As shown in fig. 12, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the pulley 312 is drivingly connected to the main shaft 31, the driver is the motor 5, and the motor 5 drives the pulley 312 to rotate by the belt 3121 tensioned on the pulley 312, i.e. the belt 3121 is wound around the motor shaft 51 and the pulley 312. Therefore, the belt pulley 312 and the belt 3121 are provided on the main shaft 31, so that the transmission connection between the main shaft 31 and the driver is realized through the belt 3121, thereby the impact and vibration load can be alleviated, the operation of the main shaft 31 is smooth, and the noise generated during the operation is low.
In some examples, the pulley 312, the belt 3121 and the driver are located outside the tub 1, and the pulley 312 is stopped between the rear wall of the tub 1 and the lock nut 313 on the main shaft 31. That is, the belt pulley 312 is fixedly connected to the main shaft 31 and located between the rear wall of the outer tub 1 and the locking nut 313, and the locking nut 313 is provided to ensure the positioning and installation of the belt pulley 312, so that the driver drives the belt pulley 312 to rotate through the belt 3121, and the belt pulley 312 drives the main shaft 31 to rotate, thereby realizing the synchronous rotation of the belt pulley 312 and the main shaft 31.
as shown in fig. 22 and 23, according to a further embodiment of the present invention, the pulsator 4 has water spray holes 41, and the drum washing machine 100 further includes a water supply device (not shown) which is respectively communicated with the outer tub 1 and the pulsator 4, supplies water in the outer tub 1 to the pulsator 4 and is sprayed into the inner tub 2 through the water spray holes 41.
The clothing is at the washing in-process, and water supply installation supplies water for agitator 4, and hole for water spraying 41 sprays water to the clothing in the inner tube 2 to play the effect of soaking the clothing, improved the clothing and soaked the effect, agitator 4 can stir the water in the inner tube 2 simultaneously, makes the washing mode diversified, thereby improves clothing washing effect, and is favorable to reducing the washing time.
In some alternative examples, the water supply device includes a water supply pipe having a first end and a second end, the first end of the water supply pipe communicating with the tub 1, and the second end of the water supply pipe being connected to the pulsator 4, so that the water in the tub 1 is supplied to the pulsator 4 through the water supply pipe. Here, "connection" in "the second end of the water supply pipe is connected to the pulsator 4" should be construed broadly, and for example, the water supply pipe may or may not be physically connected to the pulsator 4, as long as water coming out from the second end of the water supply pipe can be supplied to the pulsator 4.
therefore, water in the inner cavity of the outer barrel 1 is supplied to the stirrer 4 through the water supply pipe, so that the function of wetting clothes can be achieved, and the clothes wetting effect is improved. The water supply device is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer barrel 1, so that the washing water in the outer barrel 1 can be used for wetting clothes, an additional water source is not needed, and the water consumption is reduced. It will be appreciated that in some models where no circulation pump is provided, the first end of the water supply pipe may also be connected directly to the water supply from a water supply source, such as an external water tap, rather than using circulating water within the washing machine.
In some specific examples, the first end of the water supply pipe communicates with the bottom of the inner cavity of the tub 1. Thus, the water supply pump can pump the water at the bottom of the inner cavity of the outer tub 1 to the pulsator 4, and the water supply device can supply water to the pulsator 4 even in the washing mode of the drum washing machine 100 at the lowest water level, thereby ensuring the wetting effect and the washing effect of the drum washing machine 100 in different washing modes.
In some examples, the stirrer 4 has a water collecting cavity 42 and a water dividing channel 43 therein, the water collecting cavity 42 is communicated with a water supply device, and the water spraying holes 41 are communicated with the water collecting cavity 42 through the water dividing channel 43. Through setting up water collecting cavity 42 and water diversion channel 43 in agitator 4, make water supply installation can carry water to water collecting cavity 42 and water diversion channel 43 in, finally spray water from hole for water spraying 41 to the inner tube 2 to soak the clothing, improve the clothing and soak the effect, and then improve the washing effect.
In some examples, the surface of the stirrer 4 facing the inside of the inner cylinder 2 is provided with a plurality of ribs 44, each rib 44 extends in the radial direction of the stirrer 4 and the plurality of ribs 44 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the stirrer 4, and the water spray holes 41 are formed in the ribs 44. When the clothes are washed, the water spraying holes 41 spray water towards the inner cavity of the inner drum 2, and the ribs 44 can enable water in the inner drum 2 to generate vortex to drive the clothes to rotate and roll, so that the clothes washing effect is improved.
In some specific examples, the agitator 4 is a pulsator, i.e., the bottom of the inner tub 2 of the drum washing machine 100 is provided with a pulsator. In the clothes washing process, the clothes are continuously lifted and dropped in the inner drum 2, and then lifted and dropped again, so that the clothes can be washed cleanly, and meanwhile, under the action of the impeller, the rubbing action of the impeller on the clothes is increased on the basis of traditional beating and washing (only inner drum rotation) of the drum washing machine 100, so that the washing effect is further improved, and the washing time is shortened.
As shown in fig. 21 and 23, in other alternative examples, the second shaft 32 has a water supply passage 320 therein, and the water supply device supplies the water in the outer tub 1 to the pulsator 4 through the water supply passage 320. The second shaft 32 has a function of transporting water by providing the water supply passage 320 in the second shaft 32, so that the washing water in the tub 1 is transported into the water supply passage 320 of the second shaft 32 by the water supply device and finally sprayed into the tub 1 from the water spray holes 41.
