本发明申请属于口腔护理技术领域,具体公开了一种负离子牙膏的制备方法,包括制备胶水、胶水静置、制膏、灌装等步骤;本负离子牙膏的制备方法可制备出富含负离子的牙膏,改善多种口腔问题,缓解牙周问题,增强牙齿免疫力,减少软垢,减轻牙菌斑、牙渍,消除口腔异味,清新口气,维护牙齿牙龈健康。

技术领域
本发明属于口腔护理技术领域,具体公开了一种负离子牙膏的制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,口腔护理用品也得到了广泛应用,先后出现了不同功能和效果的口腔护理用品,出现了不同的分类,如抗菌消炎型和抗过敏类,去垢增白和除臭类,防龋脱敏类和活血化瘀类等特殊的护理产品,满足不同人群的需求,但是作为大众市场最广阔的牙膏的口腔护理效果功能以及效果并不显著,成为了是困扰不同需求人群的最大问题,而且由于每个人的体质和生活习惯不同,通常会导致很多口腔问题,例如牙周问题、口腔异味等等,通常市场上的牙膏的解决方法是添加一些化学药物和芳香剂,但是这些方法只是表面上掩盖口腔问题,达不到增强牙齿免疫力的作用,从而会引发更大的口腔问题。对于一些特殊人群及生活习惯的不同,频繁的更换牙膏,也达不到很好的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种负离子牙膏的制备方法,制备出能克服上述口腔问题的牙膏。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:
一种负离子牙膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、制备胶水:a.将水加入胶锅中,水温不低于55℃,之后,向胶锅中投入木糖醇、三氯蔗糖、焦磷酸钠、K12、野菊花提取物、金银花提取物、草珊瑚提取物、CI42090、CI19140以及负离子粉等物料,点动搅拌使物料溶解;b.在通用的预混器中投入山梨醇、甘油,开动搅拌,再投入CMC、苯甲醇,使其分散均匀;c.将b步骤中的的混合物自预混器放入胶水锅中,搅拌均匀;d.搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,取样检验;
B、胶水静置:将A步骤中含有混合物的胶水用泵输送至存贮罐,静置存放8小时;
C、制膏:开通冷却水,接通电源,开启空气压缩机作为操作动力源;启动制膏机真空泵,同时启动进胶水气阀和手控真空阀,使胶水进入制膏机至胶水进完,真空下跌时先关闭气动阀,再关手控阀,启动刮板搅拌;继续保持快速搅拌,至物料混合均匀,等到真空度逐步上升至0.08MPa,将香精由香精料斗加入,香精加完后,关闭手控真空阀;待物料稳定后,准确计时快速搅拌8分钟;等到真空度到达0.096MPa以上时,停止搅拌,保持真空25-30分钟,之后等到完全消除真空时关闭真空泵,打开出料阀和输送泵,取样检验;检测合格后,将膏料泵入灌装机料斗;
D、灌装:使用ZF102型复合管灌装机对C步骤后检验合格的高料进行灌装。
本基础方案的有益效果在于:
本方法可制备出富含负离子的牙膏,改善多种口腔问题,缓解牙周问题,增强牙齿免疫力,减少软垢,减轻牙菌斑、牙渍,消除口腔异味,清新口气,维护牙齿牙龈健康。
进一步,C步骤中,启动刮板搅拌时,需要实时通知操作人员按照规定数量投放摩擦剂,避免设备过热。
进一步,D步骤灌装后需要进行外包装,选取环保型材料进行包装,包装后再次检验,合格后方可入库存放,确保产品合格率。
进一步,所述的A-D加工过程全部在洁净间操作,洁净间等级为10万级,保证产品的质量。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
如图1所示,一种负离子牙膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、制备胶水:a.将水加入胶锅中,水温不低于55℃,之后,向胶锅中投入木糖醇、三氯蔗糖、焦磷酸钠、K12、野菊花提取物、金银花提取物、草珊瑚提取物、CI42090、CI19140以及负离子粉等物料,点动搅拌使物料溶解;b.在通用的预混器中投入山梨醇、甘油,开动搅拌,再投入CMC、苯甲醇,使其分散均匀;c.将b步骤中的的混合物自预混器放入胶水锅中,搅拌均匀;d.搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,取样检验;

本方法可可制备出富含负离子的牙膏,改善多种口腔问题,缓解牙周问题,增强牙齿免疫力,减少软垢,减轻牙菌斑、牙渍,消除口腔异味,清新口气,维护牙齿牙龈健康。并且在整个牙膏的制备过程中,经过多重检验,保证了流向世面的牙膏的功能性,保证了产品的品质,整个加工工程在10万级的洁净间加工,更加安全可靠;同时负离子的添加从根本上加强了牙膏的改善口腔的功能性,提高了牙膏的效果,用户无需在专门的购买其他种类繁多的护理产品,节约了用户的成本。同时本方法制作的牙膏的护理效果明显,适用于各类人群,不用频繁的更换。

1.一种负离子牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、制备胶水:a.将水加入胶锅中,水温不低于55℃,之后,向胶锅中投入木糖醇、三氯蔗糖、焦磷酸钠、K12、野菊花提取物、金银花提取物、草珊瑚提取物、CI42090、CI19140以及负离子粉等物料,点动搅拌使物料溶解;b.在通用的预混器中投入山梨醇、甘油,开动搅拌,再投入CMC、苯甲醇,使其分散均匀;c.将b步骤中的的混合物自预混器放入胶水锅中,搅拌均匀;d.搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,取样检验;

3.如权利要求1所述的一种负离子牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述D步骤灌装后需要进行外包装,选取环保型材料进行包装,包装后再次检验,合格后方可入库存放。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种负离子牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的A-D加工过程全部在洁净间操作,洁净间等级为10万级。
