The inner periphery of the upper cover body 100 is provided with a through hole, the inner periphery of the lower cover body 101 is provided with a buckle, and the buckle and the through hole are buckled to connect the upper cover body 101 and the lower cover body 102;

In other embodiments, the water outlet holes 4 may also be uniformly distributed on the inner circumference of the outer barrel cover according to multiple groups, and the intervals between the groups are equal.
The present embodiment relates to a washing machine provided with the above-described outer tub cover 100.
The washing machine is provided with a water pump for pumping water to the water inlet of the outer barrel cover, and the water pumped by the water pump is from an external water source or water stored in the outer barrel of the washing machine.
Or the washing machine is not provided with a water pump, and water is supplied to the water inlet of the outer barrel cover by virtue of a water stirring structure which is arranged on the wall of the inner barrel or the bottom of the inner barrel and can lift water between the inner barrel and the outer barrel upwards.
Compared with the prior art, the outer barrel cover has the following beneficial effects:
1. the water homogenizing ribs are arranged at the positions where the water inlet is communicated with the water cavity, so that the water pressure of each water outlet in the water cavity of the outer barrel cover is effectively balanced, particularly the water pressure at different positions close to the water inlet and far away from the water inlet, and the water outlets of the water cavity of the outer barrel cover are respectively provided with proper water pressure to ensure that the water flow in the outer barrel cover is sprayed more reliably and uniformly, thereby being beneficial to improving the spraying and washing effect and further improving the cleaning rate of clothes;
2. the water homogenizing rib has a simpler structure, not only is the cost saved, but also the volume of a water cavity of the outer barrel cover cannot be lost, and in addition, the arrangement of the water homogenizing rib has multiple choices, is more flexible and easy to control, and has strong applicability;
3. the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity of the outer barrel cover is provided with the water outlet holes, particularly, the water outlet holes are independently and uniformly distributed on the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity of the outer barrel cover or are uniformly distributed on the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity according to a plurality of groups, so that the water pressure of the water outlet holes in the water cavity of the outer barrel cover can be ensured, water flow can be sprayed out forcefully, and the spraying effect is improved;
4. the outer barrel cover is clamped and fixed through the self structural characteristics of the upper cover body and the lower cover body, so that the outer barrel cover is firm in connection, an auxiliary fixing part is not needed, the volume of a water cavity of the outer barrel cover is increased, sufficient water flow is sprayed out, the spraying effect is improved, and the clothes cleaning effect is guaranteed.
Compared with the prior art, the washing machine of the embodiment has the advantages that: the outer barrel cover of the washing machine has balanced and sufficient spraying water pressure, each water outlet part can normally discharge water, the spraying water flow is more uniform and reliable, the spraying washing effect is good, and the washing effect of clothes is substantially improved.

A novel water flow outer barrel cover is disclosed, wherein the outer barrel cover 100 comprises an upper cover body 101 and a lower cover body 102 (as shown in fig. 4), the upper cover body 101 and the lower cover body 102 are provided with matched clamping parts, the upper cover body 101 and the lower cover body 102 are clamped to form an annular water cavity 1, the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity 1 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes 4, and the outer barrel cover 100 is provided with a water inlet 3; water enters the annular water cavity 1 from the water inlet 3 and is sprayed into the inner barrel through the water outlet 4.
Each water outlet hole 4 is independently and uniformly distributed on the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity 1;
or, the water outlet holes 4 are provided as a plurality of water outlet hole groups 400 uniformly distributed on the inner circumferential wall of the water cavity 1, and each water outlet hole group 400 includes at least two water outlet holes 4;

The overflow protection structure can guide the water which is filled with abnormal water and overflows in the water cavity 1 to the position between the outer barrel and the washing machine box body and without electric elements directionally.

The present embodiment is different from the fifth embodiment in that: the overflow protection structure is different, and in this embodiment, the overflow protection structure is a water drainage channel arranged on the top surface of the outer barrel cover 100, and the water drainage channel has a flow guide structure for guiding the overflowed water to the outside of the outer barrel in a directional manner; preferably, the flow guide structure is a guide groove or a guide pipe.
The overflow protection structure can also better drain water overflowing from the outer barrel when the washing machine is abnormally operated directionally, so that potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the water overflows to positions where electric devices are arranged in a non-directional mode are avoided.

