step S2: calculating the actual position of the switch template according to the actual voltage value of the switch template;
step S3: calculating the actual mold closing low-voltage termination position according to the actual position of the mold opening and closing ruler;
step S4: judging whether the deviation value between the actual mold closing low-pressure termination position and the reference mold closing low-pressure termination position is larger than a preset error value, if so, taking the actual mold closing low-pressure termination position as a target mold closing low-pressure termination position of the next mold, and if not, taking the reference mold closing low-pressure termination position as a target mold closing low-pressure termination position of the next mold;
step S5: and controlling the injection molding machine to close the mold to the target mold closing low-pressure termination position.

The mold closing control method of a direct-pressure injection molding machine according to claim 1, wherein in step S3, the actual mold closing low-pressure end position is calculated according to the actual position of the mold opening and closing ruler, specifically, the actual mold closing low-pressure end position is calculated according to formula (1):

wherein: k is the actual mold closing low-pressure termination position; x is the actual position of a mold opening and closing ruler after mold opening and pressure relief of the injection molding machine in an automatic state are finished; y is a reference mold closing low-pressure termination position; and Z is the relevant coefficient of the tonnage of the machine.
3. The mold closing control method of the direct-pressure injection molding machine according to claim 1, wherein the step S5 is specifically:

A direct-pressure injection molding machine mold closing control system is characterized by comprising a movable mold plate, a fixed mold plate, a mold moving oil cylinder for moving the movable mold plate, a mold locking oil cylinder for controlling and locking the movable mold plate, a mold opening and closing ruler for displaying the moving position of the movable mold plate and a controller, wherein the controller is connected with the mold opening and closing ruler and the mold locking oil cylinder;
the controller is configured to:
acquiring an actual voltage value of a switch die scale after die opening and pressure relief of the injection molding machine; calculating the actual position of the switch template according to the actual voltage value of the switch template; calculating the actual mold closing low-voltage termination position according to the actual position of the mold opening and closing ruler; judging whether the deviation value between the actual mold closing low-pressure termination position and the reference mold closing low-pressure termination position is larger than a preset error value, if so, taking the actual mold closing low-pressure termination position as a target mold closing low-pressure termination position of the next mold, and if not, taking the reference mold closing low-pressure termination position as a target mold closing low-pressure termination position of the next mold; and controlling the injection molding machine to close the mold to the target mold closing low-pressure termination position.
7. The direct-pressure injection molding machine mold closing control system according to claim 6, wherein the controller is configured to calculate the actual mold closing low-pressure end position according to equation (1):

wherein: k is the actual mold closing low-pressure termination position; x is the actual position of a mold opening and closing ruler after mold opening and pressure relief of the injection molding machine in an automatic state are finished; y is a reference mold closing low-pressure termination position; and Z is the relevant coefficient of the tonnage of the machine.
8. The direct-pressure injection molding machine mold closing control system according to claim 6, further comprising a driver for controlling the movement of the mold locking cylinder, wherein the controller is connected to the driver;
the controller is also used for sending the target mold closing low-pressure termination position to a driver.
9. The direct-pressure injection molding machine modeling control system of any one of claims 6 to 8, further comprising a human-computer interaction display for a worker to input the preset error value;
and the controller is also used for sending the actual position of the mold opening and closing ruler and the actual mold closing low-voltage termination position to a human-computer interaction display.
