second user information to be modified, and then the second user information to be modified is updated from user 1 to user N; similarly, after receiving the second modification instruction, the multi-split management system also performs similar operations, and finally updates the third user information to be modified from the user 1 to the user N to complete the operation of the second modification instruction.
In the air conditioner management method provided by this embodiment, when a first modification instruction of user information is received, a server determines first user information and first user information to be modified corresponding to the first modification instruction, and updates the first user information to be modified based on the first user information, and then the server sends a second modification instruction including the first user information to the building management system and the multi-online management system, wherein the building management system updates second user information to be modified corresponding to the second modification instruction based on the first user information, and the multi-online management system updates third user information to be modified corresponding to the second modification instruction based on the first user information, thereby realizing synchronous and timely update of the same data among the multi-online management system, the server and the building management system, and simplifying the operation steps of data update, the processing speed is improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a third embodiment of the air-conditioning management method of the present invention is proposed, in the present embodiment, after step S30, the air-conditioning management method further includes:
step S60, when a third modification instruction of indoor unit information is received, the multi-split management system determines first indoor unit information and first indoor unit information to be modified corresponding to the third modification instruction, and updates the first indoor unit information to be modified based on the first indoor unit information;
step S70, the multi-split management system sends a fourth modification instruction including the first indoor unit information to the server;
step S80, when receiving the fourth modification instruction, the server determines second to-be-modified indoor unit information corresponding to the fourth modification instruction, and updates the second to-be-modified indoor unit information based on the first indoor unit information.
In this embodiment, the modification of the information of the indoor unit may be performed first in the server and then updated to the multi-split management system synchronously, or may be performed first in the multi-split management system and then updated to the server synchronously, and the two implementation manners have the same effect.
When the multi-online management system receives an indoor unit information modification instruction, user information is updated on the multi-online management system, then the modification instruction is sent to the server, the server synchronously updates the indoor unit information according to the instruction requirement, and the indoor unit information before and after the multi-online management system and the server are updated is the same. Since there is no indoor unit information in the building management system, the present embodiment does not involve a data update operation in the building management system.
The respective steps will be described in detail below:
step S60, when a third modification instruction of indoor unit information is received, the multi-split management system determines first indoor unit information and first indoor unit information to be modified corresponding to the third modification instruction, and updates the first indoor unit information to be modified based on the first indoor unit information;
in this embodiment, when the multi-split management system receives a third modification instruction of the indoor unit information, the multi-split management system needs to determine two items of content according to the third modification instruction: one is first indoor unit information, and the first indoor unit information includes an initial value and a target value; and secondly, the first indoor unit information to be modified is all indoor unit information equal to the initial value in the multi-online management system. When the two items are determined, a modification operation is performed, namely, the first indoor unit information to be modified is updated to the target value.
For example, when the multi-split management system receives a modification instruction of indoor unit information, for example, the modification instruction requires that the indoor unit 1 is modified into an indoor unit X, the multi-split management system first confirms first indoor unit information, where the first indoor unit information includes an initial value of indoor unit 1 and a target value of indoor unit X; then, all indoor unit information equal to the initial value is searched in all data of the multi-split management system, that is, the indoor unit information is equal to all indoor unit information of the indoor unit 1, the searched indoor unit information is the first indoor unit information to be modified, then the first indoor unit information to be modified is updated from the indoor unit 1 to the indoor unit X, and the operation of the indoor unit information modification instruction is completed.
Step S70, the multi-split management system sends a fourth modification instruction including the first indoor unit information to the server;
in this embodiment, after the multi-split management system completes the operation of the indoor unit information modification instruction, a fourth modification instruction including the first indoor unit information is sent, that is, after the server receives the fourth modification instruction, data updating is performed in the server according to the first indoor unit information.
Step S80, when receiving the fourth modification instruction, the server determines second to-be-modified indoor unit information corresponding to the fourth modification instruction, and updates the second to-be-modified indoor unit information based on the first indoor unit information.
In this embodiment, after receiving the fourth modification instruction, the server first searches, in the server, all indoor unit information equal to the initial value in all data according to the initial value in the first indoor unit information, that is, determines second to-be-modified indoor unit information corresponding to the fourth modification instruction, and then updates the second to-be-modified indoor unit information from the initial value to the target value.
It should be noted that, because the indoor unit information exists in the multi-online management system and the server at the same time, and the contents are consistent, the update of the indoor unit information needs to be executed synchronously in the two systems, so that the uniqueness of the indoor unit information is ensured, and the situation that one indoor unit information corresponds to different contents does not occur.
Further, in other embodiments, the outdoor unit information may also be modified, and the specific process is similar to the process of modifying the indoor unit information in this embodiment, and is not described herein again.
