Claims (1)

1. The low-temperature cleaning method suitable for the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is characterized by comprising a cleaning device, wherein the cleaning device comprises a cleaning machine cylinder (1), an air return system, a rotating system, a blowing system, a pure water system, a tap water system, a vacuumizing system and a circulating system;
a heating pipe (22) is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the cleaning machine cylinder body (1), guide rails (4) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the heating pipe (22), and a cleaning frame (2) is arranged on the guide rails (4);
the air return system comprises a side air return pipe (10), a connecting air return valve (11), an air return filter (12) and an air return pipeline, wherein the side air return pipe (10) is symmetrically fixed on the left side and the right side in the cleaning machine barrel (1), a plurality of air return holes are uniformly formed in the side air return pipe (10) along the length direction, one end of the air return pipeline is positioned on the outer side of the cleaning machine barrel (1) and is sequentially connected with the air return filter (12) and the air return valve (11), the other end of the air return pipeline is communicated with an air return branch pipe, and one end of the air return branch pipe extends into the cleaning machine barrel (1) and is connected with the bottom end of the side air return pipe (10);
the rotating system comprises a rotating motor (7), the rotating motor (7) is fixed on the bottom surface of the cleaning machine barrel (1) and is connected with a rotating shaft (6), the top end of the rotating shaft (6) penetrates through the bottom surface of the cleaning machine barrel (1) and stretches into the cleaning machine barrel, and a rotating impeller (5) is fixed at the stretching end;
the blowing system comprises a fan (15), a wind filter (16), a wind heating box (14), an air inlet valve (13) and an air inlet pipeline, wherein the wind filter (16) is sequentially connected with the fan (15), the wind heating box (14) and the air inlet valve (13) through the air inlet pipeline, and the other end of the air inlet pipeline is communicated with the cylinder body (1) of the cleaning machine;
the pure water system comprises a pure water pipeline, a pure water inlet valve (17) is arranged on the pure water pipeline, and one end of the pure water pipeline is communicated with the cleaning machine cylinder (1);
the tap water system comprises a tap water pipeline, a tap water inlet valve (18) is arranged on the tap water pipeline, and one end of the tap water pipeline is communicated with the cleaner cylinder (1);
the vacuum pumping system comprises a vacuum pump (9), a vacuum pipeline is connected to the vacuum pump (9), a vacuum valve (8) is arranged on the vacuum pipeline, and one end of the vacuum pipeline is communicated with the cylinder body (1) of the cleaning machine;
the circulating system comprises a circulating pump (20), a circulating valve (21) and a circulating pipeline, wherein the circulating pump (20) and the circulating valve (21) are connected with the circulating pipeline, one end of the circulating pipeline is communicated with the air return pipeline and is communicated with the side air return pipe (10) through the air return pipeline, and the other end of the circulating pipeline is communicated with the bottom of the cylinder body (1) of the cleaning machine;
the top ends of the two guide rails (4) are higher than the rotating impeller (5), guide grooves are correspondingly formed in the inner sides of the guide rails (4), and two sides of the bottom surface of the cleaning frame (2) are correspondingly connected with the guide grooves on the two sides respectively;
the cleaning machine cylinder (1) is a pressure vessel, and reinforcing ribs are welded on the outer wall of the cleaning machine cylinder;
a cleaning machine door is arranged on the cleaning machine cylinder (1), and a sealing strip is arranged at the upper edge of the cleaning machine door;
the bottom of the cleaning machine cylinder body (1) is also connected with a drainage pipeline, and a drainage valve (19) is arranged on the drainage pipeline;
the cleaning method comprises the following steps:
s1, placing traditional Chinese medicinal materials (3) on a cleaning frame (2), pushing the cleaning frame (2) into a cleaning machine cylinder (1), and closing a cleaning machine door;
s2, opening a water inlet and outlet valve to enable tap water to enter the barrel (1) of the cleaning machine, closing the water inlet and outlet valve after the water level is reached, opening a heating pipe (22) to heat the water to a set temperature, and soaking the traditional Chinese medicine materials (3);
