Description

Air conditioning system filter blockage detection method and detection device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a method and a device for detecting blockage of a filter of an air conditioning system.
Background
During production of the air conditioning system, for example, during welding of the pipeline, scale is generated, and the scale can continuously accumulate at the filter in front of the throttling part along with the operation of the air conditioning system, and if the scale is excessive, the filter can be finally blocked.
In addition, in the use process of the air conditioning system, the liquid return operation of the compressor can occur when the air conditioning system is not used properly, and the liquid refrigerant which flows back to the compressor can dilute the lubricating oil of the compressor, so that the moving parts of the compressor can not be well lubricated and are abraded. Metal impurities generated by the abrasion of internal parts of the compressor are continuously accumulated at the filter between the throttling parts along with the flowing of the refrigerant, and finally, the filter is blocked.
The filter blockage in the application scene is a slow process, and particularly under the working condition of low-temperature operation, a series of related designs such as anti-freezing protection of a unit, exhaust temperature protection of a compressor, overcurrent protection of the compressor and the like lose protection effects. Therefore, if the filter cannot be effectively monitored in the initial stage of the blockage process, the compressor can be stopped repeatedly due to low-pressure protection until the filter is almost completely blocked, so that the compressor cannot be used normally. The alarm protection is the shutdown of the air conditioning system.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing a first embodiment of a method for detecting clogging of a filter of an air conditioning system according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, after the air conditioning system filter clogging detection is started, first, in step S1, in the cooling mode, the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 are detected by the temperature detection unit 110 using the filter inlet temperature sensor 7 and the filter outlet temperature sensor 8.
In the next step S2, it is determined whether the difference between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the first threshold a, if so, step S3 is performed, otherwise, step S1 is continued.
In step S3, after the difference between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the first threshold a for a first time T1, it is further determined whether the difference between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the second threshold B, if yes, step S4 is performed, otherwise, step S1 is continuously performed.
In step S4, if the difference between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the second threshold B for a second time T2, it is further determined whether the difference between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the third threshold C, if yes, step S5 is executed, otherwise, step S3 is executed again.
In step S5, when the difference between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the third threshold value C, it is determined that the filter is clogged, and the filter clogging alarm unit 130 performs alarm protection. In the above steps, the first threshold a is less than or equal to the second threshold B, and the second threshold B is less than or equal to the third threshold C.
Specifically, the alarm protection is an air conditioning system shutdown.
In the above flowchart, step S1 corresponds to the temperature detection step of the present invention, which detects the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 in the cooling mode. Steps S2 to S4 correspond to a filter clogging detection step of the present invention which judges filter clogging based on the difference between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 and the tendency of the difference to change with time. Step S5 corresponds to the filter clogging alarm step of the present invention, which performs alarm protection based on the filter clogging detected in the filter clogging detection step.
According to the structure, when the difference value between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is at the value A and below, and the value A is an initial value when the product normally runs, the system is judged to normally run. And when the difference value between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 does not exceed the value B, the value B is a fault-tolerant assignment, and the system is judged to be slightly blocked and belongs to the tolerable blocking degree. The setting of this judgment condition can be sufficiently compatible with the generation of false alarm due to slight clogging caused by fluctuation of the welding level. When the difference between the filter inlet temperature T1 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than the C value, which is a decision value beyond the safe operation of the system, the system is immediately shut down and a filter clogging protection code is displayed. Therefore, the filter blockage in the air conditioning system can be found as early as possible, the air conditioning system is protected in advance, the compressor damage caused by slow blockage of the filter is avoided, judgment of existing nodes and judgment of trends of filter blockage detection can be effectively avoided, and misjudgment possibly caused by judgment of a single node can be effectively avoided.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing a second embodiment of the method for detecting clogging of a filter in an air conditioning system according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, after the air conditioning system filter clogging detection is started, first, in step S1', in the cooling mode, the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 are detected by the temperature detection unit 210 using the ambient temperature sensor 6 and the filter outlet temperature sensor 8.
In the next step S2 ', it is determined that the difference between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the fourth threshold E, if so, step S3 ' is performed, otherwise, step S1 ' is continued.
In step S3 ', after the difference between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the fourth threshold E for the third time T3, it is further determined whether the difference between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the fifth threshold F, if so, step S4 ' is performed, otherwise, step S1 ' is continuously performed.
In step S4 ', if the difference between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the fifth threshold F for a fourth time T4, it is further determined whether the difference between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the sixth threshold G, if so, step S5 ' is performed, otherwise, step S3 ' is performed.
In step S5 ', when the difference between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than or equal to the sixth threshold G, it is determined that the filter is clogged, and the filter clogging alarm unit 230' performs alarm protection. In the above step, the fourth threshold E is less than or equal to the fifth threshold F, and the fifth threshold F is less than or equal to the sixth threshold G.
Specifically, the alarm protection is an air conditioning system shutdown.
In the above flowchart, step S1' corresponds to the temperature detection step of the present invention, which detects the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 in the cooling mode. Steps S2 '-S4' correspond to a filter clogging detection step of the present invention, which judges filter clogging based on a difference between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 and a trend of the difference with time. Step S5' corresponds to the filter clogging alarm step of the present invention, which performs alarm protection based on the filter clogging detected in the filter clogging detection step.
According to the structure, when the difference value between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is equal to or less than the value E, and the value E is an initial value when the product normally runs, the system is judged to normally run. And when the difference value between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 does not exceed the value F, the value F is a fault-tolerant assignment, and the system is judged to be slightly blocked and belongs to the tolerable blocking degree. The setting of this judgment condition can be sufficiently compatible with the generation of false alarm due to slight clogging caused by fluctuation of the welding level. When the difference between the ambient temperature T3 and the filter outlet temperature T2 is greater than a value G, which is a decision value beyond which the system is safe to operate, the system is immediately shut down and a filter plugging protection code is displayed.
Therefore, according to the air conditioning system filter blockage detection method and the detection device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the filter blockage in the air conditioning system can be found as early as possible, the air conditioning system is protected in advance, the damage of the compressor caused by slow blockage of the filter is avoided, the filter blockage detection has the judgment of the existing node and the trend, the misoperation caused by the judgment of the node is avoided, and the judgment accuracy is improved.