According to the air conditioner management method provided by the embodiment, when a third modification instruction of indoor unit information is received, the multi-split management system determines first indoor unit information and first to-be-modified indoor unit information corresponding to the third modification instruction, updates the first to-be-modified indoor unit information based on the first indoor unit information, then sends a fourth modification instruction including the first indoor unit information to the server, and when a fourth modification instruction is received, the server determines second to-be-modified indoor unit information corresponding to the fourth modification instruction, and updates the second to-be-modified indoor unit information based on the first indoor unit information, so that synchronous timely updating of data between the multi-split management system and the server is achieved, the operation steps of data updating are simplified, and the processing speed is increased.
Based on the first embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the air-conditioning management method of the present invention is provided, in this embodiment, the user information is multiple, and after step S30, the air-conditioning management method further includes:
step S90, when the information of electric quantity division completion of indoor units in the multi-split management system is received, the server determines the electric quantity of each indoor unit corresponding to the indoor unit information;
step S100, the server determines the total electric quantity corresponding to each piece of user information based on the corresponding relation between the user information and the room information, the corresponding relation between the room information and the indoor unit information and the electric quantity of each indoor unit;
step S110, the server stores the total power amount and the user information in association.
In this embodiment, the electric quantity of the indoor unit is one of important data in the multi-split management system, when the electric quantity of the indoor unit in the multi-split management system is divided, a message is sent to the server, the server obtains the electric quantity of each indoor unit, then, the server obtains the corresponding relation between the user information and the indoor unit information according to the corresponding relation between the user information and the room information and the corresponding relation between the indoor unit information and the room information, and finally, the electric quantities of the indoor units corresponding to the user information are accumulated to obtain the total electric quantity corresponding to the user information.
The respective steps will be described in detail below:
step S90, when the information of completing electric quantity division of the indoor units in the multi-split management system is received, the server determines the electric quantity of each indoor unit corresponding to the indoor unit information.
In this embodiment, the information of the indoor units includes electric quantity, the electricity consumption conditions of the indoor units are different in different seasons and different time periods of a day, one user can correspond to multiple indoor units, the user needs to periodically query the electric quantity of each indoor unit and the total electric quantity corresponding to the user, pay fees according to the electric quantity data, and meanwhile, an air conditioner use schedule and an energy-saving plan can be made according to the electric quantity data.
Specifically, the multi-split management system periodically divides the electric quantity of the indoor units, that is, counts the electric consumption of the indoor units, wherein the period may be one day, one week, one month or the like, and notifies the server after the electric quantity division is completed, and when the server receives the information that the electric quantity division is completed, the server obtains the electric quantity division conditions of all the current indoor units, that is, the electric quantity of each indoor unit corresponding to the information of the indoor unit is determined.
Step S100, the server determines the total electric quantity corresponding to each piece of user information based on the corresponding relation between the user information and the room information, the corresponding relation between the room information and the indoor unit information and the electric quantity of each indoor unit;
in this embodiment, the electric quantity of each indoor unit has already been determined, and if the total electric quantity corresponding to the user information needs to be calculated, the corresponding relationship between the user information and the indoor units needs to be determined clearly. The user information and the room information have definite corresponding relation, and the room information and the indoor unit information also have definite corresponding relation, so that the corresponding relation between the user information and the indoor unit information can be determined through the room information, namely, the indoor unit information which is specifically corresponding to one user information is determined, and the total electric quantity of one user information is calculated. Similarly, the total electric quantity corresponding to each user information can be obtained through calculation.
For example, the total power of the user a is calculated as an example, it is assumed that the cell 6 of the innovation center has two floors, namely, floor 1 and floor 2, where floor 1 includes two rooms 101 and 102, the user information of both rooms 101 and 102 is the user a, indoor units 1 and 2 are installed in rooms 101 and 102, and the other information of the multi-split system is not described for a while. The electric quantity of the indoor units in the multi-split management system is divided into 100 electric quantities, the electric quantity of the indoor unit 1 is 100, the electric quantity of the indoor unit 2 is 90, the corresponding relation between the user information and the room information is known, the user A manages 101 rooms and 102 rooms, the indoor unit 1 is installed in the 101 room, the indoor unit 2 is installed in the 102 room, the indoor units corresponding to the user A can be obtained as the indoor units 1 and the indoor units 2 through the room information 101 rooms and 102 rooms, and then the total electric quantity corresponding to the user A is 190 which is the electric quantity of the indoor unit 1 + the electric quantity of the indoor unit 2 is 100+ 90.
Step S110, the server stores the total power amount and the user information in association.
