Background
In the medical field, the intravascular acute thrombosis, whether cerebral vessels, cardiovascular vessels or peripheral vessels, has three characteristics of high morbidity, high mortality and high disability rate. Aiming at early-stage intravascular acute thrombosis at home and abroad, the thrombus can be removed by an interventional therapy method to recanalize the blood vessel, recover the blood supply of tissues and reduce disability rate and death rate. Interventional therapy of thrombosis is a hot spot problem in contemporary surgery. The existing operation mode mainly utilizes a thrombus taking tube to pull out thrombus. However, for the thrombus at the distal end of the superficial femoral artery of the lower limb, the popliteal artery, or even the tibiofibular trunk or the thrombus at the distal end of the popliteal artery, or the venous thrombus at a large range of long sections, the target blood vessel cannot be reached by using a common thrombus taking tube, or the thrombus cannot be dragged in the target blood vessel, so that the thrombus cannot be completely taken out, and the arterial vessel wall is easily damaged by repeated operation, so that related complications are caused. In addition, in some smaller arteries or veins with valve, existing thrombolysis tubes are not available for thrombolysis.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multifunctional bolt suction device which has a simple structure and integrates the functions of bolt taking and bolt suction.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a multifunctional thrombus-absorbing device comprises a multi-cavity catheter extending along the front-back direction, a guide wire positioned in the multi-cavity catheter, a balloon arranged on the outer wall surface of the front end of the multi-cavity catheter, an inflation tube communicated with the balloon and extending to the rear end of the multi-cavity catheter, and an absorbing tube arranged at the rear end of the multi-cavity catheter;

The auxiliary air bag is arranged, so that the blood vessel at the position of the thrombus can be expanded, and the thrombus can be smoothly sucked out; in addition, the diversion channel reserved in the coverage area of the auxiliary air bag can guide thrombus positioned around the side hole and far away from the side hole to be quickly sucked into the side hole, so that the thrombus suction is quickened.

The guide wire 2 is made of soft materials. The multifunctional thrombolysis device can be used in smaller arteries and veins with valves through the guidance of the soft guide wire 2, and the application range of the thrombolysis device is greatly widened due to the introduction of the guide wire 2.
In addition, the outer diameter of the multi-lumen catheter 1 can be made to different sizes according to actual needs to accommodate vessels of different thicknesses.
The using method of the bolt sucking device during bolt sucking is as follows: without cutting the blood vessel, the blood vessel is punctured through the interventional blood vessel puncture technology, the blood vessel puncture sheath is sent into the blood vessel through the puncture point in advance, then the front end of the guide wire 2 enters the blood vessel through the blood vessel sheath, the multi-cavity catheter 1 is led into the target blood vessel through the guide wire 2, the balloon 3 is inflated through the inflation tube 4 after the balloon 3 passes through the thrombus, and at the moment, the suction pump 52 can be started to suck the thrombus out through the side hole 13.
The using method of the bolt sucking device during bolt taking is as follows: firstly, cutting a blood vessel, leading the front end of a guide wire 2 into the blood vessel through the blood vessel cut, then leading a multi-cavity catheter 1 into a target blood vessel through the guide wire 2, and leading a balloon 3 to pass through thrombus, and inflating the balloon 3 through an inflation tube 4, wherein the multifunctional thrombus suction device can be used as a thrombus taking tube, and directly pulling the multi-cavity catheter 1 backwards, so that the balloon 3 can bring the thrombus out;
of course, the thrombus-absorbing device can also be used for percutaneous puncture of blood vessels without cutting blood vessels in the hand of a skilled physician after strict training, various vascular sheaths can be sent into the target blood vessels in advance through puncture points through interventional vascular puncture technology, and the thrombus-absorbing device is used for taking thrombus by being matched with various long and short vascular sheaths which are placed in advance.
Therefore, the multifunctional bolt suction device can be used as a traditional bolt taking tube and a bolt suction device, and is multifunctional.
The multi-cavity catheter 1 is also provided with an inflating cavity 14 extending along the front-back direction, and the inflating tube 4 extends to the rear end of the multi-cavity catheter 1 through the inflating cavity 14.
The inflation tube 4 is provided with a precise pressure regulating valve A41.

The precise pressure regulating valve a41 can maintain the volume of the balloon 3 inflated in a controllable state at a desired size according to a precise set pressure value of the actual condition of the operation.
The suction tube 5 is provided with a valve 51.
The multifunctional suction bolt device also comprises a suction pump 52 connected with the suction pipe 5.

The multifunctional bolt suction device also comprises an operating handle 6 arranged at the rear end of the multi-cavity catheter 1. When the thrombus is large and difficult to directly drag and take out, the auxiliary air bag 7 can be inflated by the air pump through the air supply pipe 8, the inflated auxiliary air bag 7 can expand the blood vessel at the thrombus, and then the suction pump 52 and the valve 51 are started to suck the thrombus.
