When the driving device 1 drives the second pulley 213 to rotate reversely through the belt 212, the first connecting member 23 moves along the axial direction of the transmission shaft body 221 and is disengaged from the threaded engagement portion between the second connecting members 222 due to the action of the guide groove 21321, the protrusion 232 of the first connecting member 23 and the groove 21311 of the wheel body 21311, and the first connecting member 23 continues to move along the axial direction away from the wheel body 2131 of the second pulley 213 until the end face of the first end portion of the first connecting member 23 is separated from the end face of the wheel body 2131, and the movement of the first connecting member 23 in the axial direction is completely stopped. Therefore, the change of the working state of the beating massage head is realized under the condition that the driving device normally rotates, so that the motion has no influence on the normal work of the kneading massage head, the working state and the working state of the beating massage head are mutually independent, and the massage effect is better. the first connecting piece slides along the axial direction of the transmission shaft structure under the drive of the belt transmission device, so that the first connecting piece and the transmission shaft structure are mutually matched and connected or mutually separated, and the normal work or the stop work of the beating massage head is realized.
