The check valve is commonly called as a check valve, wherein fluid (such as water or oil) can only flow along the water inlet, and the medium at the water outlet can not flow back. Check valves are also known as check valves or check valves. For preventing reverse flow of oil in hydraulic systems or for preventing reverse flow of compressed air in pneumatic systems. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a check valve with adjustable cracking pressure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a valve body 10, a valve core 30, an adjusting member 50, a first spring 70, and a second spring 71.
The valve body 10 comprises a water inlet 11 and a water outlet 12 communicated with the water inlet 11, the water inlet 11 is used for being connected with a water inlet pipeline, and the water outlet 12 is used for being connected with a water outlet pipeline. The valve body 10 further comprises an adjusting port 13 in threaded connection with the adjusting member 50 and a sliding hole 14 in sliding fit with the valve core 30, the valve core 30 is in sliding fit in the sliding hole 14, and one end of the valve core is provided with a conical surface 31 which can abut against a valve seat 15 arranged in the valve body 10 so as to seal the water inlet 11. Preferably, the water inlet 11 and the adjusting port 13 are arranged coaxially; the angle between the water outlet 12 and the water inlet 11 is not limited, and the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12 are parallel to each other in this embodiment.
The valve core 30 includes a through hole 32 radially penetrating the valve core 30, a first receiving hole 33 receiving the first spring 70, and a second receiving hole 34 receiving the second spring 71, and the adjusting member 50 is screwed in the adjusting port 13 and includes a first support surface 51 supporting one end of the first spring 70 and a second support surface 52 supporting one end of the second spring 71. In this embodiment, the diameter of the first spring 70 is smaller than that of the second spring 71, and the diameter of the first receiving hole 33 is smaller than that of the second receiving hole 34. The pushing force of the first spring 70 and the second spring 71 on the valve core 30 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting member 50, so as to adjust the amount of pressure (i.e. the opening pressure) required by the liquid entering from the water inlet 11 to push the valve core 30. The following are several possible positions of the adjustment member 50:
as shown in fig. 3, when the adjusting member 50 is located at the right position, the second spring 71 is in a natural state, and only the first spring 70 applies pressure to the valve element 30 to press the valve seat 15, and the opening pressure is smaller;
as shown in fig. 2, when the adjusting member 50 moves to a position in the middle of the adjusting port 13, both ends of the second spring 71 just abut against the valve core 30 and the adjusting member 50, respectively, and the opening pressure increases;
as the adjusting member 50 continues to move to the left as shown in fig. 1, the first and second springs 70 and 71 are compressed, and the opening pressure continues to increase.
It can be seen that the opening pressure continues to increase as the adjustment member 50 moves from right to left. In general, the first spring 70 is made of a material with a small elastic coefficient, and when the first spring 70 acts alone, the opening pressure is small, the pressure loss is small, and the oil pump is suitable for an oil path requiring small pressure loss; the second spring 71 is made of a material with a larger elastic coefficient, and when a larger stopping pressure is needed, the opening pressure can be greatly increased by moving the adjusting piece 13 to the second spring 71. In order to facilitate the rotation of the adjusting part 13, an inner hexagonal hole 17 is further formed at one end of the adjusting part 13, and the adjusting part can be adjusted by using a commonly used inner hexagonal wrench.
Normally, the fitting between the valve core 30 and the slide fitting hole 14 and the fitting between the first adjusting member 50 and the adjusting port 13 already have high sealing performance, and in order to further prevent liquid from leaking out of the adjusting port 13, a sealing end cover (not shown) may be additionally installed outside the adjusting port 13, at this time, the depth of the adjusting port 13 may be correspondingly lengthened, and when the opening pressure needs to be adjusted, the sealing end cover may be removed first, then the adjustment is performed, and the sealing end cover is returned after the adjustment is completed.
The invention has the advantages that: the adjusting piece capable of adjusting the compression degree of the spring is arranged, so that the opening pressure is adjustable, the adjusting range of the opening pressure is large, and the adjustable opening pressure adjusting device can be simultaneously suitable for occasions needing smaller opening pressure and larger opening pressure.
