Background
The grinding device is used for grinding (polishing) the surface of the workpiece to make the surface of the workpiece smoother. The existing grinding device comprises a mechanical arm and a grinding tool, wherein the mechanical arm is controlled to rotate at a plurality of different angles, a fixing ring is arranged on the mechanical arm, the fixing ring is formed by locking and connecting two semi-ring bodies through bolts, and the grinding tool is arranged on the fixing ring and is clamped and fixed by the two semi-ring bodies.
In the process of grinding and processing of the existing grinding device, because the grinder of the grinding tool is in a high-speed rotating state, when the grinder of the grinding tool is in contact with a workpiece, vibration may be generated, and when the vibration is generated, the grinding position is deviated, so that the grinding precision is not good. Furthermore, the vibration may be transmitted to the robot arm, which may loosen components (e.g., threaded components) of the robot arm, resulting in damage to the robot arm.

The seat body 30 has a through hole 302, and the axial direction of the through hole 302 is parallel to the axial direction of the first fixed cylinder 242; the sleeve 32 is combined with the seat body 30, and a portion of the sleeve 32 is fixed in the through hole 302, and another portion protrudes out of the through hole 302. The sleeve 32 has a coupling hole 32a extending in an axial direction thereof and parallel to an axial direction of the first fixed cylinder 242.
In this embodiment, the casing 32 includes a first section 322, a second section 324 and a third section 326 connected together, the first section 322 is fixed in the through hole 302; the second section 324 and the third section 326 are respectively connected to two ends of the first section 322, wherein the second section 324 protrudes out of one end of the through hole 302 and one open end 24a of the first fixed cylinder 242, and the third section 326 protrudes out of the other end of the through hole 302 and the other open end 24a of the first fixed cylinder 242.
In this embodiment, the two sleeves 32 are inserted into the first fixed cylinder 242 and the second fixed cylinder 244 in opposite directions, i.e., the second section 324 of the sleeve 32 in the first fixed cylinder 242 faces upward, and the second section 324 of the sleeve 32 in the second fixed cylinder 244 faces downward. The wall of the casing 32 is formed with a plurality of slots 32b, each slot communicating with the coupling hole 32a and extending along the axial direction of the casing 32, and extending from the second section 324 to the first section 322 and the third section 326, so that after the casing 32 is inserted into the through hole 302 of the seat body 30, the casing 32 can be slightly deformed, thereby facilitating the insertion into the through hole 302 and enabling the outer wall surface of the first section 322 to be tightly adhered to the wall of the through hole 302 for fixation.
The number of the at least one grinding tool 40 is two, each grinding tool includes a body 42 and a grinder 44, the body 42 is a pneumatic type body, one end of the body is connected to the air pipe 422, the other end of the body has a spindle 424 driven by the air injected from the air pipe 422, and the grinder 44 is disposed on the spindle of the body 42. Each body 42 is disposed in the coupling hole 32a of each sleeve 32, and the two bodies 42 respectively protrude from the opposite open ends 24a of the two fixed cylinders 24, and the main axes of the two bodies 42 respectively face in opposite directions, that is, the main axis 424 of the body 42 disposed in the first fixed cylinder 242 faces upward, and the main axis 424 of the body 42 disposed in the second fixed cylinder 244 faces downward.
In order to fix the body 42 to the sleeve 32 more stably, a tightening member 50 is further disposed on the sleeve 32, the tightening member 50 is tied on the portion of the sleeve 32 protruding out of the through hole 302 of the seat body 30 and surrounds the slot 32b, the tightening member 50 can be sleeved on the second section 324 or the third section 326 of the sleeve 32, the tightening member 50 is a tie ring in this embodiment and is sleeved on the second section 324, and actually, the tightening member 50 can also be a tie strap. The tightening member 50 tightens and then presses the sleeve 32, so that the inner wall surface of the sleeve 32 is pressed against the body 42 of the polishing tool 40, thereby achieving the purpose of tightening.
Therefore, the robot 10 can be controlled to grind a workpiece with a grinding tool, and during the grinding process, the base 30 of the elastic seat 28 can absorb the vibration generated during the grinding of the workpiece, so that the grinding precision is higher. In addition, since the spindles 424 of the two polishing tools 40 face in opposite directions, when polishing different portions of the workpiece, the working end of the robot 10 can be rotated by a small angle to polish different portions of the workpiece without rotating by a large angle, thereby improving the polishing efficiency. In fact, the sleeve 32 may not be provided, and the through hole 302 of the seat 30 may be directly used as the combining hole 32a, so as to achieve the effect of fixing the polishing tool 40.

the elastic seat is arranged in the fixed cylinder and comprises a seat body and a sleeve, the seat body is made of elastic materials, the outer wall surface of the seat body is abutted against the inner wall surface of the fixed cylinder, and the seat body is provided with a through hole; one part of the sleeve is fixed in the through hole, the other part of the sleeve protrudes out of the through hole, and the sleeve is provided with a combining hole; the combination hole of the elastic seat is provided with a grinding tool which protrudes from the open end;
at least one tightening piece is sleeved on the part of the sleeve, which protrudes out of the through hole, and tightly presses the sleeve, so that the inner wall surface of the sleeve is pressed against the grinding tool.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the number of the at least one open end of the fixed cylinder is two; the sleeve comprises a first section, a second section and a third section which are connected, and the first section is fixed in the through hole; the second section and the third section are respectively connected with two ends of the first section, the second section protrudes out of one end of the through hole and one open end of the fixed cylinder, and the third section protrudes out of the other end of the through hole and the other open end of the fixed cylinder; the tightening member is sleeved on one section of the second section and the third section.

a robot arm;
a clamping seat, which is combined with the mechanical arm, comprising:
at least one fixed cylinder with at least one open end; and
at least one elastic seat arranged in the fixed cylinder, wherein the elastic seat comprises a seat body and a sleeve, the seat body is made of elastic materials, the outer wall surface of the seat body is propped against the inner wall surface of the fixed cylinder, and the seat body is provided with a through hole; one part of the sleeve is fixed in the through hole, the other part of the sleeve protrudes out of the through hole, and the sleeve is provided with a combining hole;
at least one grinding tool, which is arranged in the combining hole of the elastic seat and protrudes out from the open end;
at least one fastening member is sleeved on the part of the sleeve protruding out of the through hole and tightly presses the sleeve, so that the inner wall surface of the sleeve is pressed against the grinding tool.
