Description

Film tearing device and using method
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a film tearing device and a using method thereof.
[ background of the invention ]
With the progress of display technology, Flexible organic light emitting diode (O L ED Flexible) display screens gradually become the mainstream display technology, and in the manufacturing process of Flexible organic light emitting diodes, the removal and collection of the protective film of the bonding area (bonding pad) is a key unit of the panel cutting process, which directly affects the success rate of the subsequent bonding process, that is, the removal of the protective film of the bonding area (bonding pad) affects the process of the Flexible O L ED.
At present, the first way of removing the protective film of the bonding pad is to remove the protective film by tape-bonding with a roller, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a protective film 12 of the display area and a protective film 13 of the bonding area are arranged on a flexible oled display panel 11, specifically, a front wheel 14 is pressed down to make the tape 16 contact with the protective film 13, a rear wheel 15 rotates clockwise, the protective film 13 is firstly peeled off by 3-5mm, the two wheels move horizontally to the left, the front wheel 14 is responsible for tape-bonding, the rear wheel 15 is responsible for film-lifting, the protective film 13 is in an S-shape during peeling, and after the protective film 13 is peeled off, the protective film is transported and collected by the transmission of the tape 16. However, this method requires regular replacement of the tape, which reduces the productivity and increases the production cost.
The second method is to pick up the protective film with a needle and then to remove the protective film with a clip. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, one end of the protective film 13 is lifted up using a needle (pin)17, and then the protective film 13 is sandwiched upward using a clip 18 to be peeled off. However, this method easily causes the adhesive remaining on the pin to cause secondary contamination, and then the protective film is easily dropped in the process of clamping the clip.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a film tearing device and a method for using the same to solve the problems of the prior art.

Referring to fig. 6 to 9, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a first step of the film tearing method of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the film tearing device 20 of the present invention is used for peeling off the protective film 13 of the welding area, wherein the protective film 12 of the display area and the protective film 13 of the welding area are disposed on the flexible oled display panel 11, the film tearing device 20 includes a suction nozzle 21, an air duct 22, and a processing module 23, the suction nozzle 21 is disposed above the film 13 to be peeled, the suction nozzle 21 is connected to the processing module 23 through the air duct 22, and the processing module 23 is used for providing an adsorption force to the suction nozzle 21 through the air duct, so that the film 13 to be peeled is peeled off under the adsorption force of the suction nozzle 21, that is, the film 13 to be peeled off is peeled off from the welding area of the display panel.
Wherein, in order to improve the efficiency of the suction, the suction nozzle 21 has a suction surface 211, the suction surface 211 is close to the side of the film to be torn 13, and the area of the suction surface 211 is larger than that of the film to be torn 13. Wherein the step of providing the suction force to the suction nozzle along the air duct through the processing module, namely step S102, comprises:
and S1021, providing vacuum adsorption force to the suction nozzle along the air duct through the processing module.
I.e. the processing module 23 is specifically adapted to provide a vacuum suction force to the suction nozzle 21 via the air duct 22.
According to the film tearing device and the using method, the protective film in the welding area is peeled off in an adsorption mode through the automatic film tearing device, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
In summary, although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, the above-described preferred embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, therefore, the scope of the present invention shall be determined by the appended claims.
