In an optional embodiment of the invention, further, the midwifery device includes a connecting frame and a plurality of pressing members, the connecting frame includes an installation shaft and at least two connectors, the two connectors are respectively connected to two ends of the footboard, one end of the installation shaft is connected to one of the connectors, the other end of the installation shaft is connected to the other connector, the plurality of pressing members are rotatably arranged on the installation shaft side by side, and the driving device is configured to sequentially drive the plurality of pressing members to press the abdomen of the pregnant woman from a direction close to the headboard to a direction away from the headboard.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a obstetric and gynecological obstetric table, including a table body 10, and a delivery device 20 and a driving device 30 mounted on the table body 10, wherein a parturient can lie on his back to give birth to the parturient on the table body 10, and in order to make the parturient more comfortable, a soft anti-fouling layer can be laid on the table body 10, so that the bedtime can be easily cleaned while keeping comfortable. The delivery aid 20 can directly help the parturient to deliver the labor, the driving device 30 is a device for driving the delivery aid 20 to move, the bed body 10 comprises a headboard 11, a footboard 12 and a plurality of supporting legs 13, and the supporting legs 13 are used for supporting the headboard 11 and the footboard 12.
Referring to fig. 2, the midwifery device 20 includes a driving side 21 and an acting side 22, the driving side 21 is outside the bed body 10, and the acting side 22 is inside the bed body 10. The driving side 21 corresponds to the driving device 30, the acting side 22 corresponds to the parturient, and the driving device 30 is used for driving the driving side 21 to move, and simultaneously the driving acting side 22 presses the abdomen of the parturient, that is, the driving side 21 and the acting side 22 move simultaneously, so that the driving device 30 can better drive the acting side 22 to perform auxiliary pressing for the parturient to deliver, in addition, it should be noted that, before pressing, the test of the pressing amplitude is needed, the abdomen size of the parturient can be measured, and then the pressing amplitude of the midwifery device 20 is adjusted, so that the midwifery device 20 can achieve the best pressing effect, and the influence on the parturient and the fetus due to the overlarge pressing amplitude can be avoided.
In this embodiment, the number of the midwifery devices 20 is at least two. One midwifery device 20 is arranged at the edge of one side of the bed tail plate 12, the other midwifery device 20 is arranged at the edge of the other side of the bed tail plate 12, and the two midwifery devices 20 operate simultaneously; when the two midwifery devices 20 are operated simultaneously, the abdomen of the parturient can be kept balanced without deviation, and the parturition is not influenced.
In the present embodiment, further, the midwifery device 20 includes a connecting frame 23 and a plurality of pressing members 24, the pressing members 24 are used for directly pressing the abdomen of the parturient, and the connecting frame 23 is used for connecting the pressing members 24 to the bed body 10.
Specifically, the connecting frame 23 includes a mounting shaft 230 and at least two connectors 231, and the length of the mounting shaft 230 is between 1.2 m and 1.5 m, so that the connecting frame can meet the use requirements of the puerperae with different heights. The two connectors 231 are respectively connected to two ends of the bed tail plate 12, and the connectors 231 are installed at the edge of the bed tail plate 12 and do not occupy the surface space of the bed tail plate 12. It should be noted that the pressing members 24 are repeatedly pressed and pressed from the end of the parturient close to the upper body to the lower body, and the plurality of pressing members 24 pressed at one time can form a pushing force from the upper body to the lower body of the parturient during the pressing process, thereby helping the parturient to produce, and the pressing members 24 can play a certain soothing role, thereby reducing the tension of the parturient and promoting the childbirth.

