Background
The existing washing machine with integrated cover touch control display mostly adopts single-side display and touch control design on the front side of the cover. When the washing machine cover is in the closed condition, the user can operate the control washing machine through the operating panel that the cover openly shows, but when the washing machine cover is in the open condition, the washing machine cover is in the position of erectting, and the user can only see the back of washing machine cover, can't look over the positive display information of washing machine cover, also can't carry out further control to washing machine simultaneously, consequently when washing machine's in-service use, user's use convenience is not good, can't promote user's use and experience. Some current display panels that can two-sided touch-control, either because the washing machine need set up very much function button and can't use in the washing machine, or because the structure is too much and leads to whole thickness great, use the washing machine and lead to the cover to become thick and heavy, be not convenient for the user to open and close.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a washing machine cover with double-sided touch display, which is convenient for users to use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the washing machine cover with the double-sided touch display comprises a cover body, wherein a double-sided operable touch key is arranged inside the cover body, touch areas are arranged on the front side and the back side of the cover body, a first light-emitting source is further arranged inside the cover body, light guides are respectively arranged on the front side and the back side, located on the touch key, of the cover body, and the light guides guide light rays of the first light-emitting source to the touch areas.
Preferably, the light guide body is arranged perpendicular to the touch key, the first light-emitting sources are distributed around the touch key, and the first light-emitting sources emit light towards the light guide body.
Preferably, the touch key is integrated on the flexible printed circuit board, the first light-emitting sources are arranged on the front surface and the back surface of the flexible printed circuit board, and the first light-emitting sources emit light towards the side wall of the light guide body.
In a further preferred embodiment, the first light-emitting source is attached to a side wall of the light guide body vertically and emits light toward the center of the light guide body.
Preferably, the touch key is integrated on the flexible printed circuit board, the touch key is transparent, and the first light-emitting source is arranged on one side of the flexible printed circuit board.
As a further preferable scheme, a plurality of first light-emitting sources are uniformly distributed around the touch key.
More preferably, the touch keys are provided in plural, and the light guide members are separated from each other by a light shielding member.
As a further preferable scheme, an opaque layer for forming display information is arranged on the end face, far away from the touch key, of the light guide body; or the front surface and the back surface of the cover body are respectively provided with a light-transmitting plate, and the light-transmitting plate is provided with a light-tight layer for displaying information.
Preferably, a seven-segment digital tubular second light source is arranged in the cover body, and after the washing machine cover is changed between the opening state and the closing state, the light emitting state of the second light source is symmetrically changed with respect to the second light source at the middle position.
The invention also provides a washing machine, which comprises a machine body and a machine cover, wherein the machine cover is the washing machine cover in any technical scheme.
Preferably, the capacitance change generated by the front operation touch key is different from the capacitance change generated by the back operation touch key, so that the front operation and the back operation of the touch keys are judged and distinguished, after the cover is detected to be opened, the washing machine shields the signal generated by the front operation touch key, and after the cover is detected to be closed, the washing machine shields the signal generated by the back operation touch key.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the following advantages: firstly, double-sided touch control of the washing machine cover is realized by using the touch keys, so that the washing machine cover can be used by a user to perform related operations in a closed state and an open state, the operability of the washing machine cover is improved, and the use experience of the user on the washing machine is improved; secondly, the light guide body is used for conducting light guiding and dispersing on the light of the first light emitting source, and the first light emitting source is distributed around the touch key and emits light towards the light guide body, so that the first light emitting source can be arranged at the overlapping height with the touch key or the light guide body, namely the first light emitting source is arranged without increasing the overall thickness, and the thickness of the cover body is determined by the thickness of the touch key and the heights of the two light guide bodies, so that the cover body is prevented from being too large in thickness, the weight of the cover body can be reduced, the opening or closing of a user is facilitated, and the use of the user is; thirdly, the light guide body conducts light guide and divergence on the light of the first light emitting source, a small amount of first light emitting sources can be used for achieving a lighting effect of a large area, the cost of the first light emitting sources is reduced, display information on a cover of the washing machine can be enlarged and can be seen clearly more easily, and observation and recognition of a user are facilitated.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a washing machine cover with double-sided touch display, which comprises a cover body 1, wherein a double-sided operable touch key 2 is arranged in the cover body 1, touch areas are arranged on the front and back of the cover body, a first light-emitting source 4 is also arranged in the cover body 1, light guides 3 are respectively arranged on the front and back of the touch key 2 in the cover body 1, and the light guides guide guides light rays of the first light-emitting source to the touch areas.
