Abstract
The invention provides a cross adjusting seat which comprises a base, a hinged seat, a ball rod, an arc-shaped sliding rod and a sliding seat, wherein the ball rod is arranged on the hinged seat; the base is usually fixed on a wall body, and a hinged seat is horizontally arranged on the base; the tail end of the hinge seat is fixedly connected onto the base, the front end of the hinge seat is provided with a spherical groove, the middle section of the hinge seat is provided with a material removing shaft hole, the upper end and the lower end of the spherical groove are respectively provided with a through hole, and the through holes are communicated with the spherical groove; the rear end of the spherical groove is provided with a material removing groove, and the two ends of the material removing groove are respectively connected with the spherical groove and the material removing shaft hole; the base is provided with a sliding chute, and preferably, the sliding chute is an inverted T-shaped groove; a stroke dial gauge is arranged on one side of the sliding chute; the arc slide bar is arranged at the front end of the base, the bar body of the arc slide bar is arc-shaped, the bottom end of the arc slide bar is provided with a slide seat, and the slide seat is connected with the slide groove of the base in a sliding manner. The cross adjusting seat is simple and reasonable in structure, strong in adjustability and wide in application range.

the base is provided with a sliding chute, and preferably, the sliding chute is an inverted T-shaped groove; a stroke dial gauge is arranged on one side of the sliding chute;
the arc-shaped sliding rod is arranged at the front end of the base, the rod body of the arc-shaped sliding rod is arc-shaped, the bottom end of the arc-shaped sliding rod is provided with a sliding seat, and the sliding seat is in sliding connection with a sliding groove of the base;

As shown in fig. 1, a cross adjusting seat comprises a base 21, a hinge seat 22, a ball rod 23, an arc-shaped sliding rod 24 and a sliding seat 25;
the base 21 is usually fixed on a wall body, and a hinge seat 22 is horizontally arranged on the base;
the tail end of the hinge seat 22 is fixedly connected onto the base 21, the front end of the hinge seat is provided with a spherical groove 4, the middle section of the hinge seat is provided with a material removing shaft hole 26, the upper end and the lower end of the spherical groove 4 are respectively provided with a through hole 27, and the through holes 27 are communicated with the spherical groove 4; a material removing groove 28 is arranged at the rear end of the spherical groove 4, and the two ends of the material removing groove 28 are respectively connected with the spherical groove 4 and the material removing shaft hole 26; the upper side and the lower side of the material removing groove 28 are respectively provided with a self-locking jack 52 and are positioned on the same vertical line.
The base 21 is provided with a sliding groove 29, preferably, the sliding groove 29 is an inverted T-shaped groove; a stroke dial gauge 30 is arranged on one side of the sliding groove 29;
the arc-shaped sliding rod 24 is arranged at the front end of the base 21, the rod body of the arc-shaped sliding rod is arc-shaped, the bottom end of the arc-shaped sliding rod is provided with a sliding seat 25, and the sliding seat 25 is in sliding connection with a sliding groove 29 of the base 21;
the rear end of the ball rod 23 is provided with a ball 231, and the front end is provided with a sliding sleeve 232; the ball 231 is internally connected with the spherical groove 4 (in interference fit); the sliding sleeve 232 is sleeved on the arc-shaped sliding rod 24; an angle dial gauge 241 is arranged on the arc-shaped sliding rod 24;
when the material removing groove 28 and the material removing shaft hole 26 are used for mounting the ball rod 23 and the hinge seat 22, the elastic deformation of the material removing groove is facilitated to increase the outer side caliber of the spherical groove 4, so that the ball rod 23 is inserted into the spherical groove 4 to complete the mounting, and after the mounting is completed, the shape of the spherical groove 4 is recovered and the ball rod 23 is pressed to enable the ball rod 23 to be positioned and self-locked.

the base is provided with a sliding chute which is an inverted T-shaped groove; a stroke dial gauge is arranged on one side of the sliding chute;
the arc-shaped sliding rod is arranged at the front end of the base, the rod body of the arc-shaped sliding rod is arc-shaped, the bottom end of the arc-shaped sliding rod is provided with a sliding seat, and the sliding seat is in sliding connection with a sliding groove of the base;
the rear end of the ball rod is provided with a ball body, and the front end of the ball rod is provided with a sliding sleeve; the ball body is internally provided with a ball-shaped groove which is connected in an interference fit manner; the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the arc-shaped sliding rod; an angle dial gauge is arranged on the arc-shaped sliding rod;
the lock is also provided with an I-shaped mortise lock, and the I-shaped mortise lock is provided with two parallel pins; the pin is inserted into the self-locking jack on the hinge seat;