One end of the power rod 240 is connected with the bearing 241, the other end of the power rod 240 corresponds to the driving device 30, the pressing rod 242 is an arc-shaped rod, the pressing rod 242 is an arc which is concave upwards, the pressing rod 242 is set to be in an arc shape which can correspond to the belly of the lying-in woman, and the plurality of arc-shaped pressing rods 242 can form a wrapping state for the belly of the lying-in woman, so that the pressing rod 242 is more comfortable when being used for pressing the lying-in woman.
Further, one end of the pressing rod 242 is connected with the bearing 241, an inclined surface 2420 is arranged along the length direction of the pressing rod 242, the inclined surface 2420 is arranged at the bottom of the pressing rod 242 and inclines downwards from one end of the headboard 11 to one end of the footboard 12, the inclined surface 2420 is used for enhancing the pushing effect of the pressing rod 242, the inclined surface 2420 is just matched with the bellied belly of the lying-in woman, when the pressing rod 242 is in contact with the belly of the lying-in woman, the pressing rod can be better coated and abutted against the belly of the lying-in woman, and the pressing effect is enhanced, so that the uncomfortable feeling is reduced.
In this embodiment, a stop lever 234 is further disposed on the top of the connecting head 231, and the stop lever 234 is used for stopping the pressing lever 242 to prevent the pressing lever 242 from being turned too high. Each pressing member 24 and the stop rod 234 are connected by an elastic member 244, wherein the elastic member 244 may be a spring or a rubber band having elasticity. The elastic member 244 has a tendency to pull the pressing member 24 toward the blocking lever 234.

The pregnant woman can be repeatedly pressed to realize midwifery.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the driving device 30 includes a driving motor 31, a driving rod 32, a first mounting seat 33, a second mounting seat 34, and a plurality of toggle pieces 35, where the driving motor 31 may also be a gasoline engine or a diesel engine, but when the driving device operates indoors, exhaust gas may be generated to affect the indoor environment, where the driving motor 31 may be directly connected to an indoor power supply, and a switch is provided for turning on and off the driving device. The first mounting seat 33 is used for mounting the driving motor 31, the second mounting seat 34 is used for mounting the driving rod 32, and the toggle piece 35 is used for directly cooperating with the power rod 240 to enable the power rod 240 to swing upwards.
Further, one end of the first mounting seat 33 is connected to one end of the footboard 12 close to the headboard 11, the other end of the first mounting seat 33 is connected to the bottom of the driving motor 31, and the driving shaft of the driving motor 31 is connected to one end of the driving rod 32, so that the driving motor 31 can drive the driving rod 32 to rotate. One end of the second mounting seat 34 is connected with one end of the footboard 12 far away from the headboard 11, one end of the second mounting seat 34 far away from the footboard 12 is provided with a connecting ring, one end of the driving rod 32 far away from the driving motor 31 is rotatably inserted into the connecting ring, and both ends of the driving rod 32 can rotate, so that the whole driving rod 32 rotates when the driving motor 31 operates.

In this embodiment, the shifting member 35 includes a shifting rod 350 and a fixing ring 351, the fixing ring 351 is sleeved on the driving rod 32, and the fixing ring 351 can slide along the length direction of the driving rod 32, so as to facilitate the adjustment of the position of the shifting rod 350. The fixing ring 351 is provided with a threaded hole (not shown), and a screw (not shown) is embedded in the threaded hole and is used for abutting against the driving rod 32, that is, after the screw abuts against the driving rod 32, the poke rod 350 is fixed with the driving rod 32. An end of the driving lever 32 near the second mounting seat 34 is provided with a placing portion 36 for placing the toggle 35.
It should be noted here that, because each parturient has a different height, only a part of the pressing members 24 are generally used for pressing the parturient when the device is in operation, and here, the toggle members 35 are configured to be movable along the length direction of the driving rod 32, that is, the position of each toggle member 35 on the driving rod 32 can be adjusted, so that the toggle members 35 at different positions drive the pressing members 24 at different positions to move, and the redundant toggle members 35 can be temporarily slid to the placing part 36 for temporary storage, and when readjustment is needed, the toggle members 35 can be conveniently slid out from the placing part 36.

Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, further, at least two holding members 110 for providing a holding portion for a parturient are disposed at one end of the headboard 11 close to the footboard 12, the two holding members 110 are respectively located at two side edges of the footboard 12, the holding members 110 include at least two uprights 112 and a holding rod 111, one end of each upright 112 is connected to the top of the headboard 11, and the other end of each upright 112 is connected to the holding rod 111, and the same holding members 110 can enable both hands of the parturient to hold on the holding rod 111, so that both hands of the parturient have better strength to accelerate childbirth.