Claims (11)

1. The outer barrel cover with the overflow protection structure is characterized in that the outer barrel cover (100) comprises an upper cover body (101) and a lower cover body (102), the upper cover body (101) is connected with the lower cover body (102) to form a water cavity (1), the outer barrel cover (100) is provided with a water inlet (3), the overflow protection structure is arranged at the upper part of the outer barrel cover (100), and the overflow protection structure guides overflowed water filled in the water cavity (1) to the outside of the outer barrel in a directional manner;
the overflow protection structure can guide the water which is filled with abnormal water and overflows in the water cavity 1 to the position between the outer barrel and the washing machine box body and without electric element in a directional way;
the overflow protection structure is a water drainage hole (5) which is arranged on the upper cover body (101) and communicated with the upper part of the water cavity (1); the water drainage hole is arranged on the side wall of the upper cover body (101);
a plurality of grid ribs (7) which extend from the bottom end of the drain hole (5) to the top surface of the outer barrel cover (100) and penetrate through the height of the drain hole (5) are arranged outside the drain hole (5), and an independent drain channel is formed between every two adjacent grid ribs (7);
a plurality of water outlets are arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity (1), and a water inlet (3) is arranged on the outer barrel cover (100); water enters the water cavity (1) from the water inlet (3) and is sprayed into the inner barrel through the water outlet.

An outer barrel cover with an overflow protection structure according to claim 1, wherein a water blocking rib (6) is arranged in the water cavity (1) opposite to the drain hole (5), and the water blocking rib (6) comprises a first portion for blocking the lower part of the drain hole (5) and a second portion extending from the upper end of the first portion and bending towards the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity (1).
3. The outer barrel cover with the overflow water protection structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the drain hole (5) is provided with an arc-shaped reinforcing rib along the circumferential direction of the side peripheral wall of the outer barrel cover (100).

An outer barrel cover with an overflow protection structure according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein a plurality of water outlets are arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity (1), a water homogenizing rib (2) with a length extending along the circumferential direction of the outer barrel cover (100) is arranged at the position where the water cavity (1) is communicated with the water inlet (3), and water inlet is blocked by the water homogenizing rib (2) to be distributed to the water cavities (1) at two sides of the water inlet (3) and is uniformly sprayed to the inner barrel through the water outlets.

An overflow protection structure of a barrelhead according to claim 4, wherein the water-homogenizing rib (2) is arranged on the inner surface of the upper cover body (101) or the lower cover body (102), and the water-homogenizing rib (2) separates the water inlet (3) from the water outlet on the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity (1) opposite to the water inlet.

The outer barrel cover with the overflow protection structure according to claim 5, wherein the water homogenizing rib (2) comprises a middle rib and left and right section ribs arranged on the left and right sides of the middle rib, the central axis of the middle rib coincides with the central axis of the water inlet (3), the length of the middle rib is not less than the water inlet width at the communication part of the water inlet (3) and the water cavity (1), and the lower end surface of the middle rib is in sealing contact with the inner surface of the lower cover body (102) or the upper end surface of the middle rib is in sealing contact with the inner surface of the upper cover body (101).

The outer barrel cover with the overflow protection structure according to claim 1, wherein the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity (1) is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes, and the outer barrel cover (100) is provided with a water inlet (3); water enters the water cavity (1) from the water inlet (3) and is sprayed into the inner barrel through the water outlet.

An overflow protection structure of a bucket cover according to claim 7 wherein each outlet hole is independently and uniformly distributed on the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity (1); or the water outlet holes are arranged into a plurality of water outlet hole groups (400) which are uniformly distributed on the inner peripheral wall of the water cavity (1), and each water outlet hole group (400) comprises at least two water outlet holes.
9. An overflow water protection structure of a tub cover according to claim 8, wherein the distances between the water outlet holes in the water outlet hole groups (400) are set to be the same or different.
10. An overflow water protecting structure of a toilet according to claim 8, wherein the intervals between the water outlet hole groups (400) are set to be the same or different.
11. A washing machine characterized by having an outer tub cover (100) with an overflow preventing structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