In some examples, an adapter 323 is disposed at an end of the second shaft 32 protruding out of the outer tub 1, and the water supply device is connected to the second shaft 32 through the adapter 323. The water supply device transports the water in the outer tub 1 into the water supply channel 320 by providing the adapter 323 at the end of the second shaft 32 protruding out of the outer tub 1 to seal the water inlet end of the water supply channel 320.
In some specific examples, the adapter 323 is sleeved outside one end of the second shaft 32, which protrudes out of the outer tub 1, and an adapter bearing 3231 is disposed between the adapter 323 and the second shaft 32, an inner ring of the adapter bearing 3231 is fixedly connected to the second shaft 32, an outer ring of the adapter bearing 3231 is fixedly connected to the adapter 323, and the adapter bearing 3231 may be two ball bearings arranged side by side, and may also be one roller bearing. Thereby, the second shaft 32 is rotatably connected to the adapter 323 by the adapter bearing 3231.
Advantageously, an end of the second shaft 32 protruding from the outer tub 1 is fitted with an adapter seal 3232, the adapter seal 3232 being further away from the axial center of the second shaft 32 than the adapter bearing 3231, the adapter seal 3232 sealing the gap between the second shaft 32 and the adapter 323.
specifically, one end of the second shaft 32, which extends out of the outer barrel 1, is sleeved with an adapter sealing element 3232 and an adapter bearing 3231 which are distributed along the axial direction of the second shaft, the adapter sealing element 3232 is located on the outer side of the adapter bearing 3231, and the adapter sealing element 3232 is respectively in sealing connection with the second shaft 32 and the adapter 323, so that the sealing connection between the adapter 323 and the outer side wall of the second shaft 32 is ensured, and water in the water supply channel 320 of the second shaft 32 is prevented from entering the cavity 311 of the main shaft 31 to influence the normal operation of other components.
In some specific examples, a wear ring 324 is disposed in the adapter 323, the wear ring 324 is embedded inside the adapter 323, an end of the second shaft 32 extending out of the outer tub 1 extends into the wear ring 324, and the adapter bearing 3231 and the adapter seal 3232 are both sleeved on the second shaft 32 and located between an outer side wall of the second shaft 32 and the wear ring 324.
That is, wear rings 324 are positioned between adapter 323 and adapter bearing 3231 and between adapter 323 and adapter seal 3232. Through set up wear-resisting ring 324 in adapter 323, make the outer lane of adapter bearing 3231, adapter sealing member 3232 and the cooperation of wear-resisting ring 324, reduce the wearing and tearing of adapter 323 to the life of extension adapter 323.
In some examples, a shaft seal 325 is sleeved on the second shaft 32, the shaft seal 325 is disposed on the second shaft 32 and located outside the second shaft end bearing 3212, that is, the shaft seal 325 is located farther from an axial center of the second shaft 32 relative to the second shaft end bearing 3212, and the shaft seal 325 seals a gap between the second shaft 32 and the planetary gear housing 62, and prevents water in the water supply channel 320 of the second shaft 32 from entering the cavity 311 of the main shaft 31 and the planetary gear assembly 6 through the gap between the second shaft 32 and the planetary gear housing 62.
Some embodiments of the drum washing machine 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 23.
As shown in fig. 1, 21 and 23, a drum washing machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the outer tub 1, the inner tub 2, the main shaft 31, the second shaft 32, a driver (a motor 5 described below), the planetary gear unit 6, and the brake 7.
The outer tub 1 extends in the front-rear direction and the front end of the outer tub 1 is open, the rear wall of the outer tub 1 is provided with a mounting hole 11 penetrating in the thickness direction, and a spindle bearing seat 11 extending in the axial direction is arranged in the mounting hole 11.
The main shaft 31 extends in the front-rear direction and has a cavity 311 extending in the axial direction thereof, and the main shaft 31 is inserted into the main shaft bearing housing 11 through two main shaft bearings 314 arranged at intervals. One end (front end shown in fig. 1) of the main shaft 31 extending out of the inner surface of the rear wall of the outer tub 1 is fixedly connected with the inner cylinder bracket 201, one end (rear end shown in fig. 1) of the main shaft 31 extending out of the outer surface of the rear wall of the outer tub 1 is connected with a lock nut 313, a belt pulley 312 for mounting a belt 3121 is arranged between the lock nut 313 and the outer surface of the rear wall of the main shaft 31, and the belt pulley 312 is in transmission connection with the motor shaft 51 of the motor 5 through the belt 3121.
The inner cylinder 2 comprises an inner cylinder body 21 and an inner cylinder rear cover 22, the inner cylinder body 21 extends along the axial direction of the outer cylinder 1, two ends of the inner cylinder body are opened, the inner cylinder rear cover 22 is connected to the rear end of the inner cylinder body 21 in a sealing mode, and the inner cylinder 2 is rotatably installed in the outer cylinder 1 through an inner cylinder support 201. The inner cylinder holder 201 includes a central shaft 2011 and a holder 2012 connected to an outer side wall of the central shaft 2011, the inner cylinder 2 is supported on the holder 2012, and the central shaft 2011 is rotatably supported on a rear wall of the outer tub 1.
The second shaft 32 is inserted into the cavity 311 of the main shaft 31 through at least two second shaft bearings 3211 arranged at intervals in the axial direction thereof. Both ends of the second shaft 32 respectively extend out of both ends of the main shaft 31, one end (front end shown in fig. 1) of the second shaft 32 extending out of the main shaft 31 is matched with the planetary gear assembly 6 through a second shaft end bearing 3212, and a shaft sealing member 325 positioned outside the second shaft end bearing 3212 is further arranged between the planetary gear assembly 6 and the second shaft 31, so that the sealing connection between the planetary gear assembly 6 and the second shaft 31 is ensured. A brake disc 322 is mounted on the other end (rear end as viewed in fig. 1) of the second shaft 32, which extends out of the main shaft 31.