Firstly, double-sided touch control of the washing machine cover is realized by using the touch key 2, so that the washing machine cover can be used by a user to perform related operations in a closed state and an open state, the operability of the washing machine cover is improved, and the use experience of the user on the washing machine is improved; secondly, the light guide body 3 is used for conducting light guiding and diverging on the light of the first light emitting source 4, and the first light emitting source 4 is distributed around the touch key 2 and emits light towards the light guide body 3, so that the first light emitting source 4 can be arranged at the overlapping height with the touch key 2 or the light guide body 3, namely the first light emitting source 4 is arranged without increasing the overall thickness, and the thickness of the cover body 1 is determined by the thickness of the touch key 2 and the heights of the two light guide bodies 3, so that the cover body 1 can be prevented from being too large in thickness, the weight of the cover body 1 can be reduced, convenience is brought to users to open or close, and convenience is brought to the users; thirdly, the light guide body 3 guides and diverges the light of the first light-emitting source 4, a small amount of the first light-emitting source 4 can be used for realizing the lighting effect of a large area, the cost of the first light-emitting source 4 is reduced, the display information on the cover of the washing machine can be enlarged and can be seen clearly more easily, and the observation and the recognition of a user are facilitated.
In the present embodiment, the light guide 3 is disposed perpendicular to the touch key 2, the first light-emitting sources 4 are distributed around the touch key 2, and the first light-emitting sources 4 emit light toward the light guide 3. First light-emitting source 4 distributes around touch button 2 and jets out light towards light guide 3, but does not let first light-emitting source 4 directly send light towards the front or the back of lid 1, can let light fully disperse, lets a small amount of first light-emitting source 4 form soft even effect of being shaded, can not feel dazzling when the user watches the washing machine cover, promotes user's use and experiences.
In order to make the whole thickness of the cover body 1 smaller, the touch key 2 is integrated on the flexible printed circuit board 5, specifically, the touch key 2 can be formed by non-transparent silver paste printing, the thickness of the flexible printed circuit board 5 is very small, and the first light-emitting source 4 is arranged on the front surface and the back surface of the flexible printed circuit board 5, so that the front surface display and the back surface display are mutually independent and do not interfere with each other. Because only one first light-emitting source 4 can be arranged around one touch key 2, in order to effectively utilize the light of the first light-emitting source 4, the first light-emitting source 4 emits light towards the side wall of the light guide body 3, and the light is uniformly emitted from the end face, far away from the touch key 2, of the light guide body 3 through refraction and diffuse reflection of the light guide body 3. In the present embodiment, in order to further improve the light uniformity of the light guide 3, the first light source 4 is vertically attached to the side wall of the light guide 3 and emits light toward the center of the light guide 3.
The first light emitting sources 4 may be LEDs, and the number may be changed as needed, for example, one, two or more, and since there is the light guide 3, only one or two light emitting sources are generally needed, unless a backlight effect is to be generated for displaying information with a larger area, the number of the first light emitting sources 4 may be increased appropriately. In this embodiment, two first light emitting sources 4 are arranged around each touch key 2, and in order to make the light guide 3 better disperse the light of the first light emitting sources 4, the generation of local highlighting is avoided, so that the display is not uniform, and the two first light emitting sources 4 are arranged face to face. It can be understood that if a plurality of first light-emitting sources 4 are disposed around each touch key 2, the plurality of first light-emitting sources 4 should be evenly distributed around the touch key 2.
Because the washing machine needs to realize the operation of a plurality of functions, a plurality of touch keys 2 are provided, and therefore the light guide body 3 of each touch key 2 is separated from the light guide bodies 3 of other touch keys 2 by the light shielding body 6, so that the first light-emitting sources 4 around each touch key 2 can perform light divergence only through the light guide body 3 of the touch key 2, and the operation is more reliable and effective.
In order to allow the user to recognize the function corresponding to each touch key 2, the washing machine cover is provided with a structure for forming display information. In this embodiment, the front and the back of the cover 1 are respectively provided with the light-transmitting plate 7, the light-transmitting plate 7 can increase the strength of the washing machine cover, improve the integrity of the washing machine cover, and facilitate the increase of the aesthetic property, so that the light-transmitting plate 7 can be provided with a light-tight layer for displaying information. The light-impermeable layer may be formed by spraying or by pasting. The non-light-transmitting layer can be hollowed to form contents such as characters, patterns and the like to be displayed, the non-light-transmitting layer can also be designed to be the contents such as the characters, the patterns and the like to be displayed, and a certain light-transmitting area is arranged around the non-light-transmitting layer to realize backlight highlight of displayed information.
