Preferably, in order to further simplify the assembly, the stopper 21 includes a stopper ring 211 and a cylindrical side wall 212 extending from an outer edge of the stopper ring 211, an outer wall surface of the side wall 212 being engaged with a wall surface of the inner cavity 11; the outer edge of the core ring 222 is engaged with the inner wall surface of the side wall 212, and the deformation ring 23 is located in the space enclosed by the stop ring 211 and the side wall 212. In this way, the installation on the wall of the inner cavity 11 of the first valve body 1 is more firm; meanwhile, the stop piece 21, the deformation ring 23 and the valve core 22 can be assembled together and then are assembled into the inner cavity 11 of the first valve body 1 during the assembly, so that the assembly and the disassembly are simpler and more convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 5 to fig. 7, the filter screen 3 includes a support 31 and a mesh sheet 32 coated on the support 31, the support 31 includes an inner ring 311, an outer ring 312 opposite to the inner ring 311, and a plurality of support rods 313 connecting the inner ring 311 and the outer ring 312, and the mesh sheet 32 is coated on one side of the support 31 facing away from the water inlet 12.
In this embodiment, the screen 3 forms an opening towards the water inlet 12, so that the incoming water flow can be better caught or caught. The structural strength of the filter screen 3 itself can be enhanced by providing the support 31, thereby facilitating the installation of the filter screen 3, and in particular, the support 31 may be formed with a mesh 32 that may be flexible.
Preferably, a positioning plate 314 is arranged between each two adjacent support rods 313 on the inner edge of the outer ring 312, and the positioning plate 314 extends from the outer ring 312 in the radial inward direction of the outer ring 312; the top ends of the positioning plates 314 are enclosed to form a clamping hole 315, the inner end surface of the second valve body 4 is convexly provided with a clamping head 44 embedded in the clamping hole 315, the pressure release channel 42 penetrates through the clamping head 44, and the inner end surface of the second valve body 4 is abutted with the positioning plates 314. The positioning plate 314 can conveniently support the filter screen 3 to the proper position of the first valve body 1 by using the second valve body 4, and the clamping hole 315 is convenient for assembling the filter screen 3 to the second valve body 4, so as to be convenient for being installed to the first valve body 1 together with the second valve body 4. Further, since a gap may be formed between two adjacent positioning pieces 314, a protrusion may be provided on the outer circumferential surface of the chuck 44 to engage with the gap for the convenience of rotating the filter screen 3.
The invention also provides a water heater, which comprises a water inlet valve, wherein the specific structure of the water inlet valve refers to the embodiment, and the water heater adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, so that the water heater at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the water heater is not repeated.

Claims (10)

1. A water inlet valve for a water heater, the inlet valve comprising:
the first valve body is provided with an inner cavity with two through ends, the two ends of the inner cavity are respectively provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the peripheral surface of the first valve body is provided with a mounting hole communicated with the inner cavity;
the flow stabilizing component is arranged in the inner cavity and used for stabilizing the pressure of fluid in the first valve body;
the filter screen is arranged in the inner cavity through the mounting hole and traverses the flow surface of the inner cavity, and the steady flow component is positioned between the filter screen and the water outlet;
one end of the second valve body is embedded in the mounting hole, a pressure relief cavity is formed in the end face, away from the inner cavity, of the second valve body, a pressure relief channel which is communicated with the pressure relief cavity and the inner cavity is formed in the other end face, and a step surface, away from the inner cavity, is formed at the joint of the pressure relief channel and the pressure relief cavity; the method comprises the steps of,
the pressure relief assembly is arranged in the pressure relief cavity and comprises a plug, an elastic piece and a fastening piece, wherein the plug is adjacent to the step surface, and a pressure relief gap is formed between the plug and the peripheral surface of the pressure relief cavity; the fastener is fixedly arranged at one end of the pressure release cavity far away from the step surface, and a pressure release hole is formed in the fastener; the elastic piece is clamped between the plug and the fastener, so that the plug is elastically abutted to the step surface and seals the pressure relief hole.
2. The inlet valve of claim 1, wherein a groove is formed in a surface of the plug facing the step surface, and an annular flange abutting the step surface is formed between a peripheral surface of the groove and an outer peripheral surface of the plug.
3. The water inlet valve of claim 2, wherein a first counter bore is formed in a face, facing away from the step face, of the plug, a second counter bore is formed in a face, facing the step face, of the fastener, and one end of the elastic piece is embedded in the first counter bore, and the other end of the elastic piece is embedded in the second counter bore.
4. The fill valve of claim 3, wherein said fastener is threadably engaged with said pressure relief chamber and said resilient member is a compression spring.
5. The fill valve of claim 1, wherein an edge of the mounting hole extends away from the first valve body with a tab, the plug being received in the tab, an end of the filter screen adjacent the plug being located in the mounting hole.
6. The inlet valve of claim 5, wherein an annular groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of a section of the second valve body embedded in the joint, and the inlet valve further comprises a sealing ring arranged in the annular groove, and the sealing ring is in sealing fit with the inner wall surface of the joint.
7. The fill valve of claim 6, wherein a wall of the interior cavity opposite the mounting hole is formed with a locating counterbore, and an end of the filter screen remote from the second valve body is positioned within the locating counterbore.
8. The fill valve of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the flow stabilizing assembly comprises:
the stop piece is convexly arranged on the wall surface of the inner cavity, and extends along the circumferential direction of the valve body to be annularly arranged;
the valve core comprises a core rod and a core ring protruding from the outer peripheral surface of one end of the core rod, a water through slot hole is formed in the core ring, the valve core is fixedly arranged in the inner cavity and adjacent to the stop piece, and the core ring is positioned at one end of the core rod far away from the stop piece; and
the deformation ring is sleeved on the core rod and limited between the stop piece and the core ring, and the deformation ring is used for reducing the inner edge area of the deformation ring when the hydraulic pressure is increased so as to correspondingly reduce the water passing gap between the deformation ring and the core rod; the deformation ring is used for expanding the inner edge area of the deformation ring when the hydraulic pressure is reduced, so that the water gap between the deformation ring and the core rod is correspondingly increased.
9. The fill valve of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the screen comprises a support and a mesh wrapped on the support, the support comprising an inner ring, an outer ring opposite the inner ring, and a plurality of support rods connecting the inner ring and the outer ring, the mesh wrapped on a side of the support facing away from the water inlet.
10. A water heater comprising a fill valve as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
