Abstract
The invention relates to a ventilation noise reduction door of a gas pressure regulating box, which comprises a frame, a door plate and a sound insulation plate, wherein the door plate and the sound insulation plate are fixed on the frame at intervals; a space is reserved between the bottom of the sound insulation plate and the bottom edge of the frame, a second sound absorption plate is arranged on one side of the sound insulation plate, opposite to the door plate, and a space is reserved between the second sound absorption plate and the first sound absorption plate; wherein, the first acoustic panel and the second acoustic panel are both made of acoustic materials. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, good ventilation effect and strong noise reduction capability, and by adopting the invention, the integral structure of the pressure regulating box can be simplified, the occupied space can be reduced, and the equipment cost can be reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a gas pressure regulating box, in particular to a ventilation noise reduction door for the gas pressure regulating box.
Background
The pressure regulator is an important device in the gas pipe network and plays roles in regulating pressure and stabilizing pressure. Because the regulator can generate larger noise in the working process, the voltage regulator and related equipment are usually arranged in the regulating box in the field so as to realize the purpose of noise reduction; because the fuel gas belongs to inflammable and explosive gas, the regulating box has a natural ventilation function according to industry requirements, and two sides of the regulating box are designed into a door structure so as to conveniently enter and exit the pressure regulating box and quickly diffuse the gas in the box. In order to meet the above requirements, in the prior art, an air inlet and an air outlet are generally respectively arranged at one end or two ends of a pressure regulating box, and an air inlet silencer and an air outlet silencer are correspondingly arranged at the outer sides of the air inlet and the air outlet. The pressure regulating box with the structure has the advantages of complex structure, large occupied space, higher cost, and poor natural ventilation effect due to smaller ventilation quantity of the air inlet and the air outlet.

The invention aims to provide a ventilation noise reduction door of a gas pressure regulating box, which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, good ventilation effect and strong noise reduction capability.

It should be noted that the terms of up, down, front, back, left, right and the like in the present invention are merely described according to the drawings, so as to facilitate understanding, and are not limited to the technical solution of the present invention and the scope of protection claimed.
An embodiment of the ventilation noise reduction door of the gas pressure regulating box of the invention as shown in fig. 1 to 9 comprises a frame 1, and a door plate 2 and a sound insulation plate 3 which are fixed on the frame 1 at intervals. A plurality of ventilation holes 21 are provided in the upper half of the door panel 2, and a first sound-absorbing panel 4 is provided on the side of the door panel 2 opposite to the soundproof panel 3 such that the top of the first sound-absorbing panel 4 is lower than the ventilation holes 21. Leaving a space between the bottom of the baffle 3 and the bottom edge of the frame 1, and providing a second sound-absorbing panel 5 on the side of the baffle 3 opposite to the door panel 2, and leaving a space between the second sound-absorbing panel 5 and the first sound-absorbing panel 4. Wherein, the first acoustic panel 4 and the second acoustic panel 5 are both made of acoustic materials. Through the structure, the ventilation noise reduction door of the gas pressure regulating box is simple in structure, low in cost, good in ventilation effect and strong in noise reduction capability. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged at the end part of the pressure regulating box, the ventilation quantity can be effectively improved, the convection phenomenon is formed at the two sides of the pressure regulating box, and the natural ventilation effect is effectively improved. Meanwhile, the invention does not need to arrange the air inlet and outlet silencer outside the pressure regulating box, and can improve the integrity of the pressure regulating box and reduce the occupied space on the basis of reducing the equipment cost.
As an optimization, the third sound-absorbing panel 6 made of a sound-absorbing material is arranged on the other side of the sound-absorbing panel 3 opposite to the door panel 2. The noise reduction effect inside the pressure regulating tank can be enhanced by the sound absorbing effect of the third sound absorbing plate 6. In practical application, the first acoustic panel 4, the second acoustic panel 5 and the third acoustic panel 6 are all made of centrifugal glass wool boards, and the invention has the characteristics of light weight and good acoustic effect. The first acoustic panel 4, the second acoustic panel 5 and the third acoustic panel 6 are not limited to being made of centrifugal glass wool, but may be made of acoustic materials having other equivalent functions, and the technical object of the present invention can be achieved. The invention is not limited to be used on the gas pressure regulating box, and is also applicable to other occasions needing to realize ventilation and noise reduction at the same time.
As an optimization, the present embodiment provides the first frame 41 and the first orifice plate 42 on the side of the door panel 2 opposite to the baffle 3. The first frame 41 is fixedly connected with the frame 1 and/or the door panel 2, the first sound absorbing plate 4 is formed by a plurality of centrifugal glass wool boards, the centrifugal glass wool boards are embedded in the first frame 41, and the first pore plate 42 is fixed on the first frame 41. By providing the first frame 41 and the first orifice plate 42, the structural stability of the first sound-absorbing panel 4 and the entire door body can be enhanced on the basis of ensuring the sound-absorbing and noise-reducing functions of the first sound-absorbing panel 4.
Similarly, the present embodiment provides the second frame 51 and the second orifice plate 52 between the first sound-absorbing panel 4 and the second sound-absorbing panel 5. The second frame 51 is fixedly connected with the frame 1, the periphery of the second pore plate 52 is provided with curled edges and is fixed between the second frame 51 and the sound insulation plate 3, and the second sound absorption plate 5 is embedded in a space surrounded by the curled edges of the periphery of the second pore plate 51. By arranging the second frame 51 and the second orifice plate 52 and arranging the curled edges around the second orifice plate 52, the structural stability of the second acoustic panel 5 and the whole door body can be enhanced on the basis of ensuring the acoustic noise reduction function of the second acoustic panel 5.
Further, the present embodiment provides a third frame 61 and a third orifice plate 62 on the other side of the baffle 3 with respect to the door panel 2. The third frame 61 is fixedly connected with the frame 1 and/or the sound insulation plate 3, the third sound absorption plate 6 is formed by a plurality of centrifugal glass wool plates and is embedded in the second frame 61, and four sides of the third pore plate 62 are correspondingly and fixedly connected with four sides of the frame 1. By arranging the third frame 61 and the third orifice plate 62, on the basis of ensuring the sound absorption and noise reduction functions of the third sound-absorbing plate 6, the structural stability of the third sound-absorbing plate 6 and the whole door body can be enhanced, and the smooth ventilation of the air duct can be ensured.
In addition, in practical application, the frame 1 and the door plate 2 are integrally processed and manufactured by adopting plates, so that the preparation process can be simplified, and the structural stability of the door plate is improved.

a first frame (41) and a first pore plate (42) are further arranged on one side of the door plate (2) opposite to the sound insulation plate (3), and the first frame (41) is fixedly connected with the frame (1) or/and the door plate (2); a second frame (51) and a second pore plate (52) are arranged between the first sound absorbing plate (4) and the second sound absorbing plate (5), and the second frame (51) is fixedly connected with the frame (1).