It can be understood that, under the condition of meeting the strength requirement, the light guide body 3 and the light shielding body 6 can also be fixed into a whole in a film pasting mode, and the end face of the light guide body 3 far away from the touch key 2 is provided with a light-tight layer for forming display information, so that the whole thickness of the cover body 1 can be further reduced.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 2, the touch key 2 is integrated on the flexible printed circuit board 5, the touch key is formed by transparent silver paste printing, the first light-emitting source 4 is arranged on one side of the flexible printed circuit board 5, that is, the front side or the back side of the flexible printed circuit board can be arranged, and the light emitted by the first light-emitting source 4 can penetrate through the touch key due to the transparency of the touch key, so that the number of the first light-emitting sources 4 is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

Example three:
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in addition to the above-mentioned embodiment, the second light sources 8 having a seven-segment digital tube shape can be added to display information such as numbers, so that the user can conveniently observe the time, water volume and other contents. The seven-segment digital tubular structure composed of the second light-emitting sources 8 can be set according to the needs, generally two, the maximum number is 99, and the seven-segment digital tubular structure can also be used for displaying two letters or one number and one letter, and can meet the requirements of conventional display purposes. The second light emitting source may employ an LED.
For convenience of explanation, with reference to the positional relationship of each of the second light sources 8 constituting the seven-segment number tube shape when the washing machine lid is in the closed state in fig. 3, as shown in fig. 3A, the second light sources 8 are sequentially denoted as a, b, c, d, e, f and g of the middle position from the top in a clockwise direction, for example, a, b, c, d and g of the left second light source 8 in fig. 3A are shown as 3, a, c, d, f and g of the right second light source 8 are shown as 5, after the washing machine lid is opened by the user, if the seven-segment number tube shape composed of the second light sources 8 is not symmetrically transformed, although the left second light source 8 is still shown as 3, the right second light source 8 is shown as 2, so that the light emitting state of the second light source 8 is controlled to be symmetrically transformed with respect to g of the middle position, namely, a and d exchange lighting states, b and c exchange lighting states, f and e exchange lighting states, and g remains unchanged, as shown in fig. 4A, in the second lighting source 8 on the right side, b and c exchange lighting states and then become lighting, c goes out, f and e exchange lighting states and then become lighting, f goes out, and g still lights and finally still displays as 5, so that the user can correctly acquire the information displayed by the second lighting source 8.
Example four:
the invention also provides a washing machine, which comprises a machine body 9 and a machine cover 91, wherein the machine cover 91 adopts the washing machine cover in any embodiment, fig. 5 shows that the machine cover 91 is in an opening or closing process, the front surface of the machine cover is in a user visible state at the moment, so that the front surface of the machine cover can be displayed for the touch operation of a user, fig. 6 shows that the machine cover 91 is in an opening state, the back surface of the machine cover is in a user visible state at the moment, and therefore the back surface of the machine cover can be displayed for the touch operation of the user. Because the cover still keeps less whole thickness after realizing two-sided touch-control demonstration, when the touch button is operated to the convenience of customers, also made things convenient for the user to open or close the cover. The cover is typically hinged to the housing.
In order to timely know the action of opening and closing the cover by the user, the machine body is provided with a detection switch for detecting the opening and closing of the cover, so that the detection switch can be associated with the light emitting control of the first light emitting source, for example, when the cover is in an open state, the first light emitting source on the back side of the touch key can emit light, and the first light emitting source on the front side of the touch key is extinguished, so that the energy consumption is saved, and for example, the detection switch can be associated with the light emitting control of the second light emitting source in the third. The detection switch can be a magnetic control switch or a microswitch.
The capacitance change size that the touch button of front operation produced is different with the capacitance change size that the touch button of back operation produced, it is realized that the light-passing board that the front that can specifically pass through the lid and the back adopts the material of different dielectric constants to make, for example, the front of lid adopts glass to make the light-passing board, the back of lid adopts materials such as PVC or ABS to make the light-passing board, thereby judge the front operation and the back operation of distinguishing the touch button, detect the cover and open the back, washing machine shields the signal that the touch button of front operation produced, detect the cover and close the back, washing machine shields the signal that the touch button of back operation produced, can avoid appearing the maloperation like.
