The device has the advantages that the whole structure is reasonable, the operation is safe, the reliability is high, the cost is lower, the filament spreading rollers of the filament spreading unit are arranged on the frame, one straight surface of each of the two curved surface rollers is downwards installed, the other straight surface of each of the two curved surface rollers is upwards installed, the filament spreading is performed by utilizing the turning of the arc surface and the straight surface, the obtained filament spreading is more uniform, flat and thin, wrinkles and breakage are not easy to occur, and the high quality of subsequent filament spreading products and the stable performance of subsequent procedures are ensured; the static filament spreading roller is a hard rubber roller, and in the actual use process, a large amount of static electricity is generated on the filament by friction between filament spreading bundles and the static filament spreading roller made of hard rubber, and each fiber filament of the fiber is spread in one step by utilizing the principle of the same electricity repulsion, so that the filament spreading effect is achieved, the danger to operators caused by high pressure of the environment during production is reduced, and the production and large-scale popularization of enterprises are facilitated; in the rubberizing unit, the rubberizing roller is immersed in the rubberizing groove, the rubberizing groove can move up and down through the lifter with the hand rocker to achieve the purpose of adjusting the height, so as to achieve the purposes of controlling the tow rubberizing time, the rubberizing groove is arranged on the tray, the tray is fixed on the lifting structures at two ends, meanwhile, the scale is arranged on the lifting structures to calibrate the lifting distance of the rubberizing groove, the lifting distance can be accurately adjusted, the effect of adjusting the height of the rubberizing groove according to actual conditions is achieved, the rubberizing amount requirements of different processes are met, the design structure is simple, the conception is ingenious, the practicability is very high, and the production of enterprises is facilitated; the glue spreading sheet is pressed and removed by a glue pressing roller, the height and the pressure of the glue spreading sheet are adjustable, and the glue spreading sheet can be used for pressing and removing the redundant glue according to the glue applying amounts of different processes, so that the control is convenient and fast.
Example 2: referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as an improvement of the present invention, the curved-surface godet 201 is a cylindrical substrate 2015, the peripheral wall of the substrate 2015 has a flat surface 2013, and the peripheral wall of the substrate 2015 is composed of the flat surface 2013 and an arc surface 2014 which are connected end to end along the axial direction of the substrate 2015; the flat surface 2013 is a plane axially parallel to the substrate 2015; the circular arc surface 2014 is a part of a cylindrical surface coaxial with the base 2015.
Example 3: referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as an improvement of the present invention, the straight surface 2013 of the first curved-surface godet 2011 is installed downward, and the straight surface 2013 of the second curved-surface godet 2012 is installed upward.
Example 4: referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as an improvement of the present invention, the glue tank 303 is a box body assembled by five rectangular sheet bodies, and the upper surface of the box body is left empty for the upper and lower glue dipping of the glue dipping roller 301 in the box body. The cooperation of the rubber pressing roller and the rubber groove avoids the redundant adhesive from adhering to the filament spreading sheet.
Example 5: referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7 and fig. 8, as an improvement of the present invention, a liquid inlet pipe 308 and a liquid outlet 309 are provided inside the glue tank 303, the liquid inlet pipe 308 is provided at the bottom of the glue tank 303, a hollow cavity for conveying glue solution is provided inside the glue tank, round holes 310 are sequentially arranged in a direction towards the bottom of the glue tank 303 on the liquid inlet pipe 308, two ends of the liquid inlet pipe 308 extend out of the glue tank 303, and an insulation layer 311 is coated on the inner surface of the glue tank 303. The liquid inlet pipe extends into the glue tank, the pipe faces the bottom of the glue tank and is provided with parallel round holes for liquid inlet, and the glue liquid flows out to the bottom of the glue tank through the parallel small holes, so that the stability of the surface of the glue liquid in the glue tank is ensured; the interlayer in the glue tank is filled with heat-insulating materials for heat preservation of glue solution requiring a hot glue process, so that the stability of the film is realized, and the integrity and the high efficiency of the film of the whole device are obviously improved.
Example 6: referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as an improvement of the present invention, the film mounting unit 4 further comprises a film mounting unit 4, the film mounting unit 4 comprises a film mounting frame 401, the film mounting frame 401 is arranged between the pair of glue rollers 302 and the large cylindrical filament spreading roller 203, and is arranged in pairs and symmetrically and fixedly mounted at two ends of the frame 1, and a magnetic powder brake mounting position 402, a film air expansion shaft mounting position 403, an opening roller mounting position 404 and a bending roller mounting position 405 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the number of the film air expansion shaft mounting positions 403 is 2. Each installation position is reasonably arranged on the film installation frame, so that the laminating process can be smoothly and orderly carried out.
Example 7: referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as an improvement of the present invention, the film mounting unit 4 further includes a magnetic powder stopper 406, a film air-expanding shaft 407, an opening roller 408 and a bending roller 409, which are respectively mounted on the respective mounting positions of the film mounting frame 401.