The planetary gear arrangement 6 comprises a planetary gear assembly 61, a planetary gear housing 62 and a planetary gear bearing 63. The planet wheel housing 62 has a through hole 622, the planet gear assembly 61 is arranged in the planet wheel housing 62, the planet wheel bearing 63 is arranged in the planet wheel housing 62 and on the side of the planet wheel housing 62 facing away from the through hole 622, and the planet wheel bearing 63 is arranged at the rear part in the planet wheel housing 62.
The planetary gear assembly 61 includes a planetary carrier 611, three planetary gears 612, and a planetary outer gear housing 613. The planet carrier 611 includes a planet carrier 6111 and a planet fixing disc 6116. A plurality of mounting bosses 6112 and a plurality of planet wheel mounting seats 6114 are arranged on one side of the planet wheel support 6111, the plurality of mounting bosses 6112 and the plurality of planet wheel mounting seats 6114 are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the planet wheel frame 611, each planet wheel mounting seat 6114 is provided with a planet wheel fixing shaft 6115, one end of each planet wheel fixing shaft 6115 is arranged in the corresponding planet wheel mounting seat 6114, and the other end of each planet wheel fixing shaft 6116 is arranged in a limit hole 6118, which is suitable for being matched, of the planet wheel fixing plate 6116 and is used for mounting the planet gear 612; each mounting boss 6112 is provided with a positioning column 6113, the planet wheel fixing disc 6116 is provided with a positioning hole 6117 matched with the positioning column 6113, and the planet wheel fixing disc 6116 is connected to the planet wheel support 6111 by welding the positioning column 6113 at the positioning hole 6117 or tightly matching the positioning column 6113 with the positioning hole 6117. Three planetary gears 612 are mounted on the planetary carrier 611 and are respectively engaged with the planetary outer gear housing 613.

