The thickness of the instrument penetrating seat 10 is smaller than that of the sealing connector 5, the connecting clamping groove 14 is located on the outer ring of the instrument penetrating seat 10, and in fig. 3 and 4, the instrument penetrating seat 10 and the sealing connector 5 are integrally or fixedly connected.
As shown in fig. 5, the instrument insertion seat 10 is located in the sealing connection body 5, and the instrument insertion seat 10 can rotate relative to the sealing connection body 5. Specifically, a rotary connecting groove 15 is formed in the sealing connecting body 5, a rotary connecting ring 16 matched with the rotary connecting groove 15 is arranged on the instrument penetrating seat 10, the rotary connecting ring 16 can be embedded in the rotary connecting groove 15, the rotary connecting ring 16 is in clearance fit with the rotary connecting groove 15, and the instrument penetrating seat 10 can rotate in the sealing connecting body 5 through the rotary connecting ring 16. Of course, in specific implementation, the rotating connection groove 15 may also be located on the instrument penetrating seat 10, and the rotating connection ring 16 is disposed on the sealing connection body 5, or other connection coordination forms capable of realizing relative rotation are adopted between the instrument penetrating seat 10 and the sealing connection body 5, which may be specifically selected according to needs, and will not be described herein.
As shown in fig. 6, the tool penetrating seat 10 is arc-shaped, the whole tool penetrating seat 10 is located above the sealing connector 5, and a connection mode that the rotating connection ring 16 is matched with the rotating connection groove 15 is adopted between the tool penetrating seat 10 and the sealing connector 5, namely, the tool penetrating seat 10 can still rotate relative to the sealing connector 5. Furthermore, the instrument insertion seat 10 is connected to the sealing connection body 5 via an elastic expansion body 19. The elastic telescopic body 19 can be made of elastic corrugated pipes or other elastic materials, and the elastic telescopic body 19 can enable the instrument penetrating seat 10 to rotate relative to the sealing connecting body 5, and can also stretch or horizontally move, so that the convenience of operation of the instrument is further improved.
As shown in fig. 8, the insertion hole 6 and the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11 are tapered, and the cone top of the insertion hole 6 and the cone top of the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11 are adjacent to each other and aligned. In the embodiment of the invention, the insertion hole 6 and the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11 are both tapered, the cone top of the insertion hole 6 points to the adjacent instrument angle adjusting cavity 11, and the cone top of the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11 is also adjacent to the insertion hole 6, so that the cone top of the insertion hole 6 and the cone top of the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11 are formed in the instrument insertion seat 10 and are close to each other, the insertion hole 6 and the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11 are communicated with the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11 through a gap in the instrument insertion seat 10, the cone bottom of the insertion hole 6 is positioned on the outer surface of the instrument insertion seat 10, and the outer diameter of the cone bottom of the insertion hole 6 is smaller than the outer diameter of the cone bottom of the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11. When the insertion hole 6 and the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11 are both in conical shapes, the stability of the operation instrument passing through the instrument penetrating seat 10 can be improved, the normal operation of the operation instrument can not be influenced, and the separation of the operation instrument and the instrument penetrating seat 10 can not be influenced. Of course, in implementation, the instrument angle adjusting cavity 11 may also have a shape similar to a cone, such as a hemispherical shape, and may be specifically selected according to needs, which will not be described herein.
In addition, in order to improve the reliability of connection between the sealing connector 5 and the outer opening connecting ring 4, a clamping groove connector 25 is further provided in the connecting clamping groove 14, and the clamping groove connector 25 may have a wave shape or the like, and may be specifically selected as required. Of course, the structure or shape matched with the clamping groove connecting body 25 can also be arranged on the outer stretching connecting ring 4, when the sealing connecting body 5 is assembled on the outer stretching connecting ring 4, the clamping groove connecting body 25 can be used for avoiding random separation after the sealing connecting body 5 is connected with the outer stretching connecting sleeve 4, and reliable guarantee is provided for the operation of instruments in operation.

A single port laparoscopic operating sheath device, characterized by: the device comprises an incision opening sleeve body for opening an operation incision and an instrument connection sealing sleeve capable of sealing the upper edge of the incision opening sleeve body, wherein the instrument connection sealing sleeve can be sleeved on the incision opening sleeve body, and the instrument connection sealing sleeve is detachably connected with the incision opening sleeve body;
the instrument connection sealing sleeve comprises a sealing connector (5) which can be sleeved on the incision opening sleeve body, an instrument penetrating seat (10) which is connected with the sealing connector (5) in an adapting way, and the sealing connector (5) and the incision opening sleeve body are connected in a separable way; a plurality of instrument positioning one-way sealing valves which allow the operation instruments to be placed in and can avoid gas leakage during operation are arranged in the instrument penetrating seat (10), and the operation instruments pass through the corresponding instrument positioning one-way sealing valves and can extend into the incision supporting sleeve body;
the instrument positioning one-way sealing valve comprises an imbedding hole (6) arranged on an instrument penetrating seat (10) and an instrument angle adjusting cavity (11) arranged in the instrument penetrating seat (10), wherein the imbedding hole (6) is positioned above the top of the instrument angle adjusting cavity (11), and the imbedding hole (6) is communicated with the instrument angle adjusting cavity (11); an elastic shielding plate (12) for shielding and closing the corresponding implantation hole (6) is further arranged in the instrument angle adjusting cavity (11), one end of the elastic shielding plate (12) is connected with the inner wall of the instrument angle adjusting cavity (11), and the implantation hole (6) is positioned above the elastic shielding plate (12);
at least one inflation and deflation connecting pipe (8) is further arranged on the instrument penetrating seat (10), and after the sealing connecting body (5) is sleeved on the incision stretching sleeve body, the inflation and deflation connecting pipe (8) can be communicated with the inner cavity of the incision stretching sleeve body;
the incision expanding sleeve body comprises an outer expanding connecting ring (4) which is used for being connected with the appliance connecting sealing sleeve in an adapting way, an inner expanding connecting ring (2) with deformability and a connecting protection sleeve film (1) which is used for connecting the outer expanding connecting ring (4) and the inner expanding connecting ring (2), and the outer expanding connecting ring (4) can be communicated with the inner expanding connecting ring (2) through the connecting protection sleeve film (1);
a traction wire body (7) for pulling the inner opening connecting ring (2) out of the abdominal cavity is arranged on the inner opening connecting ring (2), and the traction wire body (7) can penetrate out of the outer opening connecting ring (4);
an auxiliary connecting ring (3) for assisting the inner opening connecting ring (2) to be placed into the abdominal cavity is also arranged on the inner opening connecting ring (2);