s3, opening a vacuum valve (8), and pumping air in the cylinder (1) of the cleaning machine to a vacuum degree of-0.095 MPa with a set temperature by using a vacuum pump (9), wherein boiling points of water under different vacuum degrees are different, and the water boils under a low temperature and cleans the traditional Chinese medicinal materials (3) in a fixed corresponding relation;
s4, in the negative pressure state of the step 3, the circulating pump (20) and the circulating valve (21) start to work, so that water in the cleaning machine barrel (1) sprays water into the cleaning machine barrel (1) through the side air return pipe (10) to clean the traditional Chinese medicinal materials (3), and meanwhile, in the negative pressure state of the step 3, the rotating motor (7) drives the rotating impeller (5) to rotate through the rotating shaft (6) to enable the water in the cleaning machine barrel (1) to rotate to clean the traditional Chinese medicinal materials (3);
s5, after the set cleaning time is reached, opening an air return valve (11) to introduce air into the cleaning machine barrel (1) through a side air return pipe (10), so that the pressure in the cleaning machine barrel (1) is increased to-0.065 Mpa, water is boiled vigorously to clean traditional Chinese medicine materials (3), then opening a vacuum pump (9) and a vacuum valve (8), extracting the air in the cleaning machine barrel (1) to-0.095 Mpa, opening the air return valve (11) to introduce air into the cleaning machine barrel (1) through the side air return pipe (10), filtering the air through an air return filter (12), and then introducing the air into the side air return pipe (10), so that the pressure in the cleaning machine barrel (1) is increased to-0.065 Mpa, the water is boiled vigorously to brush, the cleaning can be performed in a pulsating vacuum mode for a plurality of times, parameters can be set, and dirt is removed;
s6, after the pulse vacuum brushing times are finished, opening an air return valve (11) to introduce air into the cleaning machine cylinder (1) through a side air return pipe (10), and filtering the air through an air return filter (12) to enter the side air return pipe (10) until the pressure in the cleaning machine cylinder (1) returns to the atmospheric pressure; the drain valve (19) is opened to drain water, if the water is not cleaned, tap water can be used for cleaning again, and the program can be set;
s7, after the cleaning times are finished, opening a pure water inlet valve to enable pure water to enter the cylinder (1) of the cleaning machine, closing the pure water inlet valve after the water level is up, opening a heating pipe (22) to heat the water to a set temperature, and soaking the traditional Chinese medicine (3);
s8, opening a vacuum valve (8), pumping air in the cylinder (1) of the cleaning machine to-0.095 MPa by using a vacuum pump (9), wherein boiling points of water under different vacuum degrees are different, a fixed corresponding relation exists, pure water is boiled at a low temperature, and the traditional Chinese medicinal materials (3) are cleaned;
s9, in the negative pressure state of the step 8, the circulating pump (20) and the circulating valve (21) start to work, so that water in the cleaning machine barrel (1) sprays water into the cleaning machine barrel (1) through the side air return pipe (10) to clean the traditional Chinese medicinal materials (3), and meanwhile, in the negative pressure state of the step 8, the rotating motor (7) drives the rotating impeller (5) to rotate through the rotating shaft (6) to enable the water in the cleaning machine barrel (1) to rotate to clean the traditional Chinese medicinal materials (3);
s10, after the set cleaning time is reached, opening an air return valve (11) to introduce air into the cleaning machine cylinder (1) through a side air return pipe (10), filtering the air through an air return filter (12), and then allowing the air to enter the side air return pipe (10) to enable the water to be boiled vigorously for a period of time, so that the Chinese medicinal material (3) is scrubbed until the pressure in the cleaning machine cylinder (1) returns to the atmospheric pressure;
s11, opening a drain valve (19) to drain water, opening a vacuum pump (9) and a vacuum valve (8) to vacuumize after the water is drained, reducing the vacuum degree in a tank to a certain value, pumping out water and gas in a cylinder body (1) of the cleaning machine, closing the vacuum pump (9) and the vacuum valve (8), and opening a heating pipe (22) to heat;