Specifically, a main shaft bushing 316 is sleeved on the main shaft 31, a main shaft flange 315 connected with the inner cylinder bracket 201 is arranged on the main shaft bushing 316, a wear-resistant bushing 642 is sleeved outside the planetary gear assembly 6, a partial sealing member 641 is arranged on the wear-resistant bushing 624, and the planetary gear assembly 6 is hermetically connected with the inner cylinder bracket 201 and the planetary gear assembly 6 is hermetically connected with the main shaft flange 315 through the partial sealing member 641.
The brake 7 of the drum washing machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail as follows.

The brake lever 72 is slidably engaged to the slide 711 between an extended position and a retracted position. The brake lever 72 includes: the slide rail comprises a slide rail matching part 721, a transmission part 722, a bridge part 723 and a braking part 724, wherein two ends of the slide rail matching part 721 are respectively connected with the transmission part 722 and the bridge part 723, and the braking part 724 is connected with one end of the bridge part 723, which is far away from the slide rail matching part 721.

The brake portion 724 engages the brake disc 322 when the brake lever 72 is in the extended position, and the brake portion 724 disengages the brake disc 322 when the brake lever 72 is in the retracted position.
The brake cam 74 is installed at the through hole 715 of the chute seat 71 and has an eccentric column 741, the brake driver 73 is used for driving the brake cam 74 to rotate, so that the eccentric column 741 eccentrically rotates, and the eccentric column 741 is matched with the linear chute 725 on the transmission part 722, so as to drive the brake lever 72 to linearly move.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, an adapter 323 for connecting a water supply device is disposed at an end of the second shaft 32 protruding out of the rear wall of the outer tub 1, the adapter 323 is sleeved on the second shaft 32 through an adapter bearing 3231, and the second shaft 32 is further sleeved with an adapter sealing member 3232 hermetically connected to the adapter 323, and the adapter sealing member 3232 is located outside the adapter bearing 3231.
Further, the second shaft 32 has a water supply passage 320 extending in the axial direction thereof, one end of the water supply passage 320 communicates with the adapter 323, and the other end of the water supply passage 320 communicates with the agitator 4. The pulsator 4 has a sump chamber 42 for communicating with the water supply passage 320, a water diversion passage 43 defined by the rib 44, and a water spray hole 41 provided on the rib 44.
The water supply device includes a water supply pipe having a first end communicated with the outer tub 1 and a second end communicated with the water supply passage 320, and a water supply pump provided on the water supply pipe to transfer the water in the outer tub 1 to the pulsator 4 through the water supply pipe and the water supply passage 320 when the water supply pump is operated.
The operation of the drum washing machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail as follows.
When the drum washing machine 100 is operated in the washing mode, the brake driver 73 drives the brake lever 72 to move to the extended position, the brake portion 724 of the brake lever 72 engages with the brake disc 322 to lock the brake disc 322, so that the second shaft 32 is fixed, since the planetary carrier 611 of the planetary gear assembly 6 is engaged with the second shaft 32 by the spline structure, the planetary carrier 611 is also fixed, and the plurality of planetary gears 612 provided on the planetary carrier 611 can only rotate.

Claims (38)

1. a drum washing machine characterized by comprising:
An outer tub;

The driver is in transmission connection with the inner barrel through a main shaft, and the main shaft transmits the torque of the driver to the inner barrel;
A planetary gear assembly in transmission connection with the main shaft and the agitator, respectively, the planetary gear assembly transmitting the torque of the main shaft to the agitator,
Wherein the planetary gear arrangement is switchable between a first state and a second state;
when the planetary gear assembly is in the first state, the planetary gear assembly transmits the torque of the main shaft to the stirrer in the same direction so that the stirrer rotates in the same direction with the inner cylinder;
When the planetary gear assembly is in the second state, the planetary gear assembly reversely transmits the torque of the main shaft to the stirrer so that the stirrer and the inner cylinder reversely rotate.
2. A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotational speed of the agitator is less than the rotational speed of the inner drum when the agitator rotates in the opposite direction to the inner drum.
3. A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the agitator rotates at a speed equal to the speed of the drum when the agitator rotates in the same direction as the drum.
4. A drum washing machine according to claim 1 characterized in that the planetary gear assembly comprises a planetary gear assembly and the planetary gear assembly comprises:
a planet carrier;
A plurality of planetary gears rotatably mounted to the planetary carrier and engaged with the main shaft, respectively;
The planet gear outer gear shell is sleeved outside the plurality of planet gears and is respectively meshed with the plurality of planet gears, and the planet gear outer gear shell is in transmission connection with the stirrer;
Wherein the planet gear assembly is in the first condition when the planet carrier is allowed to rotate freely and the planet gear assembly is in the second condition when the planet carrier is braked.
