Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of diesel engines, and provides a multifunctional oil-gas separator which is provided with an air inlet pipe communicated with a supercharger; the front end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the supercharger; the rear end of the air inlet pipe is provided with a conical pipe; the outer side of the air inlet pipe and the conical pipe is sleeved with an outer sleeve which is concentric with the air inlet pipe and the conical pipe; the front end opening of the outer sleeve is sealed by a front clapboard sleeved on the air inlet pipe and the conical pipe; the rear end opening of the outer sleeve is sealed by a rear clapboard sleeved on the conical tube; a middle clapboard is arranged between the front clapboard and the rear clapboard; the middle clapboard is in a ring shape with a gap; the multifunctional oil-gas separator is also provided with a crankcase breather pipe which is communicated with a cavity between the front partition plate and the middle partition plate; one side wall surface of the conical tube is also provided with a notch, and the notch on the middle clapboard and the notch on the conical tube are arranged in a staggered way to form a labyrinth type gas channel. Background
The oil-gas separator is a device for separating high-temperature oil-gas mixture in the crankcase into oil and gas, and can effectively reduce the pressure in the crankcase, prevent the over-high pressure of the crankcase from influencing the operation of a diesel engine, simultaneously avoid the high-temperature oil-gas mixture in the crankcase from being directly discharged into the atmosphere to pollute the environment, and reduce the consumption rate of engine oil of the engine. The common oil-gas separator has single function, and has the problems of low efficiency, large volume, complex structure and the like, and causes great inconvenience to the spatial arrangement of the diesel engine.

The outer sleeve is internally provided with a vacuum gauge vent pipe which is arranged in parallel with the central axis of the outer sleeve, one end of the vacuum gauge vent pipe extends out of the outer sleeve, and the end head of the vacuum gauge vent pipe is provided with a vacuum gauge joint.
The vacuum gauge joint is connected with a U-shaped pipe used for measuring the intake vacuum degree.
By adopting the technical scheme, the multifunctional oil-gas separator provided by the invention can realize the functions of connection between the supercharger and the air filter, measurement of intake vacuum degree and the like while efficiently realizing oil-gas separation of the crankcase, and also optimizes the supercharger of a diesel engine; an air filter and an air inlet vacuum degree measuring position are arranged in space;
The use of each baffle and outer tube in the device has realized the labyrinth effect simply effectual, makes the high temperature oil gas mixture that generates in the crankcase in the long path snakelike passageway in-process of oil and gas separator, and oil-gas separation effect is more excellent. The device directly leads the gas after the oil-gas separation of the crankcase to the front end of the supercharger, thereby avoiding the pollution of the engine oil remained in the gas to the environment and realizing the recycling of the oil gas; the separated engine oil is led to the oil pan through the oil drain pipe on the oil-gas separator, so that the consumption of the engine oil is reduced, and the economy of the diesel engine is improved.
The device is through using the vaccum meter to connect and the gauge breather pipe, and the gauge breather pipe one end is direct to communicate with each other with empty back air of straining, behind an external U type pipe, can realize the measurement to the degree of vacuum that admits air, plays the effect of monitoring diesel engine air cleaner resistance. The outer sleeve 11 is sleeved with an air filter 13 and is hooped by a pipe hoop.
The vacuum gauge is characterized in that a vacuum gauge vent pipe 7 which is parallel to the central axis of the outer sleeve 11 is arranged in the outer sleeve 11, one end of the vacuum gauge vent pipe 7 extends out of the outer sleeve 11, and a vacuum gauge joint 3 is arranged at the end of the vacuum gauge vent pipe.
The vacuum gauge joint is connected with a U-shaped pipe used for measuring the intake vacuum degree.
With reference to fig. 3, in use of the present invention, the crankcase breather tube 6 connects the crankcase and the gas-oil separator; after entering the inner cavity of the outer sleeve 11 through the crankcase vent pipe 6, the high-temperature mixed gas flows along a labyrinth condensation chamber formed by the front partition plate 4, the middle partition plate 8, the rear partition plate 9 and the outer sleeve 11, so that the separation of oil and gas is realized; the separated lubricating oil flows into the oil pan along with the oil drain pipe 5, the separated gas enters the gas inlet pipe 2 along the vent hole in the tapered pipe 10, and the gas inlet pipe 2 is connected with the supercharger through the connecting flange 1, so that the separated gas finally enters the supercharger for recycling.
The supporting function is achieved by the outer sleeve 11. The outer size of the outer sleeve 11 is matched with the inner diameter of the air filter, and the air filter can be tightly clamped on the outer sleeve 11 in a pipe clamp mode, so that the air filter bracket is used.
The connection is realized by the connecting flange 1 and the outer sleeve 11. Wherein the connecting flange 1 is welded on the air inlet pipe 2 and is connected with the supercharger through bolts; the air filter is tightly hooped on the outer sleeve 11, so that the connection of the supercharger and the air filter is realized.
The measurement function of the air inlet vacuum degree is realized by the vacuum gauge joint 3, the vacuum gauge vent pipe 7 and the external U-shaped pipe. One end of a vacuum gauge vent pipe 7 passes through the small holes reserved on the front partition plate 4, the middle partition plate 8 and the rear partition plate 9 to be communicated with the air inlet after air filtration, and the other end is connected to the inner end of the vacuum gauge joint 3. The outer end of the vacuum gauge joint 3 is communicated with an external U-shaped pipe. Air enters the U-shaped pipe through the vacuum gauge vent pipe 7 and the vacuum gauge joint 3 after air filtration, and the measurement of the air inlet vacuum degree is realized by observing the water height difference at the two sides of the U-shaped pipe.
When the air filter is used, the air filter is fastened on the outer sleeve 11 by the hoop and is connected with the supercharger by the connecting flange 1; after the connection is completed, the crankcase breather pipe 6 is communicated into the crankcase, and the engine oil pipe 5 is communicated into the oil pan to complete the installation. If the intake vacuum degree is measured, a U-shaped pipe 15 is required to be externally connected to the outer end of the vacuum gauge joint 3.
