Abstract
The invention provides a weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 3-15%, recovering the crushed materials from the second polycarbonate: 60-83%, and recovering and crushing materials from third polycarbonate: 3-10% of a matte agent: 10-25% of an antioxidant: 0.2 to 1.0%, a light stabilizer: 0-0.6%, ultraviolet absorber: 0.1 to 1.0%. According to the invention, through the addition of the fogging surface agent, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the ultraviolet absorber, the weather resistance of the polycarbonate is improved, the processing performance of the polycarbonate is improved, and the modified material with relatively stable melt index is obtained, and the performance of the modified material is not much different from that of a new material.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polycarbonate recycling, in particular to a weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The polycarbonate is an engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive performance and wide application, and is widely applied to the industries of electronics, electrics, automobiles, machinery and the like; because of its wide application, so can produce a lot of waste material, mainly there are two kinds of modes to it at present to recycle:
1. the method adopts an incineration or landfill mode, but harmful gases can be generated in the incineration process, so that serious environmental pollution is caused; and the landfill mode is adopted, and the degradation is difficult, so that great harm is caused to the environment, and meanwhile, the soil waste is caused.
2. The waste materials are simply recycled without scientific modification, and are degraded into common plastics, so that the maximum use value of the waste materials is not given full play.
Therefore, the materials are classified according to the properties and modified, and the materials are scientifically recycled and upgraded into recycled materials capable of replacing new materials, which is a very meaningful work.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the waste polycarbonate materials cannot be recycled in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reworked material, which comprises the following raw materials, by mass, 3-15 parts of first polycarbonate recovery crushed materials, 60-83 parts of second polycarbonate recovery crushed materials, 3-10 parts of third polycarbonate recovery crushed materials, 10-25 parts of a matte agent, 0.2-1.0 part of an antioxidant, 0-0.6 part of a light stabilizer and 0.1-1.0 part of an ultraviolet absorber.
The first polycarbonate recovery crushed material has a diameter of 2-4mm, and a melt mass flow rate of 2-6 g/10min measured at 300 ℃ under the condition of 1.2KG according to ASTM D1238.
Wherein the second polycarbonate recovered crushed material has a diameter of 2-4mm, and a melt mass flow rate of 12-18 g/10min measured according to ASTM D1238 at 300 ℃ under 1.2 KG.
The crushed material recovered from the third carbonic ester has a diameter of 2-4mm, and the melt mass flow rate tested according to ASTM D1238 at 300 ℃ and 1.2KG is 58-75 g/10 min.
The matte agent is a mixture of a first matte agent and a second matte agent, wherein the first matte agent is one or two of a styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene copolymer and a styrene-butadiene-acrylic acid copolymer; the second fogging surface agent is one of diatomite or nano-scale silicon dioxide, and the ratio of the first fogging surface agent to the second fogging surface agent is 3: 1.
Wherein the antioxidant is a compound of a main antioxidant and an auxiliary antioxidant, and the main antioxidant is antioxidant 1010 or antioxidant 1076; the auxiliary antioxidant is any one of an antioxidant 1098, an antioxidant 168, a metal oxalate and bis (2,6 di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphate.
Wherein the light stabilizer is a hindered amine stabilizer.
Wherein the ultraviolet absorbent is UV-531 or a compound of UV-531 and UV-P.
In a second aspect of the present invention, a preparation method of the weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material is provided, which comprises the following steps:
weighing raw materials according to the mass parts of the raw materials;
step two, uniformly mixing the first polycarbonate recovery crushed material, the second polycarbonate recovery crushed material and the third polycarbonate recovery crushed material in a mixing cylinder according to a proportion;
putting a mixture consisting of the first polycarbonate recovery crushed material, the second polycarbonate recovery crushed material and the third polycarbonate recovery crushed material into an extruder;
step four, uniformly mixing the matte agent, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the ultraviolet absorbent;
and step five, adding the fogging surface agent, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the ultraviolet absorbent into the extruder in the step three from a side feeding port, and extruding and granulating.
The extruder in the third step is a single-screw extruder, and the mixing equipment in the fourth step is a medium-speed mixer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material has good weather resistance and high mechanical strength, can replace a new material for use, reduces the burden of waste material discarding on the environment, and reduces the production burden of enterprises; the weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material is prepared by compounding three waste materials with different melt indexes to obtain a modified material with stable melt index, and is convenient for injection molding processing.
Detailed Description
Example 1
The weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
recovering crushed materials from the first polycarbonate: 8
Second polycarbonate recovery of the crushed material: 73
Recovering crushed materials from the third polycarbonate: 3
Fogging surface agent: 14.7
Antioxidant: 0.5
Light stabilizer: 0.3
Ultraviolet absorber: 0.5
The first recovered crushed polycarbonate material is recovered water bottle material, and has melt Mass Flow Rate (MFR) of 3-4g/10min and diameter of 2-4mm measured at 300 deg.c and 1.2KG in ASTM D1238.
The second polycarbonate recovered crushed material is a crushed material obtained by crushing, cleaning, washing, drying, coarse crushing, fine crushing and other processes, and has MFR (measured according to ASTM D1238 at 300 ℃ and 1.2 KG) of 14-16g/10min and a diameter of 2-4 mm.
The third polycarbonate recovery crushed material is obtained by processing the recovered materials of low molecular PC products such as CD and the like into coarse powder, fine powder and the like, and the MFR tested according to ASTM D1238 under the conditions of 300 ℃ and 1.2KG is 66-68g/10min, and the diameter is 2-4 mm.
The fogging face agent is a compound of styrene-butadiene-acrylic acid copolymer and diatomite.
The antioxidant is a compound of an antioxidant 1010 and bis (2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphate in a ratio of 1: 1.
The model of the light stabilizer is GW-944.
The ultraviolet absorbent is UV-531.
The first polycarbonate-recovery crushed material, the second polycarbonate-recovery crushed material, and the third polycarbonate-recovery crushed material were mixed in a high-speed mixer for 30 minutes. And mixing the matte agent, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the ultraviolet absorbent in a medium-speed mixer for 30 minutes. And putting the mixture of the first polycarbonate recovery crushed material, the second polycarbonate recovery crushed material and the third polycarbonate recovery crushed material into a single-screw extruder, wherein a die head adopts three layers of filter screens which are respectively 200 meshes, 250 meshes and 200 meshes. The extrusion temperatures were 220 ℃, 230 ℃, 250 ℃, 260 ℃, 260 ℃, 250 ℃, 250 ℃, 250 ℃, 240 ℃ and 240 ℃. (the temperature setting is adjusted according to the length-diameter ratio of an actual screw, the invention takes a single screw with the model number of SLJ120 as an example), and then the weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material can be obtained after water cooling, air cooling and grain cutting.

The weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
recovering crushed materials from the first polycarbonate: 3
Second polycarbonate recovery of the crushed material: 60
Recovering crushed materials from the third polycarbonate: 6
Fogging surface agent: 10
Antioxidant: 0.2
Ultraviolet absorber: 0.1
The first polycarbonate recovery crushed material is a water bottle recovered material, and is crushed, washed, dried, coarsely crushed and finely crushed to obtain crushed material, wherein the MFR tested according to ASTM D1238 at 300 ℃ and 1.2KG is 5-6g/10min, and the diameter is 2-4 mm.
The second recovered crushed polycarbonate material is used as the recovered automobile lamp rubber head material, and is crushed into coarse powder and fine powder to obtain crushed material of 2-4mm diameter, and the MFR tested in ASTM D1238 at 300 deg.c and 1.2KG is 12-13g/10 min.
The crushed material recovered from the third polycarbonate is a conductivity reclaimed material, the crushed material with the diameter of 2-4mm is obtained after coarse crushing and fine crushing, and the MFR tested according to ASTM D1238 under the conditions of 300 ℃ and 1.2KG is 58-60g/10 min.
The fogging face agent is a mixture of 5 parts of styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 10 parts of styrene-butadiene-acrylic acid copolymer and 5 parts of nano-scale silicon dioxide.
The antioxidant is a mixture of antioxidant 1010 and organic tin stabilizer in a ratio of 1: 1.
The ultraviolet absorbent is a compound of model UV-531 and UV-P.
Uniformly mixing the first polycarbonate recovery crushed material, the second polycarbonate recovery crushed material and the third polycarbonate recovery crushed material in a high-speed mixer, and feeding the materials into a single-screw extruder. Uniformly mixing the fogging face agent, the antioxidant and the ultraviolet absorbent, adding the mixture from a side feeding port, wherein a die head adopts a 200-mesh, 250-mesh, 200-mesh and 3-layer overlapped filter screen, and the extrusion temperature is 220 ℃, 225 ℃, 240 ℃, 250 ℃, 250 ℃, 240 ℃, 240 ℃, 230 ℃ and 230 ℃ (the temperature is adjusted according to the length-diameter ratio of an actual screw, and the invention takes a single screw with the model of SLJ120 as an example).
After extrusion, water cooling, air cooling and grain cutting are carried out to obtain the weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material which has excellent performance and can replace a new material.

The weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
recovering crushed materials from the first polycarbonate: 15
Second polycarbonate recovery of the crushed material: 83
Recovering crushed materials from the third polycarbonate: 10
Fogging surface agent: 25
Antioxidant: 1
Light stabilizer: 0.6
Ultraviolet absorber: 1
The first polycarbonate recovery crushed material is a water bottle recovered material, and is crushed, washed, dried, coarsely crushed and finely crushed to obtain crushed material, wherein the MFR is 2-3g/10min under the conditions of 300 ℃ and 1.2 KG.
And the second polycarbonate recovered crushed material is a vehicle lamp rubber head recovered material, is coarsely crushed and finely crushed to obtain crushed material with the diameter of about 2-4mm, and the MFR of the crushed material is 17-18g/10min under the conditions of 300 ℃ and 1.2 KG.
The crushed material recovered from the third polycarbonate is a conductivity recovered material, and is subjected to coarse crushing and fine crushing to obtain crushed material with the diameter of about 2-4mm, wherein the MFR of the crushed material is 73-75g/10min under the conditions of 300 ℃ and 1.2 KG.
The fogging face agent is a mixture of 5 parts of styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 10 parts of styrene-butadiene-acrylic acid copolymer and 5 parts of nano-scale silicon dioxide.
The antioxidant is a mixture of antioxidant 1010 and organic tin stabilizer in a ratio of 1: 1.
The light stabilizer is GW-622.
The ultraviolet absorbent is UV-531.
And uniformly mixing the first recovered polycarbonate material, the second recovered polycarbonate material and the third recovered polycarbonate material in a high-speed mixer, and feeding the mixture into a single-screw extruder. Uniformly mixing the fogging face agent, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the ultraviolet absorbent, adding the mixture from a side feeding port, and extruding at 220 ℃, 225 ℃, 240 ℃, 250 ℃, 250 ℃, 240 ℃, 240 ℃, 230 ℃ and 230 ℃ by using a die head with 3 layers of superposed filter screens of 200 meshes, 250 meshes and 200 meshes. (the temperature setting is adjusted according to the length-diameter ratio of an actual screw, and the invention takes a single screw with the model number of SLJ120 as an example), and the weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material is obtained by water cooling, air cooling and grain cutting after extrusion.
The weather resistance of the weatherable matte polycarbonate regrind prepared in example 1 was examined.
The reclaimed weather-resistant matte polycarbonate material obtained in example 1 was aged in an aging oven at 136 ℃ for 30 days, and the physical property retention rate was 98%. After 500 hours in a yellowing resistant box at 50 ℃, the color of the paint has no great change.
The performance indexes of the recycled weather-resistant matte polycarbonate materials prepared in examples 1-4 are shown in Table 1.

As shown in Table 1, the MFR showed little fluctuation, which was advantageous for automatic injection molding and easy processing.
According to the invention, through the addition of the fogging surface agent, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the ultraviolet absorber, the weather resistance of the polycarbonate is improved, the processing performance of the polycarbonate is improved, the modified material with relatively stable melt index is obtained, the performance of the modified material is not greatly different from that of a new material, and the modified material can be used instead of the new material.

The weather-resistant matte polycarbonate reclaimed material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials, by mass, 3-15 parts of first polycarbonate recovery crushed material, 60-83 parts of second polycarbonate recovery crushed material, 3-10 parts of third polycarbonate recovery crushed material, 10-25 parts of a matte agent, 0.2-1.0 part of an antioxidant, 0-0.6 part of a light stabilizer and 0.1-1.0 part of an ultraviolet absorbent;
the matte agent is a mixture of a first matte agent and a second matte agent, wherein the first matte agent is one or two of a styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene copolymer and a styrene-butadiene-acrylic acid copolymer; the second fogging surface agent is one of diatomite or nano-scale silicon dioxide, and the ratio of the first fogging surface agent to the second fogging surface agent is 3: 1;
the melt mass flow rates of the first polycarbonate recovery crushed material, the second polycarbonate recovery crushed material and the third polycarbonate recovery crushed material tested according to ASTM D1238 at 300 ℃ and 1.2KG are respectively 2-6 g/10min, 12-18 g/10min and 58-75 g/10 min.
2. The weather resistant matte polycarbonate regrind according to claim 1, wherein the first recovered polycarbonate regrind has a diameter of 2-4 mm.
3. The weather resistant matte polycarbonate regrind according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the second recovered crushed polycarbonate material is 2-4 mm.
4. The weather resistant matte polycarbonate regrind according to claim 1, wherein the third carbonate recovery crushed material has a diameter of 2-4 mm.

The weather-resistant matte polycarbonate regrind according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is a compound of a main antioxidant and an auxiliary antioxidant, and the main antioxidant is antioxidant 1010 or antioxidant 1076; the auxiliary antioxidant is any one of an antioxidant 1098, an antioxidant 168, a metal oxalate and bis (2,6 di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphate.
6. The weatherable matte polycarbonate regrind according to claim 1, wherein the light stabilizer is a hindered amine stabilizer.

8. A method for preparing the weather-resistant matte polycarbonate regrind according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing raw materials according to the mass parts of the raw materials;
step two, uniformly mixing the first polycarbonate recovery crushed material, the second polycarbonate recovery crushed material and the third polycarbonate recovery crushed material in a mixing cylinder according to a proportion;
putting a mixture consisting of the first polycarbonate recovery crushed material, the second polycarbonate recovery crushed material and the third polycarbonate recovery crushed material into an extruder;
step four, uniformly mixing the matte agent, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the ultraviolet absorbent;
and step five, adding the fogging surface agent, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the ultraviolet absorbent into the extruder in the step three from a side feeding port, and extruding and granulating.