Example 8: referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as an improvement of the present invention, the opening roller 408 is a silica gel strip opening roller, the curve 409 is a silica gel curve roller, one end of the film air expansion shaft 407 is connected with the magnetic powder brake 406 in a linkage manner through a gear 410, the other end of the film air expansion shaft is connected with the film winding drum 411, and the film opening roller 408 is arranged at one half of the film mounting frame 401. The combined use of the scutching roller and the bending roller can flatten and remove wrinkles of the film in the running process of the device to obtain a smoother film, meanwhile, the film does not need to be pulled and flattened manually, the damage of the film is avoided, and the high-efficiency and high-quality film coating is realized; the film is placed on the film mounting frame through the film air expansion shaft, one end of the film air expansion shaft is connected with the magnetic powder brake through a gear, the magnetic powder brake is adjusted to achieve the effect of controlling the tension of the film, the film is prevented from being insufficient to support in the film coating process, the film enters the laminating roller through the silica gel strip scutching roller and the silica gel bending roller to complete film coating, and the silica gel is soft and smooth, so that the perfect leveling effect can be achieved under the condition of not damaging the film; the film mounting frame is provided with two film inflatable shaft mounting positions which are positioned on two sides of the magnetic powder brake gear, when the film is used in the device, the film can be rapidly switched to another film roll, and uninterrupted film replacement of the device in rapid production is realized.
Example 9: referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as an improvement of the present invention, a sheet discharging roller 5 and a mounting seat 6 are provided at the right end of the frame 1, the mounting seat 6 includes a clamping groove 601 for sleeving the sheet discharging roller 5 and a clamping seat 602 connected with the frame 1, the clamping groove 601 and the clamping seat 602 are integrally designed, and the mounting seats 6 are arranged in pairs and are symmetrically and fixedly mounted at two ends of the frame 1; the clamping groove 601 is rectangular, and rectangular protruding blocks 603 buckled with the clamping groove 601 are arranged at two ends of the sheet discharging roller 5. After the machine stops running, glue solution solidifies and causes pollution to the surface of the sheet discharging roller, through clamping the sheet discharging roller in the buckle of the mounting seat, the quick disassembly and cleaning after glue solution is fully distributed on the roller surface are realized, the finishing space is large, the smooth work effect of operators is facilitated, the problem that the traditional sheet discharging roller can only be fixedly installed on a rack and cannot be disassembled is solved, meanwhile, the quality of a filament spreading sheet can be greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced.
Example 10: referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as an improvement of the present invention, the height difference between the axis of the godet installed on the frame 1 and the ground is ±100mm, and the diameter of the curved godet 201 is 180mm to 250mm; the diameter of the electrostatic filament spreading roller 202 is 130mm-200mm; the diameter of the large cylindrical godet 203 is 200mm-250mm; the diameter of the small cylindrical godet 204 is 80mm-150mm. The diameter of the filament spreading roller can be adjusted and installed according to actual needs, and the whole device is strong in adjustability.
The invention also makes it possible to combine at least one of the technical features described in examples 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 with example 1 to form a new embodiment.
The technical means disclosed by the scheme of the invention is not limited to the technical means disclosed by the embodiment, and also comprises the technical scheme formed by any combination of the technical features. It should be noted that modifications and adaptations to the invention may occur to one skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention and are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.

A system based on spreading, sizing and laminating device for non-woven fabric production comprises a frame, a spreading unit and a sizing unit, wherein the spreading unit and the sizing unit are fixed on the frame and used for spreading tows into thin slices, and the system is characterized in that: the silk spreading unit comprises a plurality of silk spreading rollers which are sequentially arranged, wherein each silk spreading roller consists of a curved straight surface silk spreading roller, an electrostatic silk spreading roller, a large cylindrical silk spreading roller and a small cylindrical silk spreading roller, and each curved straight surface silk spreading roller consists of a first curved straight surface silk spreading roller and a second curved straight surface silk spreading roller; the static filament spreading roller is a hard rubber roller and consists of a first static filament spreading roller and a second static filament spreading roller; the sizing unit comprises a rubber dipping roller, a rubber pressing roller pair, a rubber groove, a tray, a scale and a lifting structure, wherein the height of the rubber pressing roller pair, the pressure and the axial line of the rubber pressing roller pair are adjustable, the lifting structure is used for controlling the height of the rubber groove, the rubber dipping roller is arranged right above the rubber groove, the tray is fixed at two ends of a rubber groove body, the scale is arranged on the lifting structure, the lifting structure is a lifter with a hand rocker and is fixed on a frame, the rubber pressing roller pair consists of an upper rubber pressing roller and a lower rubber pressing roller, polytetrafluoroethylene coatings are coated on the surfaces of the upper rubber pressing roller and the lower rubber pressing roller, the height of the upper rubber pressing roller is adjusted by a cylinder, and the cylinder is connected with the upper rubber pressing roller through a connecting shaft; the curved straight surface filament spreading roller is a cylindrical substrate, the peripheral wall of the substrate is provided with a straight surface, and the peripheral wall of the substrate consists of the straight surface and an arc surface which are connected end to end along the axial direction of the peripheral wall of the substrate; the straight surface is a plane parallel to the axial direction of the substrate; the arc surface is a part of a cylindrical surface coaxial with the substrate;
the film installation unit comprises film installation frames, wherein the film installation frames are arranged between the rubber press roller pairs and the large cylindrical filament spreading rollers, are arranged in pairs and are symmetrically and fixedly installed at two ends of the frame in opposite directions, and are sequentially provided with magnetic powder brake installation positions, film air expansion shaft installation positions, scutching roller installation positions and bending roller installation positions from top to bottom, and the number of the film air expansion shaft installation positions is 2; the straight surface of the first curved straight surface godet is installed downwards, and the straight surface of the second curved straight surface godet is installed upwards.

The system based on the spreading, sizing and laminating device for the production of the laid fabric according to claim 1, wherein the system is characterized in that: the glue tank is a box body formed by assembling five rectangular sheet bodies, and the upper surface of the box body is left empty and is used for dipping the glue in the box body up and down by the glue dipping roller.
