Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a preparation method of vermiculite preservative paper, which comprises the following steps:
(1) expanding and stripping natural laminated vermiculite to obtain vermiculite sheets;
(2) adding strains into licorice root residues for reaction, adding alkali, sulfur-containing salt and a penetrating agent into the licorice root residues, putting the licorice root residues into an ultrahigh pressure reaction kettle, performing rotary shearing and crushing reaction, quickly blasting and discharging materials at low pressure, and washing and pulping the materials to obtain fiber paper pulp;
(3) adding a modifier or inorganic salt and a binder into the fiber paper pulp, adding vermiculite sheets, reacting and mixing uniformly to obtain a paper pulp raw material;
(4) and coating and drying the obtained paper pulp raw material liquid to obtain the vermiculite preservative paper capable of developing color according to humidity.
According to the invention, the expansion stripping is used for stripping off the vermiculite lamina so as to be mixed with the pulp uniformly, and the conditions of the expansion stripping in the step (1) can comprise: the expansion temperature is 600-1200 ℃, the time is 0.5-60min, and the peeled vermiculite sheets are 10000-1 nm. The prepared vermiculite sheet can be dried to remove moisture, self-assembled vermiculite paper can be obtained, and the toughness of the vermiculite paper can be improved by reducing the thickness and the particle size of the vermiculite sheet due to low toughness of the prepared paper.
