本发明公开了一种快速安装LED灯结构,包括底座和设置在底座上的快速连接座,LED灯结构卡扣固定在快速连接座上,在底座内设置有顶面开口的滑槽,在滑槽的侧壁顶端固定有圆形导滑轨,快速连接座包括座板,在座板的底面中部固定有导滑凸块,在导滑凸块的底面设置有圆弧形导轨槽,在导滑凸块的底部设置有处于滑槽内的滑动块,在座板的顶面对称侧边上固定有竖支板,在竖支板的顶面设置有T形快速插卡体,在座板的顶面一端设置有限位槽,在限位槽内设置有限位弹板,在限位弹板的顶面设置有限位抵凸。本发明的结构设置合理,其设置有T形快速插卡体,可有效的节省安装成本,而且可以保证安装的可靠性,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

技术领域
本发明属于LED灯技术领域,具体涉及一种快速安装LED灯结构。
背景技术
随着LED灯技术的成熟,传统技术的LED灯的光源是固定安装,而长时间使用时,需要检修或更换光源,而其更换较为不便,不但会增加更换的人工成本,而且也会影响更换检修的效率,从而会影响其使用范围,适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且使用稳定性好的快速安装LED灯结构。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种快速安装LED灯结构,包括底座和设置在所述底座上的快速连接座,LED灯结构卡扣固定在快速连接座上,在所述底座内设置有顶面开口的滑槽,在所述滑槽的侧壁顶端固定有圆形导滑轨,所述快速连接座包括座板,在所述座板的底面中部固定有导滑凸块,在所述导滑凸块的底面设置有与所述圆形导滑轨相配合的圆弧形导轨槽,在所述导滑凸块的底部设置有处于滑槽内的滑动块,所述座板通过螺钉与所述滑动块相连接并通过螺钉使座板定位固定,在所述座板的顶面对称侧边上固定有竖支板,在所述竖支板的顶面设置有T形快速插卡体,所述T形快速插卡体横向设置且竖杆端部固定在竖支杆的顶部内侧面,所述T形快速插卡体与所述座板的顶面之间有一卡位间隙,在所述座板的顶面一端设置有限位槽,在所述限位槽内设置有限位弹板,所述限位弹板的一端与所述限位槽的端壁一体成型且在所述限位弹板的顶面设置有限位抵凸。
在所述座板的顶面设置有横向卡板,所述横向卡板处于T形快速插卡体的正下方。
所述底座为不锈钢或铝材体,所述快速连接座为铝体或塑料体。
所述底座为长条形结构。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其设置有T形快速插卡体,从而可以快速拆装LED灯结构,不但可有效的节省安装成本,而且可以保证安装的可靠性,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种快速安装LED灯结构,包括底座1和设置在所述底座1上的快速连接座2,LED灯结构(未画出)卡扣固定在快速连接座2上,在所述底座1内设置有顶面开口的滑槽3,在所述滑槽3的侧壁顶端固定有圆形导滑轨4,所述快速连接座2包括座板21,在所述座板21的底面中部固定有导滑凸块22,在所述导滑凸块22的底面设置有与所述圆形导滑轨4相配合的圆弧形导轨槽23,在所述导滑凸块22的底部设置有处于滑槽3内的滑动块24,所述座板21通过螺钉25与所述滑动块24相连接并通过螺钉使座板定位固定,在所述座板21的顶面对称侧边上固定有竖支板5,在所述竖支板5的顶面设置有T形快速插卡体6,所述T形快速插卡体6横向设置且竖杆端部固定在竖支杆5的顶部内侧面,所述T形快速插卡体6与所述座板21的顶面之间有一卡位间隙7,在所述座板21的顶面一端设置有限位槽8,在所述限位槽8内设置有限位弹板9,所述限位弹板9的一端与所述限位槽8的端壁一体成型且在所述限位弹板9的顶面设置有限位抵凸10。在使用时,将LED灯结构的灯座相应结构插入卡位间隙且通过T形快速插卡体将LED结构插卡固定,同时通过限位弹板的向上作用使LED灯结构抵压防止其脱离。
在所述座板21的顶面设置有横向卡板11,所述横向卡板处于T形快速插卡体的正下方。
所述底座为不锈钢或铝材体,所述快速连接座为铝体或塑料体。
所述底座为长条形结构。
本发明的结构设置合理,其设置有T形快速插卡体,从而可以快速拆装LED灯结构,不但可有效的节省安装成本,而且可以保证安装的可靠性,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

1.一种快速安装LED灯结构,包括底座和设置在所述底座上的快速连接座,LED灯结构卡扣固定在快速连接座上,其特征在于:在所述底座内设置有顶面开口的滑槽,在所述滑槽的侧壁顶端固定有圆形导滑轨,所述快速连接座包括座板,在所述座板的底面中部固定有导滑凸块,在所述导滑凸块的底面设置有与所述圆形导滑轨相配合的圆弧形导轨槽,在所述导滑凸块的底部设置有处于滑槽内的滑动块,所述座板通过螺钉与所述滑动块相连接并通过螺钉使座板定位固定,在所述座板的顶面对称侧边上固定有竖支板,在所述竖支板的顶面设置有T形快速插卡体,所述T形快速插卡体横向设置且竖杆端部固定在竖支杆的顶部内侧面,所述T形快速插卡体与所述座板的顶面之间有一卡位间隙,在所述座板的顶面一端设置有限位槽,在所述限位槽内设置有限位弹板,所述限位弹板的一端与所述限位槽的端壁一体成型且在所述限位弹板的顶面设置有限位抵凸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速安装LED灯结构,其特征在于:在所述座板的顶面设置有横向卡板,所述横向卡板处于T形快速插卡体的正下方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的快速安装LED灯结构,其特征在于:所述底座为不锈钢或铝材体,所述快速连接座为铝体或塑料体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的快速安装LED灯结构,其特征在于:所述底座为长条形结构。
