the sealing devices (5) are four, and the four sealing devices (5) are equally divided into two groups which are uniformly distributed on the inner side surfaces of the first vertical pipe (4) and the second vertical pipe (9) respectively.

An adjustable shut-off valve according to claim 1, wherein: the right end of the upper surface of the handle (92) is provided with a positioning hole (10), a guide rod (11) is movably inserted in the positioning hole (10), two positioning sleeves (12) are arranged on the side face of the second vertical pipe (9), and the lower end of the guide rod (11) is movably clamped with the positioning sleeves (12).
